For buying these donuts and around 1:30pm they are delicious and don't taste dry or old. Typically you try to buy donuts in the morning when they are generally freshly made, but here they are just the same. Yum!! The customer in front of us bought some type of patty melt sandwich that got our mouth watering. Looked really good.

Donuts tasted good and were fresh. Employees were friendly and patient. There was a lot of noise from the machines and people talking, but overall a good visit.

Love this place!! They have great donuts & breakfast sandwiches & also fresh juices. It’s hard to find REAL fresh OJ, lots of places pretend to have it but it’s the real deal here. Friendly people working always, fresh donuts, never get your order wrong. Clean location as well. Definitely recommend!! The breakfast sandwiches are pretty big & the dozen donuts always come with 14!

While this yum yum is not the greatest, one of the workers, she is clearly the youngest one on the morning shift is the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet! she was so helpful and kind to my daughter when we came in! Love how this establishment is having young teenagers come on to their staff and give a friendly family atomosphere! I’ll be back! Give her a raise!!!!!!!!

Yum Yum Donuts has a wide variety of donuts, and they're always fresh. I usually visit at night and grab a cup of hot coffee to go, and I'm always pleased. The staff that work there are usually super friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive. Yum Yum also has a lot of sandwiches and smoothies as well as their famous donuts . Since they're open 24 hours, I'd recommend stopping in when you're in the area.

The vibe in the store makes it feel like a run down mom and pop/hole in the wall type of place. My high rating is for the quality taste of the donuts and the fact that it's open 24 hours a day.

Good fresh food. It gets crowded. No enforcement of social distance for staff or lines. Other donut shop chains do enforce so not sure why they don't.

This Yum Yum Donuts it's not too bad. However whenever I order my favorite item, which is the ham and cheese croissant, they always seem to be pretty dry here as if they've been sitting for a few days. But Donuts are nothing too special but the reason I keep coming back to this place whenever I can is because of the great customer service. They are always very friendly and fast

Just 3 stars....... I will tell you why!! I ordered a ham and cheese and a bagel with cream cheese! The girl behind the counter didn't say a word she just turned around and I had no idea if she even got my order....I didn't know until i saw her pull out a bagel. I won't be going back after i paid she never said thank you or anything... If the owner gets this I suggest you talk to your employees about customer service!! Being a business owner if any of my employees ever treated my customers like this they would be gone!!!!!

Minus 2 stars. Experience was tainted by bad attitude and one slice of cheese 🧀🥐. I get it, it's 4am. You probably just woke up and got to work. But Not my fault. So lose the attitude. I asked if they have 🥐 with 🐖n🧀 . She said no they go bad. So After a little more questioning, she finally admits, she can make one. If requested. So I ask for one. Que. Eye roll and puff of frustration. Seriously. Right in front of me. At least turn away. Sheesh. I could tell by watching her slap it together... ham slap..... one slice of cheese slap. Oven slap. I knew it wasn't going to be the Experience I was hopping for, when I was a kid ordering a ham n cheese from S&S off McBean before I'd go to school. I was right. It sucked. Was cold in the center. Croissant was good. And the cheese was sliced as a sheet of paper. Not even melted. I give them 3 stars though. I won't be overly cruel. Typically this is my spot after going out for the night and the workers at night who serve and work their magic making all them donuts all morning long, are awesome, nice, and do make delicious donuts. So to the worker today who wasn't feeling it, best of luck, I'm sure your day will get better, but swallow the attitude while you on the clock. And to the place of business, if the direction for a ham n cheese coissant seriously only comes with one slice of cheese. For $5 bucks, you should at least throw 2 slices on it.

Please double check your receipts. My husband went for a dozen last night and the cashier charged him 40$. When asked for the receipt he stated that he had thrown it away. He asked the cashier for his money back and said he couldn’t give him a refund because the manager wasn’t there. So my husband told him to give him another dozen of donuts. Double check your receipts because the cashiers might be double charging.

Dounts are good but.. the service was horrible the guy was pretty mean and my dount was ruined a little. I never rate places like this. Lyons Ave were a 5 really good service

I love their donuts but when I took a sip of there chocolate milk it tasted expired and not cold at all.

I dont have an issue with the donuts. The issues i have are sanitation, and staff. Its not a clean place. ive gotten donut boxes that were smudged with honey underneath box at check out. Staff allows homeless to sleep in facility over night. Staff is friendly except one women employee. Always rude, always in a hurry while helping you. Rolls eyes its annoying. Not the best place.

I waited in line behind one other customer to pick out my doughnuts. 4 other men walked in afterward chatting in Spanish and walked passed me and started talking to the ladies working in the back. They took the Hispanic men's order and ignored me. Another lady behind the counter then looked at me and started speaking Spanish to me. I don't speak Spanish. I gestured to her and shrugged my shoulder as to what just happened. I walked out because it seems that if you don't speak Spanish you will not get any service.

I stopped in this morning to grab a bite to eat I was flat-out ignored the three people that were working in the donut shop. Blatantly ignored me and my final comment is going to sound racist but it seems but it seems but it seems like the ladies could care less the gentleman that walked in before me what's the static Latino Mexican I don't know and he had a warm greeting from all of them I'll never walking to that place again

Very rude employee behind the counter..She was in a big rush to take my order but had the time to converse and laugh for a few minutes in spanish with the gentleman in front of me. When i tell her my order she felt the need to stop and "correct" me on the name in a pretty arrogant way as if there's some pop quiz.. Horrible customer service

The staff of very rude, they often get the orders wrong, and they serve you with a bad, really bad attitude. And don’t think about modifying your order. (I. E. No cheese ). I DO NOT recommend this place.

Bad experience here..no one was inside I was the only customer. They had 7 employees working behind the counter not one greated me as I walked in and they all looked at me as I was waiting to order..it took five minutes to come help me..I won't be coming back here based on that. Employees here are complacent, management obviously is banking on the franchise name for their business. The owner here should teach his staff customer service.

Bought a dozen donuts yesterday and I wish I hadn’t— $16.99 for the most mediocre donuts I’ve ever had. They were EXTREMELY dry and tasted like they had been sitting out for awhile. I went here because it happened to be along the way to work and I honestly should’ve went to another donut shop with better quality donuts and cheaper by the dozen. Service wasn’t amazing either.

The ladies are always rude. I paid for extra aguacate and she put 1 slice 1inch by a 1/4 inch. When i told them there was no aguacate she told the other lady well tell her look again. I paid extra for basically nothing.

Went to Canyon Country, CA spot at for 1dz donuts but there were no sugar or jelly. Only got 1/2 dz. Clerk charged my credit card $910.49! She said she canceled her error & “only charged” me $10.49. She made an additional error by not properly voiding the initial charge of $910. Time spent on calling them & disputing with cc company is a hassle. I’m wondering why clerk and/or owner still haven’t fixed this MAJOR error on their end. Still waiting for dispute to get resolved. Not ok.

Disrespectful and one of the obese female employees that work there talk back to the costumers. I personally asked her to not mop around where i was sitting please because i was with my 6month old. Who has respirator problems and can get sick off strong chemical smells. Just lile the mop the young lady had. It smelled so strong. She just kept talking to the costumers and ignored me. Will never go there again. What a bad experience.

I live across the street so I will tend to stop by here on the way to work or for morning donuts, however everytime I go all they have left is a horrible selection of donuts that no one usually seems to buy, I normally go for the custard chocolate donuts and every time I have been there they have been do their out completely or have under 3 left. I normally ask when they will make more and they normally tell me not until tommorow , so they make donuts once a night only? Every other donut shop ive been to has them throughout the day, its ridiculous, people obviously like those quite a bit yet they only make, what 12? For the whole day? Its annoying. Besides that the service is normally very slow and most items are quite overpriced.

They don’t change their gloves after handling money. Straight from the register to the food. It’s the second time I’ve said something about it and nothing changes.

The girl up front gave me ugly looks as soon as I stepped inside, then the menu is around the corner from where you order (the set up makes no sense) so I had to walk to the menu and couldn’t read it well. Since I took a little extra time, one of the other rude girls started making gestures like pointing to her wrist for me to hurry up while they all gossiped to each other. I saw it out of my peripheral then turned around and said “never mind” and left, didn’t buy anything. This yum yum ain’t gonna last long with these rude women working there. I drove to Dunkin’ and the service was 100 percent better. Thanks Dunkin for hiring women with basic manners & decency!

I came in to get coffee and donuts but when I saw the worker not wearing gloves and putting the frosting on the donuts with his hands and another costumer came in for coffee he served him the coffee and went back to the donuts without washing his hands I sure did walk out if you ask me that is nasty
