This place was hopping. I got there and there were two people in line ahead of me. But the line went fast. They had all the entrees we wanted. I don't know what they do differently than the Ventura location to but all their meat in the entrees was so tender and so flavorful. I really liked that their Kung Pao chicken was very spicy as it should be. But everything was great and the staff were very pleasant.
Jazmin is the most patient employee ever. Thank you for helping out my sports team.
Won a gift card at an office party and decided to use it at the Santa Paula location. Never been in there before. I was very pleasantly surprised! The serving and eating areas were immaculate and inviting. I ordered the 2 entree plate with fried rice. The teriyaki chicken came right off the grill - can't get fresher than that! The servings were tremendous for the paltry $11 that came off my gift card. Speaking of...the cashier had problems processing the card. But the manager jumped right in and took care it. 5 stars across the board were well deserved. I will certainly be back to use the rest of my card and then some.

I don't come here often since the price is a bit to expensive for me but it doesn't take away the experience. I have never had a issue coming here and the employees are always helpful. I get orange chicken and sesame chicken with a side of egg rolls with a drink. I recommend coming here to eat and chill

I got the honey walnut shrimp and I though that the shrimp was the going to big but when I found out I was eating only the fried part instead of the actual shrimp

I had an unfortunate experience at Panda Express during my recent visit. I ordered a chicken egg roll, and while the cashier was handling a cash deposit to the safe, she accidentally dropped the egg roll on the floor. To my surprise, she slowly picked it up and continued troubleshooting her register, seemingly distracted, before she bagged the egg roll that had fallen. Since I had already been waiting for a while and didn’t want to cause a scene, I didn’t say anything at the time. However, I ended up throwing the egg roll in the trash. I expect better hygiene practices, and this experience left me disappointed. Hopefully, this was just a one-off incident, but it’s something that needs to be addressed.

I really don’t like coming here but the kids and my Fiancé ask for it. Customer service is bad and the portions are skimpy we always pay for double portions but that’s ok it’s the customer service that gets me. If you don’t like your job work somewhere else.

I ask for double chowmein and they just gove me a little kids serving of it , I need atleast 2 fat massive scoops I finished the chow mein in 2 minutes with a fork ,

The portions were not even what they are supposed to serve. See the photo, I paid for dish with two entrees, one entree was not even half of what it is supposed to be!!! Also they did not ask me if I wanted to donate and they charged me for a “donation” if I want to donate I will do it myself. I do not recommend this place at all.
I’ve tried panda express a few times and the food always tastes like nothing or pure sugar. I don’t understand how people enjoy food that tastes like it’s been leftover for a week. I haven’t had any trouble with the service as the workers are always nice, but that doesn’t make the food good haha. I am bitter also that they decided to put this panda express at this location where another one hundred times better chinese food place was for years. I went to that place many times since my childhood, their food was always AMAZING. It was even our family favorite. Of course a small chinese place can’t compete with a big corporation so the competition was removed eventually since everyone prefers a big and popular name rather than good food. There is no more good chinese takeout in Santa Paula :(
This Panda Express has the worst customer service, the food is good but the portions for what your paying, skimpy!!! These employees need training , acknowledge your customer and Smile… this starts from the top so your manager is not doing there job either.
Order is rarely correct, servers don't seem to care much. They missed an entree in our order and when we went back to the store they didn't apologize, they just said, "oh" and gave us a box with the meat. Would avoid. Just go to Waba, at least they've never messed up my order or left out entrees. Update 1/9/22 still slow. 10 mins order to leaving the store and that's without waiting for them to make food.

When they said my order was done they had got my order completely wrong and had to fix it. I left and they forgot my veggie roll that I paid and ordered for so I had to drive all the way back to panda. All they said was oh and gave me it!!
I ordered online order ,black pepper sirloin steak and Kung pao chicken, literally there was no meat they put chew mean in place of the two entrees and added some vegetables and sauce in the top of it .
