This is my favorite Jack in the Box. The employees are friendly, helpful, kind, and very hard working. I ordered two milk shakes online and the manager explained they no longer carried one of them. We talked for a moment, he modified the order, and then immediately prepared the shakes. It was a little thing but I think it is representative of their great customer service.
I came here for a Home style chicken medium combo and I enjoyed it to the last bite. The employee(Brittney P.S thank you for giving me wonderful experience)that took my order was understanding of what I wanted and was patient with me as I ask the price each item. I felt welcomed eating and had no issues or even had a issue whenever I come here. You can't go wrong here and I recommend anyone to come here to relax.

What happened? Wrong order most of the time gave me small fries instead of mediume fries also gave me Once they gave me the wrong side of chicken nuggets and they gave me the wrong meal once

There's a certain crew when you go that doesn't keep fresh food going or always misses items. Just ended up not going there anymore. Wasn't worth the hassle since the app never solves anything when your order is messed up through it.

I ordered the Mimi tacos, (which I have had before and loved them).I went through the drive thru and counted my order as I was getting food for my family to take home. It was dark around 8 pm.i drove home which a 20 min drive but I took out the Mimi tacos, I had been given spicy chicken nuggets in stead. Since they were too hot, I threw them out.. waste of good food. I had a ham sandwich instead.☹️☹️☹️

Ordered a 7pc Jalapeño popper and got a 5 PC and 2 chicken nuggets asked to get a full 7pc and I had to wait 20 min to get same 5pc and 2 dry and old no Jalapeño. Order was cold

Run a better business only having one person on the drive through at night making a bunch of customers have long wait times. Don’t come here they don’t care about their employees.
Jack in the box won't remake your food after he was shown to them that food wasn't good that I ain't charged just said I can do anything after I took like 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru to get my order done no wonder they have low ratings
The fact that day gave me the wrong order with missing items It’s not what threw me off, what threw me off is that I call to let them know and 3 min after we pick up our order on the drive through. on the phone we can hear the employees whispering calling me a liar and that they out the 4 tacos which was not true at all. Then somebody told us come back and get the two tacos not to mention that my large fries look like a small fries cause they were not filled up as a large fries, we get to the restaurant and employee tells my boyfriend that they can give us the two tacos because he did not bring the receipt, reminder I read the order number to the lady on the call that I have with them two minutes after or order was given, and we are arrive home , then the employees in the back whispering with each other calling my boyfriend a liar trying to get free food. The fact that they are so disrespectful and try to make us seem that we’re trying to get food for free. It’s unacceptable. Worse service ever, not to mention the manager raising her voice to my bf after he was called a liar, of course he got upset too. Worse service ever!!!!!
Disappointed as always idk how they stay open at this location i always give them a chance and get the same outcome cold old food even when i ask for my order fresh and inform them I can wait on it. The attitude of the staff is never good no matter how respectful you are it makes me as a customer feel like a beggar 0/10
Ordered in advance thinking they wouldn't mess up but I was disappointed at the fact the somehow they managed to miss things in my order. Not only did I get home with missing items but had to drive back to pick them up I don't exactly live close & they did not comp me anything for the inconvenience. To top it off the person who handled my order was a manager. I am very disappointed.
Fries were cold, sourdough sandwich missing lettuce and asked for extra ice in my medium ICE tea got maybe half a scoop, asked for extra ice in separate cup , got half filled cup of ice .. seriously? Do better for the prices of $12 a combo! Always on my lunch break with no time to complain! Training is needed desperately at the SP location
Why can't you get fresh food at this Jack in the box. I ordered 8 Taco's and every single one of them were double fried, hard, old, flat, with hardly any lettuce, no sauce, and I even ask and said nicely if I could get fresh ones and if it takes longer it's ok I will wait.... nope cold and old and I was really looking forward to them. Something needs to change.
30 min drive thru wait is crazy
I ordered my food through the drive thru. We were asked to park and wait for our food to be ready. 15 minutes went by and NO FOOD! My husband walked in to grab our order only to find out that the food wasn't even cooking and that our order had been deleted from the screen. I was furious! They refused to give us a refund and asked for us to call tomorrow and ask for a manager. Extremely dissatisfied with the poor quality of service!
