Definitely one of my favorite spots in LA now. The servers are some of the nicest people I’ve met and made the space feel like home. They were so helpful when it came to picking out delicious plates and letting us know what their personal favorites were!! We got to chat and talk about our families as well. The food is so flavorful and colorful and I was OBSESSED with the rice. This spot is great since everything tastes fresh and not too heavy (unlike a lot of other spots who use endless oil haha) I’m partially Persian as well so this type of cuisine is one of my favorite and it’s always fun seeing how every culture cooks each dish a little different. I got the Kabob Combo Plate as well as some desserts which were so tasty as well!! Please please visit this spot :) I’ll be back as much as possible! Always refreshing to find a spot that feels and tastes like home.

This Mediterranean restaurant is a hidden gem! The flavors are fresh and authentic, with perfectly seasoned meats, crisp vegetables, and warm, fluffy pita. The hummus is creamy and delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. A great spot for a healthy and satisfying meal!

Definitely my favorite spot for Mediterranean food in all LA!!! Quality of food is superb and quantity is plentiful. I always get the combo kebab ! Definitely worth the drive from PV to SM just for the excellent food…

Having recently moved to the area, I couldn't help but notice the incredible aromas coming from this restaurant every time I passed by. Finally, I decided it was time to experience it for myself, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, Nasser at the front counter was incredibly welcoming and provided us with fantastic recommendations. The menu was extensive as well as the selection of bottled drinks to choose from. I opted for the lamb shank, which was served with rice, hummus, and salad. It was so tender you could cut it with just a fork! The flavors were perfectly spiced. My boyfriend chose the combo kebab plate, featuring three - chicken, steak, and kafta. He cleared his plate before I was even done half of mine. The service was exceptional, and we loved the authentic music playing out on the patio. The entire atmosphere makes for great vibes while dining. As full as we were, Nasser indulged us in some baklava for dessert, which was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal! We can't wait to return and try more of the menu. Highly recommend this place!

Been a few years since I've been here for my Meetup group dinners. Still friendly service and tasty dishes. The lamb shank was very soft although a little fatty.

Fantastic Mediterranean cuisine with vibrant flavors and generous portions. The grilled kebabs were tender and juicy, and the falafel was crisp on the outside, soft inside. Cozy atmosphere and quick, courteous service—definitely a spot worth returning to!

Stumbled into this hidden gem and WOW. The ABSOLUTE best lentil soup. We were blown away by everything we had. No pics of the food because it was too good! The team was knowledgeable and helpful explaining the menu. Highly recommend.

Must give 5 stars for the great service and food, I was looking for halal meat in Santa Monica and found this place, it was very close to my hotel, the guy was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. It didn’t take longer time to prepare our combo kebab plate which has good portions with pretty fair prices. Tha place is very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed Moroccan tea. Nice dining area with a covered patio. I got the chicken shwarma plate and a side of falafel. Everything was made fresh when I ordered, no meat sitting around in steamers. Portions were what I expected for the price.

After my third time trying Z Garden, I had to review! The chicken kebabs as well as Shawarma are very tasty along with the rice and hummus. The food also tastes clean, fresh and made with love. Best Mediterranean food I’ve had around Los Angeles!

Second time eating here in a week. Food is so good and the guys working are great. Love the Kibbeh app. So good!

I always get the lamb chops or lamb shanks. Bummer, I just found out that they mix Canola oil in with the olive oil in the hummus and babaghanouj, but still love this place. They should be more transparent in their ingredients list as they withhold that ingredient from display in all of their menus. Regardless I can’t recommend this food or the staff enough. They really know how to handle customer service and take care of you. Kind people with good hearts.

This restaurant on Pico in Santa Monica is a hidden gem. Their food is seasoned to perfection and tastes incredibly delicious. Their Lemon Salmon is one of the best salmon dishes in LA. They have a Forever Fan!

Such nice people and delicious food. The salmon is great, the falafel is best in town, and the lentil soup is superb (served with lemon which I highly recommend you add). Plus, they give back to the community and support the local schools!

One of my favorite local Mediterranean places! The service is always awesome and the food is really tasty. I usually order either the beef shawerma plate or the lamb chops. Yum! The carrot dip is also super tasty if they have it from the farmer’s market.
