Hadn't been to an RR in forever, and it did not disappoint. The burger was juicy, the bacon crispy, and the onion rings perfectly crunchy and fried. I loved the service, and the suggestions they made were so great. I got the bottomless cream sodas and got to try different flavors, I think the raspberry is my favorite. Would definitely come back for the flavors and the price!

This location provides a nostalgic feel for me and my family for years. Came back recently. We were served with the same awesome waiter Cristian. Food was great especially ensenada chicken and southwest salad. Loved the bottomless root beer float and sweet potato fries. So good! Friendly and great service.

The service was amazing and unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely awesome – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. Absolutely the best meal we had. My kids loved it. Love to Ashley for her superb service 👏 ☺

When we came in, surprisingly there was no one at the front area. Waited 10+ mins and no one came help at all. Had to ask someone how we can get seated and continued to wait. Very disappointed and was debating if we should leave. Finally one of the waitresses came over and gave us a table. Florence is very helpful and nice. She isn't even the hostess at the front area. Their onion rings are the the bomb! Onion rings are perfectly fried and crispy outside. Their bone-im wings are excellent too. All their burgers come with bottomless sides (fries, chips...etc). The burger is juicy and tasty. It's a bit messy to eat and you'll probably need extra napkins. You'll also need to ask for refills of your sides. Despite the poor service at the front desk (minus one star for it), we're glad that we were served by Florence.

I dropped by for a late lunch on Friday. I like RR's lettuce wrapped burgers and it was excellent. However, the bottomless side salad was fairly wilted and not appetizing, as if it had not been refrigerated for hours. So disappointing. Also, put of all the dozens of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks offered, none were both sugarfree and not caffeinated. Can you not offer sugarfree lemonade at least? So my experience could have been better. But i still appreciate the burger.

My kids treated me to lunch and I was glad they brought me to this Red Robin. We had a very nice meal, the service was awesome and the place had a pleasant vibe.

Sat down right away on a Tuesday evening around 530. Sat a little long before someone came to take our drink order. We were ready so we ordered our food too. Food was good. Salads are big. Garlic fries are yummy. We all love the Red Robin seasoning salt. This is place everyone can find something they can eat. The poppyseed dressing is good with the fries too. Sometimes parking can be tough. It’s a pretty big lot with a Safeway there but it can get busy with the other establishments.

Today's visit was one of the worst we have had at Red Robin. They sat us off to the seid that the bar serves (by the door) it took us to flag the gal that sat us to get the server because we had already waited 15 minutes to get our drink order. When Jacob came we were ready to order everything, drinks, appetizers, and the main meal. We got our drinks in 5 minutes (water with lemon x2) our meal came out before our appetizers. We didn't get the dressing for the salads. (We asked and only got 1 & one of us had to do without) the ribs were dry and didn't have the bbq sauce. The appetizers were wonderful when we got it. The shrimp was over cooked. His burger was fine. I think it was an off day for the staff. We love the place and go often. But today was something else.

Went in around 3pm today to order a salad to go at the bar. There was maybe 4 tables filled in the entire restaurant. Took about 5 minutes before I was even greeted. Once I ordered, I was told my food should take about 10/15 mins to come out. After 25 mins, I decided to go check with the hostess to see if my order was ready. Come to find out it had been sitting at the front desk with other called in orders for who knows how long. I never really have a great experience at this location yet I continue to come because it’s close to my house and I really love their menu. Set your expectations accordingly and you’ll be fine.

Found this nice Red Robin location as the great mall location closed and I was craving their steak fries and ranch dip for our weekday date with the hubs. My favorite meal at Red Robin’s is bottomless fries! I love it here but it seems the service here is still lacking as well as many of their locations in the Bay Area. This place is actually the best looking restaurant and modern compared to the other locations. It’s also a very busy location. We came right at dinner time and a crowd filled the place after us. I was surprised. Friendly host and servers but servers seem to take on other tasks than their assigned tables or I think the place doesn’t have enough servers especially, this location. We always had to flag someone to assist us and that was super annoying. Our burgers were cooked right but they didn’t ask how we wanted our burgers to be cooked though. It was super greasy as the oil dripped on our plate and fries. The steak fries and garlic fries were good as always, and you need to have it with ranch instead of ketchup. It’s the best. :D The garlic fries didn’t have enough garlic though and at least, it’s bottomless. I guess prices have really gone up. What happened to the ten dollar burgers. Haha. Ordered their strawberry lemonade and it was tart and lacking sugar. Since it’s a nice location and restaurant, I would try it here again when I’m craving fries but not go when you are super hungry. Haha

Sep2024 The quality has gone down. The flavor of the burger meat is nothing special, unlike before. Great timeline of the meal. The fries were bitter, most likely due to old oil. Great service. 2022 Madlove burger and Monster burger ware great. Wish they would not serve everything at once, spreading it out some would have been nice, salad, onion rings, fries and burgers all at once over fills the table besides some was cold before we could finish. Mud pies are huge and unbelievably great. Wedge fries were good. Onion rings were great. ---- Today the Onion Rings were even better than before. We asked for extra crispy fries and they were perfect but the refill was soggy. The burger was ordered medium and was way over cooked. Great service.

Standard fare. Feels like Red Robin is able to deliver tasty burgers at decent prices, combined with family friendly setting and beer. Food for the price is okay. But the overall experience somehow feels a bit decrepit and stale. Service is friendly but somehow impersonal. Red Robin perhaps has been coined into a particular positioning amongst sit-down chained restaurants. Perhaps a fresh reboot is necessary.

Not the Red Robin I remember. I haven't been there since 2019, but I always ordered their signature Bansai Burger. What came out of the kitchen tonight was about half the size, cold, and bland, like they forgot to add any salt. My wife's fish and chips was also very bland. What happened to my favorite burger joint? I'm very sad.

We visited Red Robin for the first time this past month. We ordered the "Pig Out Tavern" burger and the Red Robin Cheeseburger. Both were fine at best. I was honestly expecting a little more of these "gourmet" burgers. Their endless or bottomless fries are a good deal tho, I enjoyed the garlic variety. As for other sides, the garlic broccoli tasted ok, but no part of our meal felt/looked/seemed fresh. Same story for dessert. We ordered a Freckled Lemonade Cake, only for it to arrive frozen. There's also a fee for fiddling around with the tablet on your table, so be prepared to find an "entertainment fee" of $2.99 on your bill. It's not that it's expensive, I think it would be nice for them to tell you beforehand. We'll probably stick to good old trusty Shake Shack next time.

I asked for a well done burger and it was black/crispy. Didn't have time for a replacement, so we didn't ask or mention it. The coleslaw was dry with no flavor. Had to request condiments as they weren't offered to us for our burgers. We won't be back.
