This Wendy's is fantastic. They do a good job preparing the food. The 4 for 4 deal is a great value. Tip: dine in so you can take advantage of the choose your own flavor soft drink machine.
Needed some of their chili to add to my concoction at home. They had run out of large chili cups, but instead of losing the sale, one young man improvised and put it in a hot beverage cup. Good thinking!!! I think I actually ended up with slightly more than what the large chili container holds. Doubled my happiness! Yay, for Wendy's!!!! Yay, for me!!!
Went through drive through…this store is on top of it, 2 meals exactly as we ordered them and FAST! Works for me😎
Service was great. I did a mobile order and they were quick and polite. I work down the road at Verizon and always make sure I give great service so it's nice to get that in return!
This Wendy's location has amazing breakfast! I gave only four stars because I feel like their lunch/dinner could be just as good if they put the effort in. I also wish they would bring back the 2 for $4 breakfast special! But other than that 10/10 recommend! Edit: They brought back the 2 for $4 , not the exact same thing but this place is perfect now!
The food is always fresh, and generally speaking the order is more or less correct, so I gave 5 stars. However, every time I come here for breakfast, it takes so long to place my order. Idk if they aren't fully staffed in the morning, or what. But the past 3 times I've gotten breakfast, it was at least 10 minutes between pulling up to order at the drive thru speaker, and getting my food, and having to repeat myself several times. Even after repeating a large vanilla frosty-cino at least 4 times last time I went, I still somehow ended up with a chocolate. Like, how? Lol. Anyway, it worked out as I gave the chocolate frosty-cino to my friend. I feel like if the worst part of service at a fast food establishment is that it takes a bit in the drive thru, you get the wrong flavor drink, or you have to repeat your order several times, relatively speaking, its not a bad fast food joint. Would definitely go here vs, say, Wendy's in Albany.
This Wendy's offers dine in, take out and delivery. The parking lot is small but usually has good amounts of spaces available, and there is a wheelchair accessible entrance. If you really can't find parking, you can park at Planet Fitness across the street and walk over. The drive thru is always busy, usually a 10-20 min wait on a Friday night around 5:30/6pm. Despite the long wait, my food has almost always come out hot and fresh. This Wendy's is kid friend, has vegetarian options, and is relatively cheap prices. And to clear up confusion, they are open until midnight.
Austin (I assume, name was on my receipt) was absolutely killing it! Best wendys experience ever. All food was Correct, tasted fresh, was piping hot. Fries were salted to perfection. He looked like he was all by himself too. Give this mans a raise.
Went to Wendys during the recent ice storm power outage. Staff there were working like there was no tomorrow! Excellent customer service... food was fresh and hot.... and they kept customers satisfied.
Never gotten the wrong order there. Everyone that works there is quick, save for some trouble sometimes with the fancy registers they have, but that ain't their fault. Food comes out quick, and they remember regulars. Best Fast Food joint in the area.
Service was fast and friendly. Workers cleaned tables when no customers were there. The floor could have used some cleaning, old french fries lying about. Half of my small fries were so hard I could not eat them so they got thrown away. My grilled chicken wrap was fine. When I left I took a drink of what was supposed to be my unsweetened iced tea and it was gross. I asked my husband to try it, I told him it tasted like coffee, he said that's because it is. So I was given something I could not and would not drink at all, a cold black coffee, instead of an unsweetened iced tea, I don't even know how you can mix that up. Happy with service but disappointed with food quality and lack of attention to my order.
The lovely staff made sure I was okay using the new self service ordering kiosk. The food was quick on fresh. Great French fries!
2022 stopped for fries. Ended up learning Wendy's changed the recipe so I wanted to make sure the fries were hot. The nice young man at the window said he'd drop new fries and bring them out to me. He said I wouldn't be disappointed and he was right! Finally Wendy's got it right! Love the new fries! Great, fast, friendly service at this location. 2019 Food was good (Apple Pecan Chicken Salad, substituted Homestyle for Grilled) but service was very slow. They got my order wrong, twice... I briefly spoke with another woman, they got her order wrong too. She said they fixed it quickly. The staff was nice about fixing my order and that is what matters most.
There's typically only one lady that works in the morning, she's very kind and very sweet and very accommodating.
I can't state enough how great the night crew is here. The service is always prompt and the crew is friendly. I greatly appreciate the work they do and their ability to put up with my bs. My thanks to the crew.
Food was hot, and delicious. Service was friendly, but slower than expected. Dining room was clean, but floor felt very slippery or greasy. Didn't order a double, but was charged for one, however they gave me a double and it DID hit the spot...lol. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Overall, not horrible. 🙏🏼
As Wendy's go, this location was pretty clean and the service was good. My food was prepared fairly quickly, the fries were hot and had not been sitting for a while
Fries are good but I still like the ones Wendy's made a few tears ago. Used Free Dave's Single coupon!! Wish it noted if you could only get the burger or a combo. I then ordered 3 chocolate chunk cookies. Wish staff had informed me that there was only 1 chocolate chip because without asking they just substituted 2 sugar cookies. Which aren't as good as chocolate. Ordered via app.
Usually reliable, it was a very busy day at this Wendy's. The line was long, but managed well. The soda machine had only Diet sodas available and the ketchup dispensers were also out. The staff did a good job trying to satisfy customer requests.
Food is usually good, not greasy or too much fat. I love their french fries, it's not salty. Usually, the inside is fairly clean. I like the tables and chairs set up.
It's your average Wendy's. Nothing special. Nothing fancy. Just a quick bite to eat and on your way. Food is edible. Service was good. And the atmosphere is like any other fast food joint.

When I arrived, there were nonpeople ahead of me, and no one was on register, so I went ahead and ordered on the touch screen. The screen took a lot of effort to make selections and in the time it took me to place my order, someone had come in and ordered at the register and completed their order before me. That was frustrating. When my order was ready, no one let me know, and i was just standing there looking at a paperbag. (I asked for my order as "eat in." I finally looked inside the bag and realized it was mine several minutes after it was placed there. Again, it's frustrating. The food was not as hot as I would have liked, but tasted fine. They seemed busy with drive-through orders. But it would have been nice to order via a real person.
Perfectly fine for a quick meal. (Although not cheap! medium combo meal- with junior baconator burger, fries & drink was nearly $15!) Food is on the better end of "fast food" as far as fresh taste. Service was pleasant (self serve kiosk I skipped and opted for human interaction) Restaurant was clean enough...and there was plenty of seating available. Adequate wheel chair accessibility into building...not sure access to self serve soda machine would be possible.
Seems no matter how many times I've brought my family here, they ALWAYS forget to give us the Frosty(s) we order. Food quality is hit and miss. One visit: fantastic, the next? Not so good. So, roll the dice - take the gamble. But either way, expect to wait a bit and good luck receiving your dessert. ...you will have to remind someone!
We struggled to find a clean table c. 6:15 pm. Food was good but burger could have been warmer (as always) and service was prompt. It is always too cold to sit for long...maybe that is their intent.
I was just here and I ordered 2 Jr cheese burgers and 3 plain burgers = and I only got 5 plain hamburgers!! Last time I ordered 5 plain burgers and I got 2 cheeseburgers 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🍔

Always check your order before you leave, they always forget something & they will hand you your bag and tell you, you're all set! You might want to straighten out your food or it will be crushed because they just throw it in the bag! And they always run out of baked potatoes!
Your average fast food. Nothing really special about it, enjoyable but the quality was eh. I got the baconator burger and it was fairly good just a little burnt. But, Wendy's burgers due tend to be grilled more. Overall, average experience and I would be fine with coming back.
Usually Wendy's is decent for fast food. However this past visit my husband's burgers were burnt to a crisp but we didn't realize until we got home. I usually check the order to make sure it's correct before I leave but I didn't think to check to see if the burger overcooked. For the cost it should have been cooked correctly.
Not sure what is going on here, but there have been a few errors lately!! I ordered 2- 10 piece chicken nuggets today and we received 1 order with only 7 pieces not 10!! Also, when I order plain burgers they come with everything on it!!

Drive-thru was quick, service was mediocre, order was incorrect, and fries were cold. I ordered a cheeseburger meal without tomato. When I unwrapped it, there was tomato on it but no lettuce or onions.
Went there for a quick bite to eat this morning period ordered a meal., they didn't have any cream for the coffee. And she took my credit card, and it took her a while to give me my card back and it made me quite nervous.
Now, I will preface this by saying that Wendys is typically our fav go to burger joint (my younger brother and I have lived at a nearby apt complex for the past three years and eat here roughly once every couple of weeks). In that ENTIRE time it's actually easier to talk about times we HAVEN'T had an issue than times we had. For the longest time, they'd never give your straws through the drive thru (which is a big issue considering you're trying to drink while you drive or get home, and find there's no straw). They finally fixed that. This locations two biggest problems are how slow they are and how often they make mistakes (and again, we've lived here 3 years and it's never improved). I've been here to eat or pick up food at just about every normal time (So both rush and none rush), and it's just slow both in taking orders and getting your food. There's only one register out front when most Wendys have two. They actually closed their restaurant portion for a while for a renovation about a year back, part of which was putting a soda machine in the customer section. So I'm really flabbergasted why they didn't take the soda machine out of the counter and put in a second register at that time. But my main complaint is order inaccuracy. Quoted one price at order box but another price is one receipt. Missing food. Extra food. Or not listening to a simple request (part of my standard order is a double or triple burger plain, which means bun, patties, cheese, ketchup, since I have a semi pick eater) or being rude about it (I once asked if they could put onion on a chicken sandwich and the person replied just "NO" in the most obvious f-you voice). I'll give two example incidents: -most recent trip my actual order was GASP accurate for once, but I sat for the longest time at the window. My order is usually packed in three bags and can see them on the counter, but person manning window isn't handing them over, isn't explaining what hold up is, isn't even facing me. Finally s fourth bag arrives and I'm given the food, so either they're packing different or something is wrong. But since there was a line behind me I was polite and went home, to find I had an extra 4 nuggets and extra THREE large fries -worst: from joining drive thru line to getting food took 35min, on a non rush time to boot. When finally handed food it's only two bags and rather empty, so checking I discover a third of my other is missing and I CANNOT get the window person attention (honking, knocking on window, polite shouting, waving arms. It took another worker walking past to point it out). I show them what's missing and offer to pull forward so I'm not holding up line. A third person finally walks out with my food, and I ask them if they're ok waiting while I check, which they were, and I was STILL missing food, which I showed them. When I got back to apt I was able to fully check: picky eater order had not been made correctly, chicken sandwich patty was thin and hard, missing a chili, extra chicken tenders, and everything was lukewarm at best In conclusion: I'd recommend going to the Wendys across from Hudson Valley Community College a few miles away. I've never had any food issues and they're always fast despite how busy they can get (I just don't make it there as often because of traffic / how many traffic lights there are)
Proof you can't polish a turd. This place used to be just down right filthy. Then they put in the effort and really fixed it up. One problem though. Service and food still suck. It's like puling teeth to get anything, and on the miracle your order is right, it'll still probably suck. I don't know if they think they're salting their fries or preserving them for a five moth voyage to the new world. SO MUCH SALT on the fries my mouth was sore from eating them. Last time I got that much saltyness, I made the mistake of heckling a drag queen at Rocks. These don't belong on a food tray, they belong hanging in a stable in Saratoga.
Ran out of nuggets for the 2nd time in a week, manger needs to make bigger orders, fries were a mix of ones that were fresh and hot and ones that weren’t cooked at all, last week all my food was basiclly raw.
Food not as good as they used to be. Greasier, less healthy choices. Service is slow and orders not filled correctly. They used to have healthy salads and decent baked potatoes. Now the salads are not healthy and the baked potatoes do not seem like they even rinse the dirt of there skins.
I ordered chicken nuggets that come with sauce and when I told them at the window that I just need the sauce after already looking for it in the bag, the girl snarkly said it was in the bottom of the bag. So I took everything out thinking I may have missed it the first time around. Nope. When I nicely said no, it’s not there. She got all mad and then asked what kind of sauce, meaning she didn’t even know what sauce “she put in the bottom of the bag” proving she lied straight to my face.
Not a place I would go back to. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Only 3 orders adb fairly simple - just numbers off the menu board at drive through. A very long wait to get our food. He had to go back twice to get what we actually ordered. Overall not very good experience.
Unjustifiably overpriced. It’s fast food. The lobby is always dirty. I can go to the local diner and have table service, in a clean place, and a much better quality meal with tip for the prices they’re charging at this location.
This Wendy’s is not the best. My order is wrong (3rd time in a row) My half empty fries were cold. When I asked for new fries they just filled it up with more cold fries. The one time in a year I order soda it was flat and low on syrup. I gave this place 3 tries. I wouldn’t recommend it
One particular employee came across as annoyed once I asked them to bring my food out. I had placed a mobile order to pick it up in the store but discovered, upon arrival, that they were short staffed so they closed the lobby. After waiting 20+ minutes, the rude employee brought the food out. Not a people person. Very rude. If you don't have enough staff, temporarily close this location. It's dirty & always a hassle. Typically takes forever to get your food.
The parking lot is ridiculous!! I had to sit for 10 mins to wait to back out because the drive through line blocked me on! Very slow service, the soda machine is very difficult to get what ya want, there was no napkins in any dispenser, to top it off the chicken sandwich I had had a very long hair in the sandwich…
Just ordered food via the drive-through at around 9:50 on October 3. Upon arriving home, we realized we have been given the wrong order. Wasn’t worth it to drive back at that point just annoying. Shouldn’t be the customers job to verify that the right orders are being given out appropriately…
Amazingly fast service. I pulled in to grab a quick bite and my meal was ready in less than 3 minutes - I was not expecting it to be that fast. I will say the fries were not as good as they are advertised to be - they definitely needed salt, although they were hot. Plus I feel like the large should have more in it. Overall good and super quick fast food. Review updated... Placed take out order from web app. You can't finalize the order until you get to the store. Then you wait to have it made. Burger was over salted and well done. Fries were not good. My feet stuck to the floor as I walked, needs to be cleaned.
Ordered a single combo, wanted the burger with just ketchup on it. 3 times they got it wrong. 1st time it was loaded, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, took it back. Got one with cheese on it, wrong again. Next one was just a burger, nothing on it, I put my own ketchup on it. Such a simple order and they couldn't get it right 3 times. Won't ever go back there.
Do NOT go to this Wendy's. There is a GM sending home all the legal and hard working workers that are actually on the schedule whilst letting lesser paid people that are not on the schedule stay to work. Talk about discrimination, and yes I have insider information. Not heresay! They need to band together and fight this!
This place is horrible poorly run. I decided to go I to the ace instead of the drive through because there track record is 1correct out of 10. The kid behind the counter was for lack of better wors a kid. No enthusiasm to help customers. The computer screen broke and rather then print 2 recites one for the customer and one for the cooks in the back he yelled the orders out like Alice's Restaurant. I ghy waited 45 minutes for his food because he forgot to tell the cooks. And where was the manager in all of this. Very very poorly run establishment. Wish I had gone somewhere else in fact I'll never go back there....
This is the worst Wendy's ever. Dont waste your money. Order was totally wrong. I have a child that has a dairy allergy and I told them no cheese. They put cheese on it. So no lunch for my child Never again. I give them no stars

Terrible service. Always a long wait for drive through. Waited almost 25 mins and that's with only 4 or cars ahead of us. when there was only. the food is always cold. Fries are never fresh. Time for some new management.
Inside dining closed at lunch time during the busiest time. Drive thru line wrapped around the building out onto 9&20. Pulled in and left immediately. Go to north greenbush. Much cleaner, better food and courteous staff. This place has gone WAY down hill.
I had a horrible experience there every time I come here they mess my order up. I just came from there and order one thing they messed that up came back. They messed that up again. I do not recommend anyone go to that Wendy’s.
We just had lunch here in our car, (lobby doors locked; no notice on door that lobby was closed). The website indicates Dine-In available. The worst lunch ever. Surprised they are still open. It is drive thru only and the food was horrible, my husband had 2 Dave cheeseburgers, the cheese wasn't even warm or melted..
Worst place ever!!! They forgot half my food an what I got was brunt the baked potato looked like it been sitting out for a week! Frys weren't even cooked all the way!! My husband went back for his food we live 25 mins away they were rude to him almost for git the books for the kids meals then tryed to recharge him for the food they forgot to give him! Im pregnant they are lucky I wasnt the one that went down there. East of money I couldn't even eat any of it!!
Went to drive thru ordered 4 baconators. Got home and one was a single patty, no bacon. I live to far to go back. Will never go there again.
Although the food was warm..it was the smallest hamburger I have ever seen..the fries were small pieces..the purchase was given to you in a paper bag..even for eat in...no extra condiments were out.... We will NOT be going back!!!
Worst wendys ever the punk kid w curly hair who took my order in the drive thru had the most attitude and he was on his own phone not even trying to hide it very poor customer service and I didnt get what i ordered either last time ill waste my money there.
Very disappointed in the management. Still having difficulties with speakers at drive up, and cash only at drive-up for at least the past month. Owner/manager doesn't seem to care. . Didn't bother to stay went to North Greenbush instead. Fries are finally better then McDonald's nice and hot.
First time we've gone inside since pre-pandemic and the dining area is disgusting. I don't expect high quality from fast food restaurants but this was particularly bad. Every surface was sticky. The floor was sticky. By the counter, the floor was soaking wet as vif someone had poured water everywhere. At least 4 tables people hadn't cleaned up their messes and no employees in sight cleaning anything. I know businesses have been short staffed, but I'd rather get my food a little slower than sit in filth.
Got in line at 11:30PM with 2 cars in line, it took 20 minutes to get up to the place to order. When I got up to the place to order no one said anything so i gave them a few minutes to respond, after a few minutes passed I said hello? to see if they were taking orders. They shut the lights off without saying a word and would not respond at all. This location routinely closes 15-25 minutes early every night.
Multiple times my order was not right. The people that work there just rush you out the drive through and dont check the tickes. And wrap a burger that’s labeled chicken. I will be back for a refund. You can bet on that
I have been going to this location for years, recently who they hired for the drive thru window does not know how to speak to people asks to see mobile orders and grabs their phones from them
This Wendy's used to not be terrible but now it's consistent horrible food every time gone and very overpriced. It's very clear that the requirement for every employee is to simply be 16 or older. Sucks to see but this place is easily one of the most disgusting fast food choices in the area. Even McDonalds is somewhat consistent, but there's no such thing at this Wendys lol.
Food is never fresh, fries are always cold. Extremely long wait at drive thru. In my experience, I get fresh hot food 1 time out of every 10 visits. The ONLY reason I still visit this Wendy's location is because it's the only close by fast food place left. If I had even one other choice near me for a quick cheap meal, I'd never visit this Wendy's ever again!
If I could upload the picture of the order my husband brought home from Wendy's I truly would. Well he brought a combo meal home. When I open the bag I could say I seen about 8-10 fries in the bag. A fry that's suppose to be a "medium" which appeared to be less than a value fry. McDonald kids meal fry was bigger than what I got if that helps any of the readers get a full understanding. I got dress went to Wendy's. Ordered a whole new meal got to the window handed the cashier my receipt and the bag of food. She then got her manager... he started the conversation with I was working fries all night. Which was then directed to oh my staff wouldn't do this. Why did you wait so long it's 9p now. Mind you my husband left work at 8:30 probably got to Wednesday 8:45p and then home. I arrived at Wednesday 9:04 maybe my refund receipt says 9:07p. After being integrated The shift manager continues by saying well I'm going to give you a value you fry. I kindly said no your not. He slammed the window grabbed a fry. Came back with a fry and my sandwich from the initial order. I was fed up with the whole Wendy's experience. I kindly declined the fry asked for my money back and went to subway. I was highly disgusted with my experience at Wendy's. I've never had an issue before.
Just had to ask an employee to put on gloves multiple times while she was handling food. The employee was touching multiple surfaces and handling money...had long fake nails and was directly handling food without gloves on. After asking the employee and pointing out the cross contamination...she just ignored the requests
Awful awful awful, the cashier was slow and awkward. The way he stared at myself and the people before me was extremely creepy and rude. There were three people ahead of me and it took me over 27 minutes between the time I walked in and the time I left, to get my food. The staff was running around looking completely confused as they had no idea what their job was they were just doing everything so no organization at all no time efficiency at all just completely chaos with a creepy guy looking at the line of customers like it was our fault that we were there. I never been to a restaurant as such and to be honest I probably won't come back.
I came here on a Thursday the young kid in the front had no priority for customers I stood there for 15 minutes while he did everything but take the orders I told him before he fills that order can he atleast take mine. He told me he wasn’t allowed to take an order until he filled every order he has first.I’ve worked plenty of fast food places the customers orders come first I will never come to this one again I would rather drive to latham for Wendy’s I couldn’t believe it. They shouldn’t hire children
This is by far one of the worst fast food establishments in the area, no matter what time of day you go, no matter what you order, this Wendy's location will not get it right. If could give this restaurant no stars I would. Consistently they have not gotten orders right, given out cold or near inedible food. You are better served going to nearly any other fast food restaurant in the area other than this Wendy's location.
Disappointed. I ordered a cheeseburger at the drive thru. Christopher the manager asks me if I want a quarter pounder or a junior. It was late and just got out of work so I was a little hungry so I said quarter pounder. Get my order he gives me no receipt, I drive off. Open the sandwich it had mayo lettuce tomato onions. I go back and ask for a receipt he charged me for a daved single and I asked why and he said that's a cheeseburger and if I didn't want that stuff on there I should of said so. And he started cursing at me when I said cheeseburgers don't have mayo lettuce tomato on it. , Fast food is more expensive and you hire ppl like that as a manager. Good for you Wendy's you really won there !
Deserve no stars. Food is terrible. Fries were cold and sure as he'll not fresh. No better than McDonald's. Prices are too high for what u get. Go to a diner instead. At least u get fresh made food.
I would give it a zero if I could. One of the workers had a cut and got blood all over our order. We alerted the manager who gave us a refund but could not give an explanation why the worker was not wearing gloves. They offered a refund. We then waited almost 2 hours to speak with Customer Service for Wendy's and were told that we would be contacted the next day, as this was high priority, and never received a call. I would avoid Wendy's as this restaurant is a threat to ones health and corporate obviously does not care about their customers.
Worst. Like a huge grease smoke cloud. Smells. The employees even go next door to grocery and drug store to complain they never fix vents...the place is an unhealthy no consideration if employees or customer mess. I rate it a zero...as management and franchise owners have known if this issue a very very long time without correcting it! Anyone inhaling the grease smoke is damaging their health and life!
This wendy’s is the worst. waited 30 minutes for my food and didn’t have time to eat it on my lunch for work. They kept saying 1 min after 20 i was getting annoyed. other people in line were talking out windows mad at how long it took. finally took my order and didnt say sorry for the time. i would of been okay with the wait if they had no one really working as i used to work in food but many workers were in the building. overall the worst wendys ive had.
The gentleman taking orders at Drive thru was very polite. A small older lady was another story. Could not believe how rude she was, she basically ripped my CC out of my hand, slammed the window, shoved it back to me, rinse and repeat my order. I was going to ask for new fries due to them being cold and wet, but I felt like from her attitude it would be a disaster. Recommend that maybe this job is not for you, and if I was the owner perhaps she should not be in front of customers. Just my 3 ¢
These restaurants nowadays is very disappointing. You pay all this money only to get half your items. You call to complain just to get someone who DON'T CARE about your situation or your frustration. Getting corporate involved is just a waste of time because it's all about the almighty dollar. Riddle me this.... I get chicken nuggets only 2 looked fresh the others was dark brown & hard as if they didn't have enough so THEY said lets just cook 2 just to get the order out. The chili was supposed to be a large but I got a small with no crackers nor chili sauce as requested. Some of the beans in my chili was so hard I could've have broke a tooth. Come on Wendy's all the money your making off your customers, this the thanks we get. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER.
7 o'clock in the morning. I just want to get breakfast. I order a $3 promotional breakfast. Got my food and started eating it. The woman at the windows tells me a few seconds later that there credit card machine is down and asked if I have cash. I did not have cash. She won't give me my card back and tells me she wants me to give the food back. So I had to trade $3 worth of food back that i already started eating for my bank card. It was 1 of the few times the food was actually hot to. Very very poor service. Entitled woman.
Do not come here late hours. My burger was overcooked and hard as a rock. My fries were overcooked as well. My drink was watered down. Nothing was good at all. The workers seemed fine but once I got home, the food spoke for itself. The workers have no care for the people ordering late at night. Whoever is cooking during the closing shift needs to be fired. Will be getting my full refund.
I went to this Wendy’s and me and my friend got to crabby patty meals when we got the pineapple frosty, it was pineapple on the bottom and just a spooge of vanilla on top, the fries were cold and stale. They seemed like they were on a heater, even though Wendy say their fries are always fresh and hot. lies. The crabby patties themselves were also COLD. It’s 830 at night. How is all the food cold? Two meals were 30$ crazy money for two cold meals that were clearly on a heater waiting for customers
Went here for quick dinner one night after my daughter’s game, because we absolutely love Wendy’s food. This particular location in general was not what we had expected at all. Upon arriving we ordered our food at the kiosk which was completely fine. After receiving our food which looked as though it was soggy and had been microwaved. We went to get our drinks and there wasn’t any diet available to us and that would have been an issue but my fiance is a diabetic. Then we went to get some condiments and napkins and there wasn’t anything available out front for us to use so we had to ask for stuff and we felt like we were a nuisance because they were hiding in back. It felt as though there wasn’t any heat on in the building and we were bundled up in our jackets still freezing. As we sat down to our table we had to wash our own tables because they were all dirty and half the building lights shut off so it was pretty much dark minis three lights that were on near the door (but the place was still open). My daughter went In to use the bathroom before we left and there was human poop in the sink smeared in there because there wasn’t any toilet paper in the bathroom. That was that we will never ever return to that location again. I’m usually one to give the benefit of the doubt but it was beyond disappointing disgusting and the service was terrible as they made you feel bad for asking for things. I’ve been to plenty of Wendy’s before and this one is for sure disappointing.
Probably the worst wendys that Exist. The owner of the Wendys should fire the people that are in control of this wendys. This place is pathetic with pathetic Management that can barely complete a sentence.
Had Wendy's delivered. Poor Door Dash driver was left waiting over twenty minutes for my order. Ordered Biggie Bags and only received the sandwiches. Frosty were half melted, see pictures. Door Dash refunded for missing items, but still dinner was ruined. Entirely Wendy's fault as driver can only deliver what they were given.
Food was meh. Were these fresh patties, didn't seem like it. Men's bathroom was jacked up. Can't close at all door and the toilet paper hold was ripped off the wall. Main floors are slippery. Furniture and walls are dirty.
Fries were cold, nuggets were hard, chicken in the salad was hard and old. We were given ketchup on the burger when we specifically asked for none. And waited for 20 minutes at the speaker just to get cold old food.
Went through drive through at 9:30 pm. Messed my order up 2 times and went through the drive through again and still received the wrong order. The woman barely spoke English. She had someone help her with my order to correct it and still got it wrong. Terrible service as well
Went through the drive thru for food. Ordered the chicken nugget meal large with a chocolate shake, plus a son of baconator meal large with a chocolate shake which totalled about $35.00. when the young lady handed me the food I immediately tried a fry. I said to her the fries are very cold there is no heat to these fries 🍟. So rudely says pull up to the door, I day do you want to take these back. She rudely again goes with a sharp tone pull up there to the door. I say I'm trying to ask if you want to take these back and just pull away towards the door. After a few minutes she comes out the hands me s bag and immediately turns and runs back towards the door. I look in the bags the fries are fresh and very hot however it's one (1) order of fries. I tried to yell out to catch her but she'd enter the door and it was immediately closing behind her so she didn't hear me or ignored me. As there was no one currently in the drive thru I backed back to the window beeped my horn. She appears and goes what ! I say you provided me with only 1 order of fries. She says well you didn't say you wanted 2 replacements, I go I ordered two meals informed you the fries were cold, tried to give them back to you a couple times , but all you were concerned about was having me move up to the door like there was a line. If I ordered two I should get two...only makes sense. She walks away. Comes back with the other fry and immediately closes the window and walks away!! 👎
SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!! Now I see why I DONT eat Wendy’s! I was hungry last night after work, and decided to try Wendy’s (at the advisement of my colleague) as this was the only restaurant that was open - as all of the local pizza shops were closed. The older woman at the drive thru, was not friendly but was not rude, just there for a paycheck clearly. I ordered the Asiago bacon chicken sandwich meal. The ONLY edible item in my meal was the pineapple mango drink. The chicken patty was warm (due to it sitting in the warmer) but was NOT FRESH, you could taste how old it was, my “large fries” were only large due to the container, the amount of fries in the container were minimal, and the fries were COLD and disgusting, clearly sitting in the fry pan waiting for the next home. NEVER AGAIN!!!! You have been warned! 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮
Went to this Wendy's for the first time today, excited to try something new on the menu, the lady at the drive thru was so rude, unenthusiastic responses, dropped a few of our straws out of the windows before we pulled up, and didn't replace them, and almost forgot some of our food. Overall did not feel welcomed here and dont plan on returning. Food was good but workers have lost their respect for customers and jobs in general.
This was my order. What did I get? My kids meal (thank god or I’d have a cranky kiddo) A “burger” but all it had was lettuce tomato and cheese on it. No French fries No chicken nuggets What’s the point of order food if I’m not going to receive any food. Update - they don’t even want to answer their phones so they can remedy this situation. Corporate is only open on weekdays too. How convenient.
Yesterday I waited 15 minutes in the drive through and was told to move into a designated parking spot while they finished making my sandwich. Not only did they get the order incorrect but after I took a bite I noticed that the chicken patty was not even fully cooked! Safe to say this is the last time I'll visit there! Steer clear of the east greenbush location... Your risk of get food poisoning is highly likely! 🤦♀️
DISGUSTING! I went through drive thru & was trying to give an employee my order but the drive thru speaker was very hard to listen, as I try to finish saying what I want nobody responded to us. We drove up to the window just for a guy to tell us we can’t proceed to ordering anymore due to their speaker not working. So I continue to pay for the little bit of food I got to order before the speaker stopped working on me. I finally got my food & my food was put together very bad , cheese on my bacon fries was not melted , I got an opened bbq sauce & nuggets was cold. NEVER AGAIN😂 I will forever hate Wendys
My sandwich was supposed to come cheese bacon and neither was provided, I also asked for no pickles and tomatoes and they still put pickles but I took them out as u can’t see they also took about thirty minutes to make 3 sandwiches, also I was eating my fries And it tasted like dirt my overall experience at this Wendy’s was horrible
60 miles into my bike ride I refueled here with the pretzel bacon burger. It was served fast from the drive through which was great. But I ordered a large size combo because I wanted large fries. But all I got was 3/4 full carton loosely packed. A practice I've noticed done by all fast food places. Charge for large and give medium. Franchise owner and management should correct this. It's not honest business practice. Would've been a 5 🌟 rating if I wasn't screwed over my fries. Hope the skimming of the fries was worth the 1 🌟. Where's the beef? How about where's the fries?
