The lady there was laid back on gave me my food when I walked in. The pizza was good. The store was clean. I hardly ever eat chain pizza, but this was good and I might go back.

I was running a project close by and i wanted to get our crew some lunch so i headed to there store. I was rushing in they saw that i was in a hurry and they got me in and out of there quickly my order was ready to go. That's what i call fast service!

This pizza is looking good, just when asking for light sauce they are extreme. They are so nice that I don't know how to ask them to put a smidgen more than they do, And unfortunately the cheese wasn't melted correctly on this pizza.

Pizza is good. The pan pizza is our favorite. The bread and cheese sticks are a must have. If you’re going to eat pizza and be bad you might as well get the cheesy bread and be all the way bad. Haha Yes this pizza is greasy so just grab some napkins and enjoy. It’s pizza grease should be expected. The app glitches on me sometimes so just make sure to call and confirm your order before placing it again if the app glitches. Just in case.

I ordered a pizza dual box, but ended up in traffic. The manager realized that I had not been there and called me to let me know my pizza is ready. I told her that I'm in traffic and may not be there for a bit. She said she will remake the order so that it will be fresh when I arrive. I couldn't believe the customer service, I love this place and will only order from here when I'm in Santa Monica. I would give this place a higher rating if possible, but I recommend this place for all pizza hut lovers who want only the best and the best service.

This Pizza Hut location has a very kind staff who appreciate their local customers & those who come from far. The gentleman who works there by the name of Luis was very accommodating during my visit there & was kind, sweet and professional which is a highly important factor for me every single place I visit. They put a lot of care into their pizza creations, even though it's a chain and I recommend you try this place and I hope you have as great of an experience as I have.

Luis was very welcoming and helpful on my recent visit. I didn't know about the specials, but he informed me! That made ordering a lot easier. My pizza was ready when Luis said it would be, and it was hot and fresh. Great experience all the way around!

Did pick up our delivery only. No sit down service. Staff are a little distracted, talking to you then suddenly stopping to turn and yell at someone else, then back and forth. They do get everything done in a timely fashion. For chain pizza, it's pretty good.

This is one of the better locations they always cook it just right. I've tried the one on Lincoln but the last couple of times it was under cooked and the cheese tasted expired this place is always on point with the food.

Well the pizza has thus far tasted amazing! The crust soft as I requested, the ingredients taste fresh, the bottom part of the crust taste good n not burnt. This store is doing an amazing job!

Only street parking (metered) is available, no lot. Instead of a warming oven, they hold the pizzas in a delivery bag until you pick them up.

Employees hardly speak any kind of English.. pizza was good. Done faster than expected, but it took twice as long to order my pizza because the girl couldn't understand what I was saying

You guys have changed the dough composition. I used to love the crust but now it tastes awfully tasteless! Please bring back the old dough recipe or give us a choice to select the old dough at a higher price. The current dough SUCKS!!!

Customer service is bad at this location, very unprofessional, I had called to make an order and I was just put unhold no one came back, second time i called no one answered and it just went to voice mail saying they were closed, very bad business...

They don't know what they're doing. Luis mis-rang my order and wiped my checking account clean for 2 business days until the return processed, and gave me attitude about when I addressed it. They're also unorganized and always seem distracted. The A-squad they're not.

If the store in Santa Monica is suppose to be open til 12am then they don't act like it I've called numerous of times around 9 pm and no one answered, if the time is wrong some one should change on the internet

I Contracted Ecoli food poising from this location last week Tuesday and had to be hospitalized because of it.Me and 5 of my co workers fell ill.Since then I have filed a Report with the so called Manager Roxanne to no avail she assured me that a Human resources would be in touch with me.I have not received a Email or A call or not even a apology or reason why the food was bad,which leads me to Believe they care zero about the customer and the Community....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE is my Suggestion.

Ordered from this location. 1 hour later and pizza was not delivered. Gave them a call and they stated they tried calling me to tell me I was not in their delivery area. No phone calls whatsoever were made to my phone.
