At our Santa Paula location, we strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes every customer feel at home. Our signature drinks, such as the Iced Shaken Espresso, are made with love and care by our expert baristas, including Ivana and Daniela, who consistently receive high praise from our customers. We're proud of the excellent service provided by our team members, like Chris and Jasmin, who go above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves satisfied. Even on busy days, like holidays or peak hours, our employees remain committed to providing top-notch service. While we strive for a comfortable temperature in-store, we also acknowledge that some customers may find it too cold on chilly days. Went to the Starbucks in Santa Paula and noticed the drive through line looked pretty long so we decided to go inside. Chris took my order right away, even though it was just him and two other employees working behind the counter. He immediately got to work making one of my drinks after taking the order, and they were moving quickly, cranking out drinks for the drive through as well. Despite the long line outside, I got my drink relatively fast and funny enough, the car I would’ve been behind in the drive through got their drink at about the same time. I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and efficiency. On top of that, the inside of the store was clean, welcoming, and a great place to grab a drink. Great experience all around.

Just wanted to recognize Jasmin who helped me get with my order in the drive thru when I advised her I was injured and was picking up as I couldn’t walk. Not only did she give me a welcoming greeting and smile, she went inside to bring me my order! She is such a great example of going above and beyond in customer service. Thank you Jasmin!
today the barista made my day. I placed a mobile order and my boys got off to pick up. as they were exiting my son dropped his drink and not only did the barrista rush over to clean up but she offered to make him a new drink! as a mom seeing my kids treated with kindness means so much more than when it’s done to me. thank you SP Starbucks Team!
I stopped by on Thanksgiving day. The drive thru eas packed and the inside as well. The employees did a great job handling the large volume of business. Had a blended caramel latte. It was delicious! Great job Santa Paula Starbucks staff!

The noise from the workers and the machines was horrible. They need some noise suppression panels. I had to talk way loud for the waitress to hear me. And I didn't get my order right because she couldn't hear me talj.

Everytime I order a venti size anything it's never true to size. Today i ordered a macchiato and it had so much whip cream. I'm disappointed, go for the coffee not the whip cream. In the picture below, I removed the whip cream hadn't even talk a sip.

They always take ages to make orders and will have to wait at least extra 5 mins to 10 mina to their predicted ready time
Super inconsistent. Regular here I’m sure they recognize my car, not sure why I’m so surprised when they mess up my order which is often. Every time I visit I’m spending $30+ for myself and my office can’t ever get to work with the right order. Getting tired of this.

It's simple. Do not fill to the rim! This is officially my last cup of 4 dollar coffee from any Starbucks. Coffee is all over my truck, clothes and hand. Bye Starbucks!

Terrible customer service!!! I’m waiting 1 drink for 15 minutes not in a rush hour. Come to ask my drink and he said he will refund it for me. That’s not a point. Thing is when you do something wrong you need to say sorry to your customer first whatever it’s right or wrong. ( long hair guy) if you are the manager you should be shamed.
So I just want to say I went to get a drink from there today. I’m sorry but that place is so cheap that when I left I hadn’t noticed my drink was only half way. I ordered a grande and was not even a full drink. I got ripped off. I would have gone back but a had my toddler with and was asleep and line to long. Horrible experience will not return.
They turn off the order ahead function when they need it most, they let people sit in spots that aren’t for parking which renders the other half of their parking lot unusable, they let people from the Jack In The Box next door use their dedicated parking lot and eat their food inside, and they overcook every crossiant I’ve ever ordered. Absolutely not worth coming here anymore. The Starbucks in the Vons down the street is quicker, better at following directions, and the employees aren’t rude.
I love morning crew they know how to make the drinks how you ask!! But night crew is something else I always go in for a trenta strawberry açaí with 5 scoops of strawberries I went in tonight and they couldn’t even give me exactly my five scoops of course I complained but they brushed me off!! I was like okay that’s fine tried all my drinks they are all so watered down I’ll put a picture so you guys can see I paid 2 extra dollars to be brushed off by the person at the window.
Absolute WORST location I've ever encountered. The only free standing SB in SP makes it "convenient" and nothing else. From 20+ minute waits in the DRIVE THRU to an additional 10-15 minutes on a mobile orders make it anything but convenient. Staff appears aloof and display no sense of urgency. I will give my money to small business cafes and coffee shops instead of wasting $10 for a coffee that never comes.
In 15 years of being a frequent Starbucks customer, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had. At 6:15 p.m. on November 16, I walked in without being greeted and then stood at the register for an unusually long time while the employees deliberately ignored me, despite no one being ahead of me. During that time my husband even went next door, ordered food, ate, and returned before anyone acknowledged me. When I finally spoke up, the employee told me I was free to leave and continued with passive-aggressive remarks. This is far from the level of service I expect from Starbucks.

It was a Sunday and nowhere near closing as posted on the door. Today it took 20 minutes to get 3 cars to the order speaker. Not busy inside. Took an additional 15 minutes to pay and drive off. It took longer for a browny and cake pop than it did for drinks. Very slow and poor service. Especially for 6 workers in a small star bucks that wasn’t to busy at that time. It’s the only star bucks I’ve been to where some workers are unfriendly and look mad. Then wonder why there is no tip!

I asked for venti light ice and literally the gave me half cup of coffee. What is the freaking point of getting venti? 9$ for a coffee where you get half cup?. Worst Starbucks
