Jamba is so cool to visit since I had Jamba as a kid and didn't even realized they still have it nowadays since the locations for me don't until now. :) The drinks are the best part for me, love trying new ones. The staff is very friendly/helpful, hard workers they are to make the drinks taste so delicious :)

I ordered a Greens n’ Ginger smoothie and picked it up on time. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the order before leaving—my mistake—but when I got back to my job site, I noticed something was off. The smoothie looked strange, and upon tasting it, I realized it was essentially just juice with unblended greens. It was nearly impossible to drink—more like a salad floating in water than a smoothie. Extremely disappointed with the quality. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

Apparently there was either a rush on smoothie base supplies, or management didn't make a food order in time, as my family and I weren't able to order anything with strawberries or mangoes this Sunday morning. There was also a hand-written post-it next to the register listing various food items that weren't available. One would think that the POS system would have kept better track of supplies. On top of that, I also got the impression that the gentleman behind the counter was still recovering from the previous evening's celebatory activities.

Absolutely appalling - it’s genuinely baffling how abysmal our experience was today. We came in around 3:50 pm on a Saturday; there were a few other people in the store. We placed a mobile order and the app told us it would be done by 4:08 pm. However, 4:08 rolled around and the one singular employee making all of the drinks told us it would be “a few more minutes.” Spoiler alert: it absolutely was not. We finally got our drinks at about 4:30 pm - well over 40 minutes after entering the store. For just two drinks. Not only that, but the drinks were absolute lazy slop - they were the texture of soup. We spent $10 on each smoothie and they were worthless sewage. If you’re going to spend an absolutely ridiculous amount on a smoothie, I am begging you to go literally anywhere else.

The drinks were great, however the service was terrible. I have tried this location on two occasions. Both times the employees did not verbally respond to me. No response to my hello, my order and did not tell me my total. Overall, I felt very unwelcome and will not be returning to this location. I advise any potential customers to skip the hassle and go to other locations or different smoothie shops.
