I placed an over the phone order for my mom, it was my first time and also my mom’s, and the cashier was welcoming and went above and beyond to help me and my elderly mom. Super grateful! We will be back again!

Although it is quite pricey, I've had some of the best tasting and healthy smoothies from this smoothie joint location. I've worked at a smoothie chain before and I've been a smoothie fan for decades, this place is by far very delicious and very healthy. You can't go wrong with any of their items!

But the staff patiently walked me through their process: organic kale, cucumber, green apple and lemon, cold-pressed to order. That first sip was a revelation - crisp and slightly sweet with a bright citrus finish. The manager even offered to tweak the ratios to my taste. Three weeks in, I’m addicted to my morning ritual: this juice with their house-made chia pudding. My digestion has never been better!

The owner (a former barista) sometimes adds a spritz of rosemary oil if you’re feeling fancy. My trick? Pair it with their activated charcoal lemonade for a sunrise-sunset duo. Good smoothie. Seems to be on par with the quality food juice crafters provides. The service wasn't the fastest, but it's not any slower than any other juice crafters. Perhaps the items have too many items that need to be prepared on the spot. Maybe pre-slicing some things would help, or another staff member. Something..

Been going downhill here. It’s more expensive, slower and not consistent. They made the store bigger but not the area where they make the drinks. Customers are encouraged to use the tablet for ordering in the store and that process is convoluted at best.

Just went to get a custom juice @5:36p and was told the machine isn’t working???? Find it hard to believe that’s true and that they ran out of oranges.

I ordered the large size of the Fountain of Youth smoothie, which the sign said included blueberries and strawberries and a bunch of other fruits. About $13. Imagine my surprise when I took a sip and it tasted like chocolate! Turns out that I missed the fact that they add cocoa to it as well. I was really disappointed because I wanted a fruity smoothie, but I tried to drink it anyways. However, it turned out to be way too sweet and the chocolate overpowered all the fruit. What's the point of fruit if it's just going to be chocolate flavored? I miiiight come back again, but I would NEVER order that smoothie ever again, yuck!

Juice crafters have an amazing menu but the quality of your drink depends on the person making it. sadly. I try to go to family owned spots for smoothies. They take pride in the thickness of the smoothie. Never watered down. I’m not going to say the company per se but I wish there were better staff at juice crafters. This was the last time. They can’t get the thing that you order right. I’ve tried 3 different times and my order has been incorrect 3 times back-to-back. Perhaps try turning the music down so you can actually hear my order? Regardless, I won’t be coming back.

Juice crafters have an amazing menu but the quality of your drink depends on the person making it. sadly. I try to go to family owned spots for smoothies. They take pride in the thickness of the smoothie. Never watered down. I’m not going to say the company per se but I wish there were better staff at juice crafters. I get lucky when the smoothie is made well. That sucks

Came in today in the morning and I asked for Two "16oz" Custom Juices by word from a funny looking elf dude in burgundy hair including my tip on top, I confirmed at the beginning no receipt because I thought I trusted myself but I didn't mind my wait and instead, gave me two "20oz" Custom Juices. I then made my choice to go back and ask for my receipt only to realize he or she didn't listen. This isn't how we as individuals commercially do business around a community - gaslighting others' wallets for this sum value of a profit because either businesses either want to strive fundamental wages or employees can't accept what is offered at the table. Quiet being wierd, get punched in the face and do your st*pid jobs right.

I had been a steady customer of juice crafters for almost a year. Its my routine to stop there 3 times a week a little after 7 in the morning after my boot camp. Mind u i start work at 8 so i am always trying to find a way to save time. I started to call in my order as soon as boot camp ends so it would be ready for pick up right away. Last monday not sure why the employee opening store at 7 made it a point to not start on my daughters n mine drink for 10 minutes after 7 n i did not get my drink till 715 . There were no orher customers or phone orders ahead of ours. To make mattets worst i called linda at customer service n all she offeted was a 16 ounce drink free. I alwats get 2p ounce n always two or more drinks. I was late to work that day . I will not be visiting or recomnending juice crafters ever again.
