Haven't really had any issues and if I had it's always handled promptly. usually it's the fries but I like them crispy so that's on me I just have to tell them that's all.

The Rensselaer location is the best! I feel as busy as they stay, food is always on point and the staff is always friendly. Not to mention, they’ve stayed as a reliable go to for us during this Corona pandemic.

Whoa! Our first trip to 5 Guys, pick-up order. They coooked the fries when we showed up. I had a Little Cheeseburger with various toppings, which were free, and Marty had the same but wrapped in lettuce. Absolutely delicious! Marty found that the lettuce didn't quite support the burger, so he used a fork. We'll definitely go back!!

Fast and quality service even during a dinner rush. Food is always Five Guys quality standard which is to say top notch. One of the staff here standouts as always going above and beyond I don’t know his name but if you frequent this Five Guys you know him.

So glad I could get back in to the restaurant as I remember it. Lettuce wrap instead of buns. Generous serving of fries. Even brought back the peanuts in shells while you wait to eat in and enjoy a burger your way. Loved it.

One of the better 5 Guys I’ve been too. Clean, very fast service, plenty of seating and the hamburgers weren’t burned to a crisp. With just a tickle of pink in the inside for a perfectly done and juicy hamburger.

I arrived at the store like 3 minutes before closing and asked if it was too late and the lady at the counter told me they accept orders until 10 pm with a smile. Very nice employees and the food was great. They didn’t skimp out on the fries which was nice. If the boss is reading this everyone that closed up on april 6th 2024 deserves a raise

Five guys is not just an American burger joint. It has delicious burgers, yes, but it also has lettuce wraps, different foods for dietary restrictions, and much much more. Of all the burger places I've been to, five guys is the best by far. If I could have five guys every day, I would. Their burgers are so unmatched that if I go to other popular burger restaurants then I order a salad because I don't want to be let down. Their burgers have an incredible amount of juiciness, and when they add bacon it just makes the burger better. The milkshakes at five guys is another reason why I go to five guys so often. There are multiple different flavors, and they all taste great. They always have great service, and their bathrooms are always clean as well.

Definitely the BEST in the area. I live closer to the Latham Five guys, and their service and food here at this location is better, so I make the drive to this one instead

The staff here was super friendly. They listened and repeated back my order to make sure they got it right. The food was cooked exactly as I asked and better than I hoped for. The workers, kitchen, and facilities were very clean. The service was fast but accurate. Hands down the best burger joint in the area. I can't say enough good things. You expect most burger joints to have greasy food, dirty bathrooms, and rushed/frustrated workers but this place is the opposite of all that. They're amazing.

I will skip the part about the prices. Everyone is aware that five guys is not cheap. That being said, I am a frequent traveler and occasionally go to five guys. Some are bad, some are OK, and some are very good. This is a very good one. Staff hustles to get your food out quickly and efficiently, as always burger was excellent and prepared properly. Restrooms are clean seating areas are well kept.

Great place to eat. Burgers are very delicious and well done. Everytime I go upstate NY, I would happen to pass by this place and would go there for lunch. Staff is very friendly. I suggest you put as many toppings on your burgers as possible because these vegetable toppings are free of charge and you will not be charged for a topping you ask. In this case, my suggestion for a hungary person is to order a really hefty burger with so many toppings because you can always grab a fork to scoop out the toppings and eat it if any vegetable toppings fall off your burger.

Burgers have been voted top 5 in the area and when you stop by you will see why. If you get the medium frie it wont be enough and the large is too much. Which one can you live with.

My first time to try Five Guys. Wow!! Awesome fresh, hot burgers & fries. Tables were all dirty and no one cleaned any the entire 45 minutes we were there. Other than that, an overall great experience.

Me and my Husband had a wonderful experience. I don't think I've had a bad meal at a Five Guys so what really stood out to me was the employees at this particular location. They greeted us warmly and were very pleasant, not to mention the fact that they had a good sense of humor and made a couple jokes to get us laughing. While the food (burgers & fries) is the same high quality it has been since the place first opened, this particular 5 Guys Burgers & Fries has lost most of its unique charm. The remodeling of the store that changed the layout of the store LOOKS great, but lacks a degree of functionality. For example, there are a whole series of tables in the fairly narrow "hallway" to the restrooms, giving off an atmosphere not unlike the seats of a wide body airplane near the bathroom. The seating area SEEMS smaller too. There also used to be more vocal about foot traffic and calling out orders. Thankfully, the food is the real reason why I go there and they continue to impress with their tasty, slightly expensive food.

Friendly workers and very understanding to questions regarding the way food is cooked due to peanut allergy and risk of cross-contamination. The burgers are awesome, though a little disappointing I couldn't try the fries.

My boyfriend and I have been here multiple times, we keep coming back for the delicious food and good service. The burgers and fries are cooked perfectly, I wouldn't get a burger from any other chains besides them. For the price you pay it is a good value for the quality. The atmosphere is nice and the restaurant is always clean.

I love the burgers at Five Guys SO much! They are very consistent in their ingredients and tastes across the different locations. I do wish they wouldn't play such loud, bad music (I know, I sound old...) and that they had quicker service.

I like the convenience of ordering from the app! The burgers are good, remind me of burgers from the summer non franchise places of my youth, with plenty of options for different fixins. Fries are good as well. Staff are always friendly, and the place is always clean. Shakes are good, but recently they haven't had my favorite, the cherry shake and I heard a rumour Five Guys was replacing it with another flavor! Noooooo! All in all, a step above the 3 big franchise burger places, and even though there is no drive in the app makes quick orders just as convenient.

I don't normally eat lunch, but had missed breakfast and was in the vicinity at a few stores, and this fit the bill. I enjoyed a cheeseburger with fries, a coke and a chocolate shake. I ordered the regular fries, but the portion is quite generous. I didn't realize that I had ordered a double burger, but it was what I needed. The shake was fabulous. The bill was $24 and change, more than McDonald's for sure, but the portions are large, and the quality vastly superior. I don't eat out often, but Five Guys is worth the trip.

This Five Guys operation is very good. The burgers and fries are, I feel the best in this area. I am not into all the fixings that people put on a burger. No tomatoes,lettuce or onions. Just a good burger and bacon and cheese is what I prefer. This way I taste the quality of the beef and not everything else. I love the music they play and the manager does a great job of providing banter and conversations with his employees. Nice job East Greenbush Five Guys. Keep up the great work. I love the FOCUS they have with their menu. Fries burgers and shakes. And every single item is SO good! It’s a little expensive but if you like a loaded burger all the toppings are included so it ends up being a good price. Portion sizes are generous and expect to get double the fries you order. Service is quick and friendly even though everything is grilled up fresh.

Hit turned to miss today. Usually have a great burger here. Today not so much. Got the little burger, a bit over cooked and not that hot. Fries were soggy and cool. And fries are always top notch here. My vanilla shake, spot on. Hopefully this was just a one off.

The buns have changed. They are fat. Instead of tasting the burger and fixings, all i taste is dry bread. Please go back to a thinner bun and you will be 5 star. Service and prices are great.

For ten dollars you get a cheeseburger with your choice of orange American cheese or orange American cheese. Mine wasn’t even melted. Cheap, doughy buns and flavorless tomato. Grilled mushrooms pushed this 2-star review to a 3.

Great fries and burgers. However asking for a tip in the way this place does is unacceptable. Might as well say we pay our workers less than a livable wage and expect you to make up the difference.

Let's be honest here, you're not going to 5 guys to eat healthy. So with that said, these burgers are delicious! Milkshakes not bad and other drink options are plenty. Customer service is really great! My only gripe is the salt mine levels they put on their fries. My husband and I don't want to be those customers "no salt on the fries" folks--but just might have to. This is really the only location that the fries are saltier than actual the salt shakers.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger......received a cheeseburger. Ask for my order to be fixed and was handed bacon to put on my burger. So, apparently this particular five guys has you make your own food!

I went on September 21st at 415pm. The service was fast but when I got home with my food both burgers where wrong even though the receipt was correct. The French fries were a soggy mess like they were heated in a microwave. For a top end priced burger meal I think this may have been my last time here. If you can't take the time to get a meal right what else are you cutting corners on. Makes you wonder

They short your order when you use Uber! Several times I paid for things I didn't recieve!

We ordered online for the first time tonight and I sent my son to pick it up. It was not at the pickup station as the online instructions had said it would be, so he waited in the dining area. Finally someone asked him if he was waiting for a pick up. He said he was and the employee’s response was “are we supposed to read your mind?” He then went on to say it several more times while they were wrapping up the order. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. We have gone in and gotten burgers from them many times over the years and lately the professionalism in this location has gone downhill. We will not be back.

Ordered online and because of miscommunication on where to park it took about 15 minutes after I got there to get my food. The thing that bugs me is that I had to call them when I started feeling like something wasn't right. They never intended to call me to tell me they had already sent someone out with my food. The order was pre paid so It bugs me that they were just going to say "oh well" instead of contacting me. The food itself wasnt very good at all but that could partially be due to the extended wait time. They cook with way too much grease which affects the quality of their burgers. I've never used curbside pickup before and I'm pretty sure I won't be trying again after this.

Once a favorite, Five Guys seems to have lost its charm with skyrocketing prices. The joy of enjoying their burgers is overshadowed by the hefty $7 charge for a meager portion of fries. Let's hope they revisit their pricing strategy and bring back the good old days that had everyone eagerly anticipating a visit to FiveGuys.
