Amazing Cuban food. I ordered the Plato Mixto so I could try a variety of their food. Each item was thoughtfully and meticulously prepared. The mojo pork roast was tender and delicious, the black beans were savory, the avocado salad was tangy, the maduros were cinnamonly sweet, but the crispy yet delicate yucca fries, with the garlic cohoyo dipping sauce, were the star of the show.

Popped in for a cocktail with a buddy— bartender put extra care into the social aspect of bartending and gave us a few good laughs. The cocktails were great too. Will be returning.

Cuban inspired craft cocktail bar in Santa Barbara! Cocktails made from local organic produce. Super tasty and balanced. These are innovative and fun patio drinking crafted cocktails. The food from Cubaneo located inside Shaker Mill is delicious! Really incredible and at a great price point for Santa Barbara! Love the decor and music. Bartenders are knowledgeable and very friendly. Open for lunch and dinner. They said they are open until 1:00 am with food until then.

Paul, Emma, Justin, and Jason really killed it, service wise. Al the drinks are amazing. They have $6 tequila shots. You can't find that anywhere else on State Street.

This is a great spot. the bar area is pretty nice and the space is pretty open. there is some seating out front on state st which is nice if you want to people watch. This place is on lower state st. It also shares a space with broad street oyster company. This is like the 2nd or 3rd place that has turned over in there. Used to be modern times. Surprisingly, the burger at broad street is pretty good. Its pretty small too. Shaker mill is a nice place to come to every now and then. The long tables are nice for gatherings with friends. Not sure how popular it is these days. Seems like it was more popular in the past.

Love Love Love the atmosphere and the drinks. I also really love that they have been taking this pandemic seriously and enforce guidelines no matter how drunk people get. Anytime we've had friends visit from out of town we always recommend this place. It has quickly become a signature state street cocktail bar.

Paul is an amazing barman. I haven't seen a passion for mixology this deep since my uni days. Paired the perfect wine to go with our food (from the Broad Street Oyster Company in the back) and the cocktails were amazing! Definitely deserves a drop in while in Santa Barbara!

My partner and I have been here a few times and we always enjoy the cocktails and atmosphere. One of the bartenders, Eric, makes great drinks and is very personable. Our favorites are the Mango Lassi and the Oceanside. We will definitely be back.

Nice place, very bougie but it seems like most of Santa Barbara is. another fancy drinks place, do not expect your regular drink to be available. we did enjoy ourselves, so not a disappointment

The service was great- the staff and bartenders were very attentive. For example, I left my self-serve water glass near my cocktail, and it was empty because I drank the water and a bartender refilled it without me having to ask. The staff was so attentive & polite! Will be back again! Recommend to anyone that wants to be in a lively friendly environment with the potential to meet strangers and/or be around some chatter, joy and merriness!

Shaker Mill has some of the best bartenders in Santa Barbara making some of the best drinks. Skip Broad Street. Overpriced, subpar, ownership has decided that a thin skin and public attacks are more important than maintaining quality.

Gotta love the nightmare before xmas decorations! I personally didn't think the cocktail was all that good, it looked better than it went down. Staff is friendly and attentive!
