Service was perfect, can't say anything negative

Customer service is real nice. I go there every Sunday The food is fantastic. Parking lot is nice and clean and easy to park. Bathrooms are always clean. Just in all around fantastic place to be. I'm a Celiac And even though they don't have gluten, free bread or pancakes. They're still options for people with a Gluten allergy can eat.

Quick service and the waitress was attentive. I had 2 over easy eggs ,bacon ,toast and home fries. Waitress asked if I wanted onions in them. I was like YES!! Thanks for suggesting that. They were excellent with fried onions . Had coffee ☕️. Little pricey for breakfast .

Visited during a quiet Tuesday afternoon and our meals were on point. Kudos to the cook/chef! Tommy boy, our waiter, did a wonderful job, very attentive, had many awesome suggestions to the menu, friendly, just the best waiter. If I could have I would have matched the bill for the tip. The best Dennys I have been to in a long time!!

I make the drive out to this location to be able to enjoy a late night with my homework. Internet service available, endless coffee refills. The service is great. I've never had any issues. The servers are consistently considerate of my needs.

It's been a while since I have been inside Denny's. Place was empty plenty of seats just not a lot of employees working. Clean friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed my everyday slam for my birthday.

We waited in line for about 10 minutes and then we were promptly seated in a booth. No temperature check. The customers are seated with social distancing parameters. Our server was fast, friendly and provided great customer service. It was a gentleman but now I can't remember his name. Our food order was correct and served at appropriate temperature. All condiments were provided and we enjoyed a good meal.

Who doesn't love Danny's? Always great food, yummy shakes and desserts, I've never had bad service, AND on your birthday you get a free grand slam breakfast.... like the place is a slice of heaven on earth!

I've been coming to this Denny's for nearly 30 years, and while the All-American Slam is always a great start reason to drop in, the real reason I keep coming back is the incredible service from Susan. She goes above and beyond for every customer, making each visit feel special with her kindness, attention to detail, and hardworking attitude. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way she does. Denny’s is lucky to have her! Highly recommend this location for both the food and the amazing service.

Stopped in for my Birthday Grand Slam since I'm a Rewards Member. The breakfast was delicious and the service was very good as well.

I had the grilled chicken Cobb salad. Flavored with honey mustard. The food is fresh and damn good. The man had chicken fingers and corn, again fresh. The T-bone is amazing and can be cut with a butter knife.

The servers were very nice and the food was great! I got the ultimate omelette with red potatoes and gluten free English muffin. It was just what I wanted! The kids got pancakes and eggs. Clean restaurant with a friendly, helpful staff. Orders were taken quickly and food came out in a decent amount of time. The food was prepared properly and is reasonably priced. This location is kinda tucked away and not easily noticed from the main road. My one big complaint is the condition of the parking lot. Huge potholes...

We have made this place our go-to place for breakfast when in or near the E Greenbush area. Patricia who has been with Denny’s for years is usually our waitress. She is very congenial and takes our order quickly. The good part is that the restaurant is never disappointing in both food and service. The only drawback I have with the Denny’s franchise is that they are closing up in numerous places. The most recent in the Albany, NY area is the restaurant on Wolf Road and then on Latham on Route 7. This fact is very disappointing and hope that this is not a sign of more closures to come. It is the truly only good place to get a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. If you are in E. Greenbush NY frequent this restaurant- a good place to eat and ask for Patricia as your server.

Our go to diner for breakfast anytime. Sometimes the food is great! Other times not so much. They could use an upgrade in the dining area. Kind of old and dated. Waitstaff are pleasing and try hard for good tips.

Good was good but the fries was very over cooked. The server was just bad (susan). Asked to borrow her pen and she just had to take a order so then mins pass and I go to the car and get my own pen. I will no go back.

I went with two other people and all three of us enjoyed our meals. I got the salmon deal for seniors and my fellow diners made changes to their food without a problem. The server was very nice and accommodating and made the dining experience all the better BUT there was a VERY loud man that at the counter talking with employees, swearing up a storm and just being obnoxious. He has to be a regular because he wasn't even told to lower his voice.

I love Dennys but the food at this location is hit and miss. A few weeks ago, I had the perfect omelette. The other day....it was dripping in grease, all over the plate. I left most of it. And so it goes, some visits are spot on and others have so much grease, I cannot eat it. However the staff are usually very nice and service is good. Lack of consistency kills my stars

This was a really nice Denny's. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive. The menu had some new exciting items and the food came out quickly, hot, plentiful and tasty. I would definitely come back again when craving diner style food.

The go-to place for breakfast for dinner. The food is consistent as far as the menu goes and as far as you go. Literally, the food is exactly the same wheater you're on the east,gulf,west coasts, and everything in between. So odds are good for the people who like it and those who don't. So, no guessing you don't like it there, you won't like it anywhere. This chain is always consistent and open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and you can order breakfast anytime of day or night. The steak and eggs, as you can see, are not skimpy. Portions are decent, and the price won't break the bank. The service, especially in this east Greenbush diner, is bar none. All locations, the service is extremely friendly and attentive. Goes with everything else consistency. Probably the reason why they have been successful with this chain.

Dennys is a perfect breakfast after an earlier morning, or evening of chaos. This Denny's is in DESPERATE need of a remodel, or at minimum fresh paint, lighting and ceiling tiles.

Over crowded, noisy and understaffed. 20 minute wait to order although coffee did not take that long. 35 minutes for food after ordering. Staff was showing signs of stress and the experience was unpleasant. All the Dennys in our area have closed. We drove 90 minutes to meet family and it was not what we expected. The waitress was fine, but the host spent the entire time talking to the kitchen stops in a really loud tone and just blubbering about her personal life. I couldn’t even join my meal without listening to her personal problems.

As a fellow waitress myself I understand the stress of relying on tips. The food was good, service was ok however when me and my partner whent to check out, things got uncomfortable. My partner and I aren't made of money, we tip when we can however this meal we werent able to. Our waitress, saw that we didn't tip on the card then goes back to the table. Comes up to us and blunt asks, "no tip" we were definitely embarrassed, we always tip when we have the money but right now we didn't we tried to say to the waitress however she continued to ask what we did wrong and why we didn't tip. Me and my partner felt extremely uncomfortable, we won't be coming back.

A great Denny's location if you are in the mood for some diner food and not too picky. I'll start off by saying that my server was very kind and made sure that we were all doing okay the entire time during our stay. The food was presented beautifully but the flavors were just not there. Nothing really had any pop of flavor and everything was all around fairly bland. Everything was cooked perfectly, but just didn't really hit me as anything above what you would expect from a Denny's. Some of the service staff seemed to be a bit odd but everyone was very sweet, besides one lady who was talking loudly and negatively about some of the customers. The young man who worked there was a great gentleman. I think that for the raising prices, I might suggest going somewhere else but if you are in the mood for breakfast and your friend wants dinner then this would be a perfect place to sit down and enjoy.

I gave this one a 3 star due to this being the second time an order was stolen from me. I was told by management and employees they do not check for the order number when someone shows up to pick up the order so if you have the name of the person who ordered it and some how some details they will give you the order. The suspicious thing about the incident is that while I was on the phone and my spouse was entering the complaint the order was canceled almost as if the theif was still in the restaurant. I was shown the receipt that had the order number on it and the staf explained they have no control over anything they just get a print out of the receipt. I told them to request the order number next time someone shows up, I give them credit for making the entire order over. They blamed Uber eats app for an error or security breach on their end. They also showed me some photos that they had of the perp so let's see if that perp comes back to make another grab.

I came here because as a long time Denny’s customer, I was hoping to get the free grand slam offer. I was told that I would have to sign onto the phone app and then I would be offered the meal. I did so (though at this time my phone is messed up and had to use my wife’s phone to get the app) was told that the offer would be coming in email. In the meantime I was asked to order, so I did order the everyday value slam, as I was told this would the free slam offer. It never did arrive in my email and the staff did not offer to compensate the meal even though my drivers license clearly says my birthday. Ended up paying for a $23 meal as I had brought my family with me. It’s not the same cheap place to eat that it was when I was younger. Aside from that the pancakes were big (now you can add 2 pancakes for $2) and the hamburger that we bought was pretty good though it was on the expensive side.

Me and my sister love Dennys, she loves the Berry crapes, and I love the crazy spicy skillet. But this time was terrible. We ordered our food and when it arrived her craeps were cold and on mine there was no spicy sauce or jalapeños. I told the waitress and she said oh. L8ke she had no clue it was supposed to be on there to begin with. I asked them to fix it. She comes back with no jalapeños and the spicy sause ice cold. We were starving so we ate but didnt enjoy it. The waitress didnt come back till 20-25 minutes after we had finished eating it wouldn't have been an issue if they were busy but there was only us and 1 other customer there. On the bill I saw she charged me 2x for scrambled eggs for the skillet when it's supposed to be like $1.50 unchanged. I told her and she started arguing with me over it. The supervisor or someone fixed it but refused to give me a copy of the receipt. I have never had such a bad experience at a Dennys.

I have been going here regularly to get their veggie patty with fries. And always get barbecue sauce instead of ketchup. $15 +. Called in the order today and now they want to charge a dollar for barbecue sauce. A condiment. So I canceled the order. Did not feel like getting gouged for a condiment and they lost a $15 sale and more in the future because of it. Makes lousy business sense. And okay if someone wants to pay a dollar for a condiment fine. But for me if you are going to lose a $15 sale over it. I would make a better business decision and give that person the condiment

Everytime I ask for manager they say that they are not around. The workers are tired and dusty looking. They never give what you order. The other morning I ordered a French toast with berries n cream, scrambled eggs with cheese and 4 sausages instead of 2 bacon and 2 sausage with an orange juice. Do you know my food came with no meat at all and half a cup of orange juice. I called and they told me the driver probably ate it. The nerve of them to lie it was pathetic. Went there for Christmas dinner with my brother. Denny's is "always" open, and has been open for Christmas in the past. (See the enclosed company sign photo on the door stating so). Then I saw the handwritten sign on the door stating that they closed (early) already. What a rip-off. Does Denny's Corporate know about this? Well, they will now. No wonder the area Denny's are all closing - unable to serve customers when they state (hours sign) they are. I will sincerely think twice before going to Denny's again.

Same as always....every time I say I'll never be back and I try it again and I'm disappointed again. This was their new pancake special to promote Solo. No strawberry syrup. Then my girlfriend ordered fresh fruit instead of hashbrowns to go with it and it was forgotten. I ordered the pot roast melt and it was burnt. Then after our meal we ended up having to meet the server at the register to get our bill because she never made it back or asked if we wanted dessert. Always a disappointment. Used to be a good place for an inexpensive meal. Now it's worse than McDonalds.

I ordered food online a little before 11 A.M. My confirmation email said my order would be ready at 11:08. I walked in around 11:05. I waited almost 40 minutes past my pickup time to receive my order.

Walked in and was immediately seated. However, you sit there for 25 minutes and not a single person waits on you. Three waitresses on board but five tables around me were waiting for a waitress. Weren't asked if we wanted something to drink, weren't asked if we wanted to order, no nothing. After a long period of time, we finally got up and left. Totally disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place you anyone!

On Father's Day, the service and food were very poor. One waitress was unfriendly. I ordered a (Classic Slams) Red, White, and Berry Pancake Slam, and it wasn't what the menu said. Only the pancakes were good. My kids ordered chicken tenders, but they were too salty.

Portions and food are very inconsistent, ordered skillet and came with hardly any vegetables and of course with zero seasoning anywhere, I added the jalapenos .Had 3 tiny mushrooms In it. For nearly $16 I'll stay home and cook this next time. The "side" of bacon was lousy too. Only saving grace was the pancakes. Won't be back for a while

Was there around noon on Sunday. Couldn't tell what was going on with the waiter, if a bad day or not. But the service was not good. I oder milk shake as well and I was told we couldn't get the cream as everyone else. Couldn't tell is it was a racial factor or prejudice. But everyone else's was different like the picture that is blare. Food was still normal but service or server was bad
