My favorite is the turkey chili with cranberries. Sweet and spicy taste. Yes, the burgers are good also. Atmosphere: fewer tables indoors with wide-open windows. You feel very comfortable with the airflow. Outdoor seating is nice as well. The staff is very friendly! A nice place to hang out for a moment.

Made a stop here after a day of brewery hopping and craving burgers. Definitely hit the spot. Very generous selection of toppings and patty/cheese options. Waitress was very friendly. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a solid gourmet burger.

I have been here twice now. This is the second time it's been excellent! I ordered the Hippie Salad, and for the amount of calories - this is the best darn salad I have had in a long time. Better than the comparable Tocaya chop chop. Great atmosphere and service.

One of my favourite burger places. The customisation available to make your own burger is the reason I keep coming back. I can experiment and try new toppings, cheeses, meats, etc. Quality is always consistent. Great price for the quality and service you receive.

No hot drinks available- pouring rain- chilly would have been nice to have cup of coffee or tea- have ice tea but no hot tea or hot chocolate- maybe change that

I wanted a really good burger so we decided to give this spot a try. I wanted the Juicy Lucy but they don’t serve that one here so my hubby brought back a different (the cheese wasn’t melted inside but whatever) also brought back and order of their garlic parm fries (even a lil warm they were still excellent) my hubby tried their old school cheeseburger along with their beef chili. When I tell you when he took the top off the chili you could smell the seasoning (almost too salty) but good none the less. Their burgers were fine nothing to scream about but good. I was can try again. (Only reason for the three star rating was i wasn’t the one picking up the food)

Typically, The Counter is wonderful. But at our visit last night, service was sloppy; and the bartender was telling many guests that half of the staff had been laid off. Too much information.

This location was nice. Parking a bit tough but doable. Service just ok. Food ( even dressing ) came out at different times for table of 4 so that killed the experience. Wrong meal delivered to our table. We all agreed Service was not up to par with the price point. My Cobb salad was a huge disappointment. For 19.99 it is ridiculously small. Believe it or not there was not enough lettuce. The burgers were all excellent but I still can not recommend as it remains a compromised experience for a bill over $100.00

Very expensive for the portion size offered. Staff was offered good service Food was good but way to expensive. Beers are offered here to Good for families, a quick self stop, date night, or a group of friends . Ice tea was good . They offer a smokey ketchup that is unbelievable. Good for a business meeting . At these prices would not work well for a family with young kids. Street parking with meters can be found . Great location near airport . Clean and well cared for If you go here expect to pay big money .

I have enjoyed the SM Counter burgers for many years, but tonight's was the absolutely worst hamburger I've ever eaten. I asked for "well done" (menu said it would have slight pink running through it) and, instead, it was like eating a rubberized piece of cardboard smothered with onions and mushrooms. If it hadn't cost $27 (including the tip), I wouldn't be complaining... but it was disgustingly disappointing.

Very rude staff, and slow service. Staff have no idea who seats people and they sure don’t know how to communicate with customers.
