Opinions de Nabi Cat Cafe Santa Clara
First time at a cat cafe, always wanted to go to one and there’s finally one here! The staff were very friendly and informative, you have to reserve a time slot to play with the cats, and they’ll send out a waiver online the day b4 your appointment to sign online. do it before you show up so they can verify and get you in on time :) The lady gives a pretty good run down of the dos & don’t if you’re new to cats. The play area is cozy and well decorated for pure cat enjoyment. I’m glad we went on a weekday and it wasn’t crowded, only 1-2 other couples were there but we had the whole place to ourselves for the latter half of our hour. This meant we could socialize with all the cats! They were mainly on the younger side but all super cute and mostly friendly. some will follow and come up to you and some will just nap. I like to let them sniff my hand before gently petting them, and they all seem to be very well socialised and calm after you do that. There’s a really cute upstairs area too where u can sit with some cats, but think most of them prefer the downstairs with the sunny window. you do get a free drink with the reservation, would recommend drinking it upstairs with the little tables to relax. The Yakgwa einspanner drink was really good, nutty and flavourful but I can’t spell it lol. Would definitely recommend coming here for a cat date, it’s well maintained, calming, the cats are friendly, clean and healthy looking (and adoptable for a fee!). They didn’t trigger my allergies too (did take some meds before going) so I think they’re on the cleaner side. Love it!
The best cat cafe I’ve been to! Booking was easy and free street parking was plentiful. The staff were so sweet and informative and they made delicious drinks. The space was impressively clean, and adorably decked out with cat furniture. And most importantly, the cats were clearly very happy. I loved seeing everyone being respectful of the cats wishes and each kitty got to play or cuddle or be left alone as they pleased :))
Such a gem of a cafe to visit. What's most impressive is it's not just a novelty, the drinks are good too! I got the Tiramisu Latte and it was delectable, sweet but not overbearing. My daughter got essentially the Strawberry Milk and she was very pleased with it (taste and color). Of course, the other main reason is to come for a cat visit, and this is so much fun for all ages. We had a cat at home that passed away and my daughter has missed her dearly. And while we're not ready to get a new cat at home, visiting Nabi Cat Café warms her heart and lets her play with many cats at once. Lots of toys and structures for the cats and they keep it very clean. Such a great place I highly recommend a visit.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. The owners were so kind and nice. The coffee was great tasting. There were 10 cats to play with, hold and pet. We drove 60 miles one way to go to here and we were not disappointed. You can adopt the cats and they go through a rigorous review before adopting the cats to "just anyone". You can see that these cats are well taken care of and they are happy.
We drove from the Sacramento area to check Nabi out and it did not disappoint! We had a great experience cuddling the cats and playing with the kittens. The complimentary drinks were so yummy we ordered some more to go. When we are ready to adopt a new family member we will absolutely be returning!
I had a great time checking out the Nabi Cat Cafe! The reservation was for an hour and I got to play and interact with many of the cats on site. Almost all of them were kittens and young, so they're very playful and active. The reservation comes with a drink from their cafe bar, which I enjoyed. Overall, I had a great time and would love to come back again! Would highly recommend checking this place out if you're interested in adopting (especially a kitten) or if you just want to play with and pet some cats
I love this place! It was fun, beautiful, relaxing and good price! The staff is super nice and helpful. Cats are so cute! The drinks were so good both coffee and my matcha. The muffin was good. Other people there is nice too. It was clean there.
This place is awesome! Came here mainly for the kitties but the drink that came with the reservation was tasty (strawberry latte). This place seems to take great care of the cats and I really hope all the beautiful kitties get adopted into amazing, loving homes.
Such a fun and delightful experience! I’ve been to cat cafes in Tokyo and was thrilled that a cat cafe is within driving distance in the Bay Area. Great ambiance, adorable kittens (and adoptable), delicious lattes… what’s not to love!
Amazing cat cafe! The cats are all so adorable and friendly, and they’re all adoptable! The staff are really nice and the cats seem very well taken care of. The cat area is gorgeous, very aesthetically pleasing, and very cat friendly (lots of cat trees and toys, and spaces for them to go to be alone if they get overwhelmed by people). You also get a free complimentary drink with a reservation. Overall a great experience, would absolutely visit again!!
Such a great place! First off, cats! There were 6 when we visited, and a 7th showed up but was just acclimating in their carrier. All the cats were sweet and friendly and obviously well taken care of. The staff has a great set of rules to keep the cats safe. I greatly enjoyed the Tiramisu latte I had. It was delicious! Can't wait to Come back.
This is such a cute place! The staff are nice and informative with all the cats; including on how you can find the rescue and adopt them. The drinks and snacks are really good in my opinion. I got the jeju matcha and pistachio pastry. The jeju matcha was unsweetened, but didn’t really taste much bitterness of the matcha. They do have cute socks, stickers and even matcha powder and spread available. All the cats have their own personalities and playfulness. Cats more interactive than others and some that are just chill and mellow. They’re all so sweet and will let you pet them while they take cat naps; of course, let them pet you until they don’t want it anymore. The staff take care of cleaning and sweeping even while customers are playing with the cats; very attentive and that they really take care of the kitties at all times. I would love to come back if it gives me the motivation to want to adopt the cats!!
I tried the yakgwa einspanner and my friend chose the strawberry latte. We each really enjoyed our drinks. We asked our barista/owner about visiting around town and had a lovely conversation about the area. We couldn’t get to meet the cats when we visited, but the sweet owner stated they were in for vet check-ups so we knew they were taken care of with loving hearts! (She also mentioned many were shelter cats that they personally took in.) We were so happy to have supported this local coffee shop with lovely owners doing wonderful work for the community! The drinks and overall experience were fantastic!
This is the best cat cafe I have been to. The cats are so cute and they are so loved here!! They seem very happy and love playing or snuggling with the guests. My favorite part of the cafe though are the drinks! The Korean-inspired drinks are so good! Especially the yuja ocean ade :) Will definitely be back!
They had kittens the day we visited them and they were ADORABLE! We went in the morning and the kittens were really energetic and playful. They were running jumping around and it was a great one hour! All kittens are up for adoption. You also get one drink per person. We got the matcha and the chestnut latte. Both were really yum! We also talked to the owner who is super sweet. Definitely worth a visit if you are a cat lover 😻
Staff members were friendly and knowledgeable! From getting our drinks to telling us about the kittens and making sure we were all comfortable, they were awesome. If you have a slightly larger group and want to do a weekend, would definitely recommend looking at the calendar pretty far in advance (at least 2 weeks) as they will fill up. There were 12 kittens there when we went, each with their own personalities and playfulness. They definitely knew when you had a treat for them too which was so cute. I ended up getting the yakgwa einspanner which was good, not too sweet but also I think I would order something different if I went again.
Such a cute new cafe! The front half of the cafe is for grabbing drinks and then the back half is the area where you can book to spend an hour with a bunch of rescue kitties. We tried the matcha and yakgwa latte and both were not too sweet and tasty. The kitty area was clean and very cutely decorated. There were 6 cats that were roaming freely and plenty of toys to entertain them with.

Came to Nabi on a discounted happy hours🌟 A little sad that most of the cats are pretty sleepy by noon, but its totally okay since they are all so sweet and cute. Also, the tiramisu latte is a must try!🥰

Lovely place with several small kittens. They are all very affectionate. Definitely a great place if you need a furry cuddle.

I love this place! I go at least once a week to get coffee here. Haven’t been to the kitty lounge yet because I usually have my dog with me on a walk, but would love to one day. Kind owners/staff and they have a loyalty stamp card so make sure you get one. All of their drinks are great, but I have a sweet tooth and wish they would bring back their dalgona latte. Or if they had something with caramel sauce and white chocolate, that would be the perfect menu for me.

the cats were all really cute and friendly (when i went there were 10 of them out) and me and my friends all had a wonderful time, but one of the staff members were really rude. the matcha strawberry latte was okay, it wasnt the best, the hot chocolate was REALLY GOOD and came with a cat design, the tiramisu was pretty decent, and the grape aid drink tasted like a grape high chew. the drinks were complementary for the visit
Bought the strawberry matcha here - very good in taste, the only disappointment is the quantity. The two stars are only for the taste of the drink. One for the ambience- it’s a cute place. Very pricey. Didn’t feel worth it.

After traveling all over the state to visit all the cat cafes, like Crumbs & whiskers in LA, Kittea cat lounge in SF, Cat town in Oakland, My husband and I finally drove over 2 hours away from Rancho Cordova to visit. Our car broke down on the way so we almost didn’t make it! Given the ordeal and the months long anticipation for this place, we were expecting a real Dopamine boost, lots of cat cuddles and love. When we arrived, we first entered the cafe part which was beautifully renovated. There was a nice selection of drinks that can you choose for free if you make a reservation. The desserts looked stellar & the staff were friendly when we were checking in. Our strawberry lattes were delicious. Once you’re in the cat area, you can notice how much detail and effort has been put in to make the place magical and cute. There’s themed cat trees, biscuit mats to sit on, toys, places for the cats to climb. This is definitely the most kawaii cat cafe I’ve been to, however also the most expensive. There was a large group with us during our session so when we all sat down in the cat area, they all went to the cats that were on the couch (naturally) We sat in the corner and waited, hoping we might catch a glimpse of the kittens. A lady working there offered one of the ladies in the big group a cat treat. We both felt rather left out/ignored. We also would have loved to feed the kittens some treats….And then another woman came in the middle of the reservation , for a 30 minute session so it felt like we had even more humans and less kittens. We did end up getting a chance to interact with the cats more towards the end of our 60 minutes but it just felt like a real struggle. The ratio of cats to people just wasn’t ideal. The cats are lovely though. They seem healthy & very well taken care of and the staff were extremely attentive to them as well. I do wish they were more like Cat Town where they have much more cats and also individual rooms where you can hang out with a cat or two at a time so it’s more personal, intimate, and just easier to hang out with the cats. I would still recommend this place to try once as it is an experience.
