We went there today Sunday July 27th and the service was excellent! Super fast!

Love the drive from Vta east end to Santa Paula for my favorite food. Using Taco 🔔 Bell app I placed the order at home drive up to their speaker say it's a app order & my name & drive forward to the window. Pymt done on app so I get my deliciously made food and head home. Never ever have I been disappointed with the food made at THIS TACO BELL!! KUDOS and Thank you.

After placing an order on the app I was super excited because I was going go get the Quesalupa a day early!! Or so I thought... When I got to the window the girl apologized and explained that they did not have all the ingredients to make it and the promotion would start tomorrow. She gave me multiple options ie. An IOU, select a different item or refund. I chose food of course and got the bacon club chalupa which was a little bit more but she said it was fine and I didn't have to pay the difference and apologized again. Once I got to my food they had lessened the blow even more by throwing in a free crunchy taco!! Thanks Taco Bell and staff for keeping this fat kid happy! You guys never get my crazy orders wrong and are always very nice. Its the good attitudes and hospitality that keep me coming back and the food of course!

I have to say that we all have had that time going through a drive thru for food and tried to check your bags to make sure you got everything you ordered and paid for. But due to COVID-19 Taco Bell tapes up your bags before you get them. Well I didn't eat to destroy the bag and was a ways from home so I just hoped it was all in there. I stopped at a Taco Bell not in my city so if the order was wrong what was I going to do about, probably nothing. But 20 minutes later I'm unloading the bag and then really surprised me. Not only did they get the order correct, but they also gave us plenty of they hot sauce packets. We really like the hot sauce, but I get a kick out of reading the little blurbs they put on them. Taco Bell you did good!!

July 8th they have indoor dining but you have to ask for everything at the counter such as napkins, sauce etc. They have an order kiosk so you can order yourself or just walk up and order as normal. Very few people inside when I visited only 2 customers at about lunch time so plenty of seating inside and out.

Not having the option to order from a human was awkward, especially because the human told us we don't take orders anymore use the machine. Of course, it was easy to figure out, but I guess friendliness and humanity have been drained out of the humans, which I guess humans here have become the robots. The atmosphere and energy make a school cafeteria feel exciting. The food was very good. Won't be back, though.

In person and in the actual retaurant it’s nice, not so bad, quick to get your food. In the drive-thru, the workers mishear me EVERYtime and take ages to reply.. not sure if it’s the headset they use.. if its broken? But it’s so frustrating and sometimes the food is different than other times when I order the exact same thing.. or it’s just cold.. Overall pretty good tho, will come again bc i’m a big back.

If it’s under construction then don’t let doordash put pickups was trying to skip the long line but i had to wait forever

Every time we order from here the food is always cold for some reason, don't know if they leave it out or what but it's somehow every single time. Ordering a combo is a bad idea, they always either get the items wrong or forget one or two things, which is not something you want when you pay for something. I prefer to just go somewhere else, this place is okay, but it's a pain to order from when you want food that tastes decent

I know the workers read this cause panda workers read there’s , you highshoolers need to put SOUR CREAM IN THE CHALUPA never in my 7 years of going here have I not gotten the sour cream have you high schoolers 0 knowledge in taco bell? Next time I want my sour cream AND IT NEEDS MORE BEEF

First time at the Bell in a while. Got the #8, 3 doritos tacos and a drink. The gal asked if I wanted any sauce and I said a couple. I was given 24 sauces for 3 tacos. I would have to use 8 per taco if I didn't want to waste them. How many other people have gotten handfuls of sauce packets only to throw them away? I try to save them and use them, but a year or so goes by and then they just don't taste the same. Wish Del Taco was around

Management states it’s illegal to give you their name.instead of resolving a situation they fight over exchanging the correct food for the order (even thought it was a $3 order). Monica is the great! She resolved the issue immediately even though she was on break.

Really bad this Taco Bell going downhill I pay for my food they forgot my chalupas and I went back and told them they forgot my chalupas and I wanted them to remake it again my whole order cause I live 15 min away and the food is cold and they told me no with a bad attitude the manager I pay for the food you guys made the mistake not me I will never go there again

Drive thru order with Veronica D Was rushing us asking “is that it” about 10x Then she closed out the order and we could no longer see what our order was. She proceeded to rush us after she cut me off several times to ask me if that was it … we got to window and she served me the 2 drinks and tilted them so they spilled all over the car and myself and handed me the next drink tiled toward me again that drink did the same thing Shoved our food out tilted the same way Then didn’t give us hot sauce but left us sitting there for a min or so no one else behind us just ignored us till I got her attention Please teach your employees to be courtesy and patient not to rush and then act mad at the window When it’s time to serve the customer their order

Manager there, Iris, completely unprofessional. I am normally a regular here and have never had any issue or complaints whatsoever, but as of today i ordered a 10 piece, only recieved 6 nuggets in the box, so of course i called, its a mistake, these things happen and i understand that. Iris picks up the phone, i let them know that i had just picked ip my order and i noticed they put the wrong amount in. and i am repeatedly told that she is the one that made my order and she knows for a fact that she did put 10 nuggets in the box. and im just sitting there, staring at my 6 nuggets in the box, told her what i saw. she told me again and said she apparently could not do anything about it, where she then asked if i needed help with anything else, i asked to speak to a manager, where i was then hung up on. i drove over to the location, asked for the manager, and its the same girl that was on the phone. tells me the same bs as she did on the phone. i dropped off the food on the counter and told her to just give me a refund then, i wasnt going to settle for less. she told me she couldnt do a refund for me, that i had to do it through the app, so i just leave my food and leave. im outside sitting in the car figuring out how to get my refund at least, and a much better, more professional and actually useful manager named monica approached my car, where she handed me my food redone correctly, and proceeded to apologize on behalf of her co managers behavior. i took my food and thanked her, and it was over just like that, as simple as it shouldve been to begin with. big thanks to monica, iris should not be managing anything.

This is the only Taco Bell closes at at 9pm every other Taco Bell in Ventura county closes at 2-3 am They also take forever on drive thru been here for 10 min already and nothings moving

I'm extremely disappointed. I got the cantina box and all items cold to the touch. I got barely any chicken in my taco but the chalupa feels like it's been sitting for hours, hard and cold.

Several times I have ordered food from here and the order is just completely wrong, or missing items. A majority of those times were the same girl (receipt says Gabriela) who is laughing and joking with her friends instead of actually checking my order before handing it to me in the drive thru. And any time I correct them, they seem inconvenienced that they have to fix their own mistakes.

I came to the Taco Bell in SP around 10 pm to get a quite late night bite. I decided to try their new nuggets, which were okay. Wingstop's nuggets, there in the same shopping center are better. I ordered the 10 piece nuggets and when I got home I noticed that I was only given 6 nuggets!!! I live all the way across town so it wasn't worth my time and gas to drive all the way back to taco bell to ask for the missing 4 nuggets. I will NOT be visiting any time soon this Taco Bell since they short change their customers... I definitely recommend checking your food well when you go thru ANY drive thru...
