I go to a school best Boba Tea and Me and my friends and I walk to Boba all the time! It’s easy to get a quick meal and a nice drink. I definitely recommend!

The best boba spot on the westside of Los Angeles!!! Puff waffle with green tea and fruity pebbles and a coffee milk tea by the spot every time!!! Super friendly and helpful!!! You must try!!!

I usually get jasmine green milk tea with aloe. Can taste the tea more than you can at many other boba places. Definitely recommend this place!

I tried this place and thought the bubbles were made well. That's my usual measuring stick for how good the boba (bubble tea) is. The price was not too bad either! I'm pretty new to the area but this stuff was good and I suspect I'll become a regular.

I first tried boba tea last year at this place with my best friend and it was to die for. So good! We don't live in L.A. We live about 4 hours away. And let me tell you I would drive the 4 hours just to get their boba tea. We've tried boba tea around where we live and those places don't even compare to this place! Amazing!!

We had time to kill so we stopped here for a couple of boba tea drinks. It wasn’t crowded so we got our drinks and found a table. Many customers ordered “to-go” drinks so we didn’t feel pressured to vacate our seats. There are street parking (metered) nearby. I would definitely return to this tea joint next time I am in the area.

I definitely recommend the Peach black tea with 50% sugar and lychee jelly, I get that all the time and it has the right amount of sugar not to much and so refreshing when I want something other than soda. She provides excellent service, with a very nice menu of teas, lemonades and add-ones. We were attracted by the butterfly blossom teas, which are very instagramable, but keep coming back for the great teas and great service.

The taste of the tea is great, the service is friendly and fast, the aesthetic is cute and modern, and the whole place is kept meticulously clean. I just bought a hat. Is it good? Can I tell you, I hate that the Performance bike Shop which closed a few years ago still has its big sign in the air Out above the empty store four stores away it's been two years. Big deal right? I think so. Not a hang out area, I'm going to pass on the tea. Maybe it's good pizza nearby? I'm not likely to ever be a local here so...

Man I would love to give five stars but I feel like the staff have an impatient attitude. They're friendly and all, but I feel like they are a just a crumb pushy. Hey, I'm sorry! They have such a large, delicious menu. 😋

Solid boba on the westside. I love their lavender milk tea and creamy chai, ice blended for both. I decrease the sweetness to 50%. The homemade dumplings are delicious so is the schezuan hot sauce. Popcorn chicken has been hit or miss. It hits my boba spot for me without driving all the way to San Gabriel.

The dumplings were probably my favorite, both vegetarian and chicken. They are boiled in water. 6 pieces for reasonable prices. I would go back for these.

Nice have milk tea in Santa Monica, they're a decent, quiet place to work before 3pm. They have food too which is nice, but the drinks themselves are pretty ordinary.

Placed an order for pickup online, drove back to our hotel with it only to find hair in my bubble tea... called them to let them know, hoping maybe they would offer to replace it. They didn’t seem to care. Had to throw it away... no bubble tea for me :(

I have tried this time a couple of times, each time trying out a new flavor. The tea flavor is good. However the boba is bad. Very rough and difficult to chew. I can’t try it again.

Boba and service was not good. Boba had no flavor and the ice blended was just weird and icy. We waited 20 mins and the workers were rude and inefficient would never go here again.

We went here after searching everywhere in Santa Monica for bubble tea we were desperately craving and were very disappointed. The drinks were filled with ice; my brother’s large was gone in three minutes. I got brown sugar milk tea and there was no brown sugar. Instead, it was filled with chocolate and I was very confused. It tasted odd and not much like bubble tea. We were already on the road so I couldn’t go back and try to get it fixed.

I came here once because all other places were closed and I was heavily disappointed. They put something in my drink that I didnt notice was there because it was the same color as my thai tea, the taste was different but of course not all boba places will taste the same. Now my drink had boba in it which I paid extra for so I didnt think too much of it when I was chewing on something. Only until my drink was finished did I see the little light colored boba at the bottom which I know I didnt ask for. It was disgusting. Never coming back.

My drink tasted watered down and compared to other less expensive boba places I have tried, the quality was lacking. Instead of handling it with maturity, the business account itself responded with hostility, and to make matters worse, staff members from personal and side accounts joined in to pile on. While it’s acceptable to be edgy online, when you’re running a business, basic professionalism shouldn’t be optional. Their comment section is a chaotic mess of passive-aggressive replies to legitimate criticism, which suggests that their behavior behind the counter is likely similar. Social media can be a powerful tool for small businesses when used effectively. In this case, it’s doing the exact opposite. Perhaps they should focus less on engaging in online confrontations and more on cultivating genuine customer relationships. As a heads-up for anyone who values supporting respectful and community-oriented businesses, I urge caution when considering Boba Tea and Me.

Extremely frustrated with the service from Boba Tea and Me. I was picking up an order that was placed online that was supposed to be ready at 2:43pm. It is currently 2:59pm and i’m still standing in the lobby waiting for them to make it. I hear nothing but talking and laughing between the two women who are (supposed to be) working today. They often stop what they are doing to laugh or look at each other when talking. They showed little to no apologetic tendencies when telling me that my single drink was going to be delayed despite me being 1 of two people in the store... My first experience at this Boba place; and my last. Recommendation to management: Get harder working employees or please train better. They are representatives of your establishment and are continuously slandering your company name through the disrespect of paying customers. (I did not catch the name of the employees but this happened at 2:40-3:00 on 4/4/21 and hopefully your shift schedule will tell you their names)
