Amet, and Diva work very hard to keep the establishment fastidiously clean, always a pleasant greeting when you come in, I've been there so often they done ask they just start making my toasted Buffalo chicken bacon ranch, with tomatoes onions peppers and black olives, there's a closer store here in Cohoes but it's not as clean lots of cross contamination from sloppiness and you don't get the same greeting as the Loudon rd location where I chose to drive further to get better service

Place is aways nice and clean and they laugh at my orders -- sometimes I order: steak, or Lobster or just pancakes sunny side up!! Its a great staff...and they enjoy the moment of serving people!

Subway is my favorite all the times. But today i placed and order online, i asked for to tossed but it was too cold and they did not tossed . It's made me sad 😢.

The East Greenbush store is the best ..the way Subway always was .the stores in Latham are not making subs right ...5 peices of turkey on a footlong umm come on thats why i stopped eating at subway ..but now ill always stop in egb and grab one

I ordered a sub and cookie platters for a college ministry event. They were ready on time. When it was time to eat the subs and cookies were fresh and delicious. The students devoured them. They were a hit. The parking at subway is very convenient. They have restrooms and dining room seating. And ofcourse to go. I will be going back.

Clean store. Pleasant staff. Food was prepared the way I wanted. It doesn't get better than that--except, oh, yes! They accept their own coupons!! Western Ave. site doesn't. Their loss.

Employees were very efficient in multitasking between customers to keep the line moving. I order a foot long chicken with bacon melt, the chicken was fresh with good amount of chicken in my sandwich. Lettuce, tomatoes were also fresh. I enjoyed my experience.

I only go here in the evening or night there used to be the same guy on every night he was always very friendly and made the sandwiches well, actually I don't think I've had a bad experience here ever even when they're getting ready to close they will still take your order. There's a Subway I pass by to get here but they always close an hour or two earlier, anyhow this East Greenbush location is awesome.

We come in every so often when we're a little to tired to cook up something at home, and the staff here are always friendly and professional- I've never had an experience here where anyone was less than lovely. I know this location gets a lot of online orders which can be difficult to deal with on top of a steady flow of walk-in customers, so I'm always impressed with the customer service here. One younger gentleman in particular is just SO good, we've seen him a couple of times and he's always pleasant and makes fantastic subs and even has recommendations. I didnt happen to catch his name but he was there around 6pm ish on Sunday 9/7. I know working food service isn't the most glorious or rewarding gig (I say this as a veteran food service worker, lol) but when you're doing something full time it helps to take a little pride in what you do and bring that energy into whatever line of work you're in at the time. Keep up with that attitude and you'll be going places in life, wherever you go! Work is never fun but you guys are all doing a fantastic job. Much ❤️ to the staff and thank you as always.

My son and I went there sunday may 18,2025@ around 5. We were waited on right away. As i was waiting i looked around the store and was very impressed. The tables were all clean including the floors and i also noticed the glass case was spottless. People always complain but noone takes the time when its good. These 2 ladies did a great job. Clean store was impressive. Great job.

I love coming into this subway I get a veggie delight wrap. I really enjoy the rapport this one particular employee has. <Kimberly I think her name is> She embodies a true sandwich artist. I always see her it's like she lives there. She is highly efficient yet doesn't make it sloppy so it looks as good as it tastes. She obviously empowers her co workers for greatness. Today I watched her and two younger employees with less skill get slammed with a huge line out the door. She aced It like a champion. Despite the two clearly inexperienced young boys working with her who kept getting flustered and making mistakes she, like a true boss helped them along. When they were making mistakes, she showed them how not to, and explained how to correct it. I love seeing good people empower other people to be good also.

I had experience at this subway. The gals that helped me were really nice and quick. They moved the little line that was forming along quickly while still producing good suns that didn't fall apart.

Generally really like subway. One of the only possibly healthy convenient fast food but this sandwich was so overdressed it was runny and soggy in minutes. But the staff was very nice and they were remodeling the shop

Nice servers, friendly, give good portions. Clean. Will be expanding shortly to a newer inside. Highly recommend.

I always enjoy a sub. This low rating is for the app not working. BOGO is BOGUS. The manager had shady excuses and seemed to have no interest in resolving my complaint.

One of the better subways, the female dominated wait staff has always been kind and friendly when ever I have stopped a quick lunch or a cheap and healthy dinner. The veggies always appear fresh and the portion sizes are to be expected, none of that you get what you get BS.

Subway, the veggies are always fresh and the folks behind the counter are always personable. My only issue is the number of times that I've gone in with a list of 5 or 6 subs and they always end up wrong. They've even labaled the subs and after passing them out, turns out the labels are mixed up. If you go for one sub, chances are strong that you'll get what you ordered. If you go with a multiple order, well, have them make one at a time...you can thank me later.

Not crazy about subway. If you want a cheap sub. Cool, get one. If you're going to subway, the. You know what you're getting.

Food was terrible and very slow workers

I've order one of the melts twice in the last two months and both times the sandwich order was not right as both were missing the cheese. I'm not sure how you can make a melt without the cheese?

When you use the online app and ask for extras they Don't give it to you. I thought it was a fluke the first time and when I went back The second time and asked for extra veggies I still didn't get any tiny skinny subs

Only gave it a two because my girlfriends sub was luckily half decent. Terrible customer service. I understand it was later at night and within an hour of closing , but , the service I was "provided" isn't how you retain customers.

Ordered off of GrubHub and got my order on time. But my order was completely wrong. I ordered an Italian BMT and a pizza sub (pictures of what I got). Not only were they both wrong but they were a wreck. I called and they were willing to remake them but that defeats the whole purpose of ordering off Grubhub.

I went into the store at 8:56 pm on July 9th after rushing in traffic to get there there and the woman said they were closed and weren’t serving food I understand I shouldn’t come 5 mins before close but if ur not open till 9 please don’t state online that you are.

Today I waiting at the counter to order for 15 minutes with no one there at 8:15am. I left and when I was pulling out both employees were outside smoking with no regard what was going on inside the store

A man was yelling at another employee to get to work when the girl was making my sub! The poor girl was crying! Every time I go in there the employees are in bad moods etc

Just pulled in at 851pm. They close at 8pm. Door was locked an girl wldnt make eye contact, but she knew I pulled up. I only wanted a soda, chips and cookies. Not even a sub

Got food poisoning. Wife called to report it (because she thought they would like to know) the manager asked what she would like him to do about it. While I can completely understand that statement, an apology while I was longing for death in the other room would have been nice.

While pulling out of the parking lot a dark grey colored dodge with the license plate (EVB3218) tried pulling in and almost hit our vehicle then proceeded to honk at us and get out of her vehicle and tell us that she owns the building because she is a regional manager and that we are not allowed to drive through her parking lot that it’s “dangerous” and then identified herself as Jo Ann Stone. We felt this was not only dangerous but unprofessional and inappropriate. I sure wouldn’t want to work for her if this is how she treats people in the parking lot. I will be spreading the word, however it seems the reviews already speak for themselves and most people already know not to come here.

Went in to grab a sub before work this morning and all I was getting were scoffs from the girl having to do her job I had no idea it was that difficult to make a single sub when there’s nobody else in the store very unprofessional she was shaking her head as she was making my sub it took the world of me to not say anything about her attitude my question is how can u mess up working at subway so bad a meatball sub with nothing on it is that difficult younger girl with a puffball on her head

Online orders are marked as picked up before they’re even started, and walk-in customers are clearly prioritized over those who’ve already paid. Ended up waiting while others came and went. Also saw someone slip on ice on the walkway in the parking lot. Poor service and safety standards.

I went there today to get lunch March 2nd around 1:30 and there are cones outside I walked around the cones I slipped on ice and fell and slammed my right side to the ground and I told the women that made my sub that you should throw rock salt down she told me she wasn't lifting any bags of rock salt cuz she doesn't want to hurt her back if anybody see the video you'll see when I'm talking about so if you can please reach out to me thank you this is very important some old lady or somebody else can fall that would break something I injured my right side and I have plenty of pictures of the surroundings

Asked for double meat. got charged for it. Got home and it was the usual amount . Subway is the worst , nothing like it was 10 years ago. For a good sub go to a family run deli .

We went here on our lunch break and there were 3 employees working. One had the only attitude written all over her face and was a bit snotty. Another one was moving so fast she put the wrong dressing on my sub and took her gloved finger and wiped some of it off. Some employees need a touch up on there customer service skills.

I wasnt going to post this, but i see that someone else had the same exact thing happen to them. I pulled in last night (4-15-24) at 8:49pm (i remember looking to make sure it wasnt 9pm) to get a box of cookies for my sick daughter. But when i got to the door it was locked. I was confused because it was at least 10mins b4 they close according to the times literally listed on the locked door. It was also confusing because there were still TWO customers eating at tables inside. So i knocked on door but BOTH of the employees ignored me. Then i yelled in through the crack "i only want cookies, and i can see there are still plenty in the case". But they still ignored me. Then i kept knocking and said "its not 9pm" and then finally the one woman looked at me and just pointed at her watch (as if that made ANY sense). Even the customers felt bad bc they could hear me. If you guys are going to lock the doors 15 MINS b4 it says that you close, you should really post that so people dont drive 30mins to get there ON TIME just for your lazy employees to lock the door and ignore customers. This is why these people dont deserve $15 an hr. Sad

I went in for a Turkey sub with everything on it the young lady grabbed for the pepperoni I said no no then she grabs for the salami I said no no no no beef then she got an attitude and said rudely “well what kind of sub do you want?” I paused and responded back “a TURKEY” sub! And then she proceeded to finishing adding the cheese and then toasting the sandwhich then the young lady next to her who added the veggies starts asking me what I want I tell her then she glanced over to the first young lady and smirks I proceed with my order. Then I asked a different young lady can I use the bathroom and she was very helpful but overall I won’t be coming back because the attitude was completely unnecessary and if she doesn’t like her job she should get a new one.
