I come here almost everyday! It’s so healthy and I don’t feel bad for eating out when I eat here as they have a lot of options and I get to have my fruits and veggies in my diet. I usually get one of the açaí bowls. Vitality bowls with some extra toppings like peanut butter or blueberries/kiwi and almonds.

Most of the time I visit it's not very busy. Staff varies on friendliness depending on whose working. It's a nice and relaxing place to eat lunch. They have breakfast and lunch/dinner options. Smoothies,coffee, and juice. Everything is fresh and very good quality. I order through their app often . I love their app, it's very easy to customize your smoothie/bowl/salad, you can easily add ingredients or take something away that you don't want.

Amazing experience with my friends in Vitality Bowls in Santa Clara. I'm a french girl who loves good and healthy food! I had the chance to try the delicious vitality bowls, I recommend it! Also I've tried the vegetarian panini with avocado and the purple smoothie that I also recommend. Employees are smiling and you're quickly served! 5/5!

Easily my favorite smoothie and Acai bowl place. Warm and welcoming vibes. A variety of food options. There are many smoothie and bowl options that are customizable, but also yummy wraps, paninis, salads, grain bowls, and more. There's a gorgeous flower picture wall, games to play with friends, and cute decorations. Last time I was here, they were passing out free samples at the door!

Clean facility, fast service, and bowl was just how I ordered it. Everything was wonderful. I got the Nutty Bowl without Flax and Almonds.

Came in on a Sunday and order 3 items, Dragon Bowl, Chicken pesto panini and a chocolate crush smoothie. all three items were fresh and flavorful. Service by the young lady named Daisy was friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is cute! They have plenty of seating, a selfie station and game boards to play with your friends. Very clean and water is complimentary! Will be back to this location!

Was so excited to try something new as I have tried the açaí bowl in the past and haven’t been disappointed, With this order, they forgot to add the avocado which is supposed to be one of the main ingredient specially for me being a vegetarian. Upon asking, they said the bowl doesn’t come with avocado. I showed them the menu where it mentioned avocado. They finally agreed and brought me mashed avocado separately, quantity hardly a spoonful. And as seen in the picture, it looked black and unfresh but he didn’t seem to care so I kept quiet. It tasted so bad that I had to thrown the entire thing. Few things that I experienced- For the price paid, I feel I could have got a better deal at some other place with fresh food and more attention. This was an absolute over priced item along with poor service. Very very disappointed!! Update- After the review sent on instagram, they got back to me apologizing and asked me to show this message to the counter to get a free medium size açaí bowl. I am surprised they want me to redeem a free entree by showing the same message to the staff. This is the most stupid idea I ever heard of! Is there a guarantee they would still prepare the food with honesty and not take their frustration or anger out in the food???? PS- please note that their portion sizes have reduced drastically and prices have increased. Not worth the price at all.

While I like Vitality Bowl, this one definitely short changes you on the quantity. Normally at other places the amount is almost to the top for a large. This is not the case, especially when you pay this much for some fruit. Twice I’ve come here and it’s the same size. I’ll be driving a bit further and going to the Sunnyvale location which gives you the correct quantity.

Tipping is meant to be a gratuitous show of appreciation for service — the act of someone going above and beyond their job title and not simply what they are hired to do. When there is zero direct service involved, asking for a tip at a self-serve kiosk comes across as opportunistic, not earned. If Vitality Bowls wants to maintain customer goodwill, I strongly suggest removing the tip screen from the self-service kiosks. Tips should never feel obligatory, and they certainly shouldn’t be solicited in situations where customer service is absent. If tips are expected, please bring back proper customer service and quicker food preparation speeds at this location. Someone should be at the register when a customer walks in (or quickly thereafter), this would be examples of reasons to be gratuitous.

We placed an order through DoorDash, and when it arrived, none of the items were labeled, not the bowls, not the wraps. We literally had to guess which order belonged to which person. This was especially unacceptable because our orders included specific allergy requests. Failing to label food when allergies are involved is not only careless, it's dangerous. They fill the bowl way less than they should! Attached is a picture of a large nutty bowl, the actual bowl is only half filled and they threw some granola on top to make it reach 75%. Compared to other franchises, this is disappointing. Lost all my trust and forced me to write a review.

Store at least looks clean inside. I came around opening ~9:11am and no one was inside until 10 minutes later which I don’t blame employee with all the traffic in the area. My problem was really how I ordered a bowl with 2 types of extra toppings (had to pay extra) and it seems like I got even less of the toppings than if I were to just get the regular amount. Save your money, don’t opt for the add-ons
