I was getting my meal before studying and I love Chipotle. It was like 2pm anf the store was empty. I approach the counter to get my order. I only use the first letter on my last name and I asked for the order. A young employee with curly long hair couldn't find the order and he said I need to have a last name for it and show it in a very rude manner. I don't look homeless and the name was clear. I felt uncomfortable. The order was there and the other employee gave it to me. Some of these people need to go back to school and learn to read.

I ordered a chicken bowl, but the meat was badly burned. It was neither tasty nor healthy, and I had to throw away almost all the meat because it was inedible. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue at this location. Chipotle needs stronger cooking and quality control to ensure consistent food standards.

Location of this restaurant was fine. Service was as expected for a fast food restaurant. The food was just average at best but it came with a hefty price. After the meal I went to the restroom only to find that the bathroom was pretty yucky and there was NO hand soap. I mean no as in not even one little drop of soap. That honestly turned my stomach. How are the employees washing their hands?? I’ll never go back !!!!

Stingiest portions I’ve ever experienced across probably 10+ locations I’ve been to. Incredibly rude staff too.

Would only give me a tiny amount of rice on my taco. Place is always dirty. But the worst part is the management. Plz fire the manager extremly rude and anti chipoltle values. Been going to chipolte across the county but cant go to the one closest to me until they remove the current management

The staff is very rude. Cleanliness and hygiene in the store and kitchen is questionable. I order food online and during pickup the staff started shouting. They is a way to talk with customer and not just throw food or shout. Would never recommend to have food at this place.

Out of fajita vegetables. Gave gift card and $20 to cover charges over the Gift card. Cashier used the $20 first and then applied the gift card and handed me back the gift card with a balance of $1.50. Last but not least I got sick after I ate the burrito. I saw one of the workers checking the temperature of the food while I was there and remembered that after I got sick.

The food quality is below average. The staff is extremely rude and unwelcoming. They handover food with disgust and shout instead of talking. I’m never going back to this place again and won’t recommend either.

This dude was super rude and weird to me. Gave me like 5 chunks of steak and then made me pay for double for like half a spoon more and kept being nasty about shorting me on food. Was really confrontational toward me when I finally got to the register after I barely said anything to him. Weird and very negative experience. Do better.

I hate to write this because I really like Chipotle, but I think this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. All the tables inside were so dirty that I couldn’t even sit down, and the outdoor area was even worse, with a bunch of flies. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but I’ve never seen any Chipotle location in such poor condition.

Guy who claimed to be the manager was rude and didsrespectful and unprofessional. Name calling customers and thought I was going to continue to buy from them. Not with my hard earned money. Yall need to fire him and unprofessional rude employees. Take your business elsewhere.

Went here on a weekday evening to pick up food for my children. They were out of chicken, the steak was cold, the rice was uncooked. They also were also out of chocolate milk and the tortilla chips were completely broken up in the bag. The workers seemed tired and frustrated. Unfortunately this was a waste of time and money. Based on other negative experiences I’ve had at this location, it seems to be chronically mismanaged and workers don’t seem incentivized to take pride in their work or the quality of the food they serve. Please consider eating elsewhere until the management makes some changes for the better.

When I walked in, I immediately overheard the manager sternly reprimanding an employee in the open dining area about portion sizes. While I understand the importance of maintaining standards, the tone and setting of the conversation made the environment feel tense and uncomfortable — especially as I was placing my order. It felt more like I was stepping into a disciplinary moment than a welcoming restaurant. Additionally, I used the restroom during my visit and was shocked to find that the urinal had no splash guard. This resulted in urine splashing back onto my leg, which was not only unhygienic but incredibly unpleasant. It’s hard to describe how disgusting that felt and how it added to an already negative experience. Unfortunately, due to these issues, I won’t be returning to this location. I hope you’ll consider addressing both the public handling of staff matters and the restroom facilities to ensure a more professional and sanitary environment for your customers.
