Clean and well-organized inside with excellent customer service. Gabriela made a delectable Peach Perfection w/ added blueberries! She was kind enough to put my small smoothie into a larger cup to account for my additional fruit ❤️ and it tasted divine.

I was greeted with a positive attitude and smile by Marisa, which made a huge difference with my experience at this location. Marisa, thank you for listening and really showing that you care when I shared my story with you. Continue being so caring and genuine with your customers.

I visited after a long time and the service was good and the taste was so good.It's not cheap, but I want to buy it often because it has a high quality taste.

Wow! I didn’t expect to have an AMAZING experience at Jamba Juice today! I’m talking about the new Director, Marisa, at the San Tomas/ El Camino store. It’s really rare & refreshing to meet people who are genuinely passionate about customer service and teamwork. Her energetic, joyful personality is infectious and inspiring! Even going the extra mile by drawing a heart with my name on the lid, which also said, Be Happy, Be Jamba!’. She definitely brightened and blessed my day for sure! 😊 Glad to see Jamba’s got its Joy Back! Thanks!💃

we came to order one smoothie and received excellent customer service from their cashier. we tried to enter our phone number and email for the point rewards system but they weren't coming up and it was nice of her to try both with us because some cashier's really don't care about things like that and it shows. the smoothie was fresh tasting and delicious. they made it very quickly as well.

It looked like they were transitioning from holiday season to another. Can't wait to come back to fill my craving again. Also it was nice to see gift cards in store for the next holiday season. This store was super clean and had fun, upbeat music that was at just the right volume. I was happy to see that this store carried the Turkey Sausage Breakfast wrap. Mine was so delicious and thoroughly cooked all the way through. Ordering my drink was super easy too! I always order a "Citrus Squeeze," which is no longer on the menu. This order causes a little confusion in some stores, but not today. My order was taken quickly and I was even offered a boost (just like I used to receive from Jambas many years ago!) Great service and wonderful tasty purchases made for an enjoyable brunch.

Found this place on google. Came in and seen 85 David Jersey on the wall. I was so happy knowing Vernon Davis owns this place. I had done some business with Vernon and he was a great guy to work with. He is a man of quality. Today we got so many drinks and they were all delicious. I got the anti oxidant drink. Now I really like this place. Great owner and great products.

Small Jamba juice with no indoor seating and one table with no chairs outside. The employees were focused on helping someone fill out a job application and didn't notice us at first despite us being the only customers in the store. Despite all that, the service was decently fast and accurate.

Clean facility and friendly staff. They take your order quickly and get right to it. Seating is outside, which is the only bummer about this place. There is no room inside the place to actually put chairs and a table, so I get that, but I like being able to not be subjected to the weather of the day. Razzmatazz and pomegranate paradise are my two favorites!

Hard to find parking I have nothing against this restaurant. It's actually the parking lot where it loses a star. At noon there is no parking here and what is worse is that people hover in their cars taking up the space that is left for those trying to leave. I usually try to find parking on the street or in the lot across San Tomas. I love Jamba Juice and have even before it changed it's name from Juice Club. This location is nothing less than what I would expect from the company. If you want Jamba Juice from this location, take an Uber / Lyft or ride a bike or walk... but driving ... no

Service is good and pretty quick. Nice people but ive noticed twice the cashier cut me short two dollars on my change. Which makes me wonder what kind of person is in desperate need of a two dollar tip.... 🤔So as a Christian i pity there childish action and give them 2 more dollars since they obviously need that 2 dollars more than i do.

i asked for a drink that was taken off the menu a while ago. the cashier started laughing in my face with his coworker and the other coworkers proceeded to say “i dont wanna make it”. unprofessional as hell. my drink is good but the workers need to learn how to be more professional.

Love most JJ. I did not have a good experience with this one. The team was really dull and clearly communicated they could care less about your order. I saw they were putting too much fruit in. When I asked they fix it to match what I ordered, because I could not have all the sugar, they were put out. To top it off they left out an ingredient so I did not get my usual. I was smiling and nice, but that did not seem to matter. Will not go there again.

I went in with my son and and his friend whom I was babysitting and the cashier taking orders was not helpful with anything I asked there was no line behind me it was empty so I ask her if she can let me know if they have kids drinks, she replies "yes" so I order ask her about drinks with fruits the kids were asking for in kids drinks and she names a strawberry whirl and a berry drink I'm not sure which one so I say ok let me have those please her reply was what size? So I say kids then she said "we dont do that in kids" i ordered a small but why would she say those drinks if they didn't sell a kids size? There was a plastic thing in my Apple 'N Greens that I got from this store today afternoon. I suspect a plastic bad went into the blender due to their mistake. Good that I didn't swallow it thinking it was just a thicker filber. Never have this issue with other Jamba juice store. :(

I ordered an acai bowl with pineapple (which I paid extra for). However, when I received it, there wasn't any pineapple, and the worker said there wasn't any left and that they would go check in with the manager, which is totally fine, except they never did anything about it afterwards, meaning I basically wasted my money. Also, the strawberries were frozen (like rock solid), so the acai bowl simply did not taste the same as the other Jambas I went to. Overall, this place is okay, but I would go to other Jambas in the future, as these things have never happened anywhere else except this one.

Order two Large 28oz juice. one Carrot and one Carrot + Orange Juice. my name was called after 10 minutes and all i see is two large Orange juice. I had to tell this is not what i ordered. then the lady looked at the system and start to argue. I walked to the order taking miss and politely asked her to repeat my oder. she immediately said, she messed up my order and ask me to wait. after another 15 minutes long wait, my name was called and this time another surprise. two small carrot juice. I was like seriously, whats going on? then the lady clerk starts to give me attitude and start to say, oh well we all are new to Jamba so expect some delay and order get messed up. thats totally un-fair. I waited 28 minutes and this is what i have to hear. its pathetic service and attitude of the workers at this Jamba is down the drain. never going and never recommend anybody to go there.

There’s a teen girl that works there with bad attitude. Tons of makeup on. Made my order wrong, said nothing, and someone else had to correct her mistake. Seems miserable, bad look for the store. Won’t be back here for sure.

Ordered takeaway with 20 minutes notice - and received conformation of pick-up time. Order had been been started when arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes — with no apologies or any effort to “make things right.” Avoid going to this place.
