We enjoyed the moonshine quesadilla, the rachel and dry boneless wings with the sauces on the side. We got the whiskey, barrel, honey, mustard, and barbecue sauce on side
What a wonderful new place for East Greenbush! Brand new, great atmosphere, large bar area. Loved the holiday decorations.

So far all the friends we’ve taken here have loved it. Very nice atmosphere!
I held a private event at the east greenbush location. Josh the manager was overseeing our party and was so attentive, friendly, helpful and generous. He was on top of everything and I never had to go search for him or wait for him to attend to us. At the end of the party when we were wrapping things up he even went out of his way to send us home with a few orders of fresh complementary wings. I would definitely have another private event there. Everything was superb!

Burgers are top notch, the decor is fabulous, roomy and full of light. However, lose the hoodies and sweatpants on the servers. Not a good look, One looked like he just came from the gym David M
During a recent visit, I needed to use the baby changing table in the women’s restroom. The table was already folded down but was visibly bent and sagging, to the point that it looked like it could detach from the wall. I had to brace it with my knee just to safely change my 3-month-old baby. This is a serious safety concern. The changing table needs proper wall brackets or reinforcement underneath to ensure it’s secure and safe for infants. I hope management addresses this promptly. It's a real safety issue
First time ordering to go resulted in a messy order (sauces popped open and spilled all over). Came here whilst waiting for some new tires to bet put on across the street. Bartender was very attentive and warned me of some political banter at the bar (yay lol). Not going to knock the atmosphere rating down for a couple of comedians. Really glad to see a couple of vegan options/substitutes on their menu. Will definitely be back when I am in the area again.

Ordered a chicken caesar salad for take out. Food was ready quickly. I have 2 issues - First, watch the app carefully, it automatically adds a 20% tip, although you can revise it if you pay attention. Second, the lettuce was soggy. Im assuming that they keep their greens in ice water, which is a pretty standard restaurant practice - BUT, you have to dry them off before using. The greens get soggy, and dressing doesnt stick to wet greens. Other than that, good value for the price.
I’ve been to this location numerous times and have yet to have a bad experience. I was greeted by a young man tonight, ( who I see frequently doing various different tasks ) was very polite and brought me to a table swiftly. My server, Jonny too was a young man who was very polite. Greeted us instantly and gave zero reason for complaints. The food was very good. I ordered a jack daniel’s burger which was delicious . My husband ordered 10 wings and thought they were fantastic. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anybody and will be back again soon.
Went for lunch. Had a buffalo chicken wrap. Wrap was large and fully stuffed. It was good as was the fries that came with the plate. Reasonably priced and the s ever was good.
I had the dirty bird sandwich. It was great. My wife had honey hot chicken sandwich which was good and huge! It gets sloppy so I recommend cutting in half to eat. Our server Jen was on point. She refilled drinks without being asked, checked on us and was so cheerful. Don’t sleep on the spinach artichoke dip. It could be the best I’ve had in the capital district. Back again: Tyler was a great server, the dirty bird amazing and baked Mac a cheese so good. The only bummer was the sweet potato fries were rubbery like there’d been microwaved. Inedible. Would have sent them back if we weren’t so full from the good stuff.

I generally like the food at Juniors, but this location often has issues with their food. I have had a couple of different issues ordering from here. Today I ordered a delivery order and even though available on their website, 2 of the items I ordered weren’t available (Brussels and bacon and mini loaded potatoes). Not a huge deal as they let me know in advance and I was able to cancel those items. Then, when my food arrives, I find that out of the 3 remaining items that I ordered one of them was wrong. Instead of a French dip I was given a Philly cheesesteak. So out of 5 items I ordered, 3 were either unavailable or wrong. Crappy experience and ruined my dinner. Ended up having to order from somewhere else just to get enough food for everyone. Will likely go to other locations in the future. Too bad as this is close to me and I was excited they opened in proximity to where I live.
This is the 2nd time we ordered gluten-free food to go only arrive home and notice it is not. Luckily I’m not celiac and chose not to eat it. I do however have friends that have celiac disease and this would be a MAJOR health issue for them. Please do better! ☹️

Got a Reuben and Rachel. Not bad but not the best I’ve had. Corned beef was a little tough and could have used more dressing. For the price, I was expecting better. Takeout was packed conveniently with plenty of napkins and while interaction with staff was limited bc we didn't dine in, they were nice when checking out.
The burgers were really good, but I was surprised to see a service tip fee automatically added to my online takeout order. I subtracted 2 stars because of this. Great food, but something to be aware of if you’re ordering to-go.
Great atmosphere but service was slow. It took over 10 minutes to get our first round , chicken wings way over cooked, chicken sandwich way overcooked and tater tots way undercooked. Won't go back for food here but maybe drinks. The one in Albany has way better food.

Our server Anthony was great! We asked where the daily specials menu was and he said they don’t currently have it; being revised. We asked about the usual Wed/Thurs fried chicken special and Anthony told us it was available. I asked for Brussels sprouts with mine instead of the mashed potatoes and was told they didn’t have any. I said but it is one of your Happy Hour appetizers and he said they were out. I said how about another veggie like broccoli and we were told there are no veggies at all. The food was actually good, but I think they need to keep things available that are on the menu. Most locals are happy to have a Juniors here in East Greenbush but I’m afraid it has gone downhill since opening. Recently ate at the Guilderland location and they seemed to have everything on the menu.
Last two times I ordered, food was bland. Spinach and artichoke dip tasted like straight cream cheese and it’s the second to go order where they didn’t include the bread, despite selecting “extra bread” and paying extra for it. Cesar salad doesn’t taste like a Cesar dressing. Burger wrap has almost no flavor and the onions were overpowering. Juniors has gone down hill
Went on a weekend afternoon. No hostess to greet and seat. Called into the kitchen... nothIng. We wandered into the dining area asking if we were to seat ourselves and was told that someone would be with us soon (took 7 minutes). Finally were seated and ordered food, which came out quickly. Burger was meh... mozzarella sticks were pretty good but expensive for only 4.... chicken ceasar wrap had almost no chicken or dressing... and was tasteless. Waitress took it off our bill. She was great. Won't be going back.
I am writing in to tell someone about me and my husband’s recent experience at your Junior’s location in East Greenbush. I give the food 5 stars but the rest is history. The manager on duty, he was wearing a pale yellow polo and gray slacks on the day of our visit. Josh (if that is his name? I heard another employee say it to him) is the worst…as he was rude, dismissive, and generally just a jerk. I observed him berating the serving staff and overheard them discussing how he leaves his shifts early all the time making everyone else scramble. I don’t think I’d return to this location which is sad, because the food is amazing.
Good atmosphere and service. For Bar and grill it was themost disappointing Reuben. The quality of cornedbeef poor quailty water and rubbery. For $16 make your own cornedbeef. The sandwich construction was haphazard beef on 1 side and sourkraut on the other.

I attempted to place an online order on 01/05/2026 at around 6:30pm which was immediately canceled due to a known issue with the restaurant’s website and the third-party service they are attempting to use, something staff confirmed happens frequently. Although the charge of $46 will be refunded, I was informed it would take 3–5 business days to return to my card. When I called to ask why the online ordering system is still actively being used despite this ongoing issue, I was passed along to a manager because the hostess "wasn't going to tell the manager" about my complaint. Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with, Josh, was dismissive, spoke over me repeatedly, and ultimately ended the call abruptly. I had planned to still place my order by phone, but chose to spend my money elsewhere after that interaction. Disappointing experience overall.

Burgers were okay. Got onion rings and they tasted like they were frozen then baked in an oven instead made fresh and deep fried. My date got fries with her burger and they were undercooked. Figured I would get the bulldog sauce on my wings which I was told was a spicy bbq sauce but they tasted like a weird ketchup that comes with an EZ bake oven meal. Our server was very pessimistic and didn’t even ask how the food was when he realized we didn’t finish more than a few bites. The Troy location has been better but I would not waste the time and money at this location.
Extremely disappointed. I ordered this burger specifically because it was advertised as having avocado, and what I received was honestly unacceptable. There were maybe two tiny scraps of avocado, barely enough to taste, let alone justify calling it an ingredient. At that point, just don’t include it on the menu. The burger itself was dry and poorly assembled, barely had any cheese and the presentation made it clear there was no care put into the dish. If you’re going to charge for premium toppings like avocado, customers should actually get them. This felt misleading and sloppy. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect your order to match what’s advertised.
