Mind blown. What makes this place special is its Ciabatta bread, their spreads, and their fresh ingredients. The meadow soprano was divine with the marinated artichoke. The guys who make the sandwiches are so nice and enthusiastic. Decor and vibes 10/10. As they say in their description, this is a place for sandwich lovers.

I loved my sandwich. It was fresh, juicy, delicious, and the ingredients were so high quality! I love that the sandwiches are so plant-forward and that they are served on Jyaan Isaac bread, which is divine. Can’t wait to keep going back!

Yum! I have to admit, I did not realize it was vegetarian when I walked in. I decided to give it a try anyway. I ordered the mato monster. The flavor was amazing! I couldn’t tell if all of that flavor was coming from the bread or the sauce on the sprouts…but it was amazing. Service was great too.

Amazing place - combines the traditional East Coast Deli concept with Santa Monica style serving up delicious sandwiches. No faux meat or cheese, just fresh local produce prepared and executed perfectly. More vegan businesses should be like this!

I live on the block but have been avoiding going since they opened because I'm not vegan and perhaps even more deterring was the steep $19 (pre-tax) for a sandwich. I finally caved and tried it - split one sandwich with a friend and found I was reasonably full on just half the sandwich. And full of energy after. Considering that you could feed two people who dont have huge appetities with one sandwich, I think the price is completely fair. I've since tried 4 or 5 sandwiches on the menu and they all hit, but the Old Sport is the one I keep coming back to, with some horseradish sauce on the side, which btw B&T- do you guys sell that sauce? Shouts out to Noah who makes the sandwiches perfect every single time.

So tasty! I didn’t realize it was all plant based until I walked in and peered at the menu. The sandwiches are inventive, satisfying, and delicious! I didn’t intend to eat the whole thing, as it seemed like enough for 2 meals, but it was too good to save for later. The sandwiches go beyond just basic vegetarian options, and as someone who eats vegetarian a lot- it’s a nice change up to have more to choose from that is flavorful and well prepared.

I love this deli and I am not even vegan. I've had two different sandwiches so far - The Old Sport which is their Chickpea Salad Sandwich. It was a bit messy to eat but so good!!! I just tried the The God Daughter and it is fantastic! So far, my favorite. Next, I am going to try The Wanda. They don't skimp on the bread they use. It's Jyan Isaac Bread from Ocean Park. The best bread I've ever had. Healthy choices and they don't use process fake vegan meats. Definitely worth a visit for vegans and meat eaters alike. (much better than Bread Head - don't understand what the hype is all about. 3/4 of their sandwiches is lettuce. Was not impressed)

The Old Sport - 9/10, chickpea (but imagine chicken / tuna) salad meets Bay Cities Italian slaw. Bright lemon dill bite. Vibes in here are off the charts too, you’ll feel like family. Drive this down to Palisades Park and have the dreamiest lunch, good for your gut, good for your mental.

What's even better is that my husband, being a vegetarian, was so excited to discover a new place that offers such delicious options. Highly recommended give it a try.

This is exactly what Santa Monica needs! I’ve wished for a place like this with all organic ingredients, plant based items, and even the option for delicious gluten free bread. With so many of my clients (and even my own father) having heart and cholesterol issues, this is a much better alternative to your usual deli sandwich shop. The sandwiches are delicious too. Perfect little grab and go spot with great service. Met the owners and they were SO kind and greeted everyone that entered warmly. My new favorite spot!!! Thank you!

It was fresh and good but was it worth $20 no it wasn’t. The Pegasus or The Peter looks good but unsure if I’d be willing to spend $20 for another sandwich. The sandwiches are textbook good. Not unbelievably flavorful or amazingly fresh. Dropping 20 on a sandwich plus tip didn't equate to recommendation after first or fourth bite. The guy working here was friendly and courteous.

They lowkey have no sense of urgency. I was the only one in store and it took 15 minutes for them to prep a slice of bread. The slice looks a mess and it was like $16 after tax and tip but whatever. I wasted a majority of my lunch break waiting for this piece of toast lo. Go anywhere else but here tbh
