This is a great place to eat, the food is cooked and served at the correct temperature. Good quality food is the key to a happy stomach. Service is great also and always look forward into creating great memories with customers and make sure everyone is satisfied. Very clean snd well maintained store.

My first visit to El Pollo Loco did not disappoint. I had the shredded beef avocado quesadilla, and it was great. The service was wonderful, food was great. And a large horchata to wash it down! 10/10

We have been here many times and it is always good. First, going thru drive drive up is not a hassle because the person taking the order gets it right! Don't have to keep repeating the order!! The food is consistently good and fresh.

I like El Pollo Loco. Probably the only fast food that I have cravings for. For a family gathering I picked up some chicken and sides at El Pollo Loco's Santa Paula location. The lady who helped me was polite. Food tasted good and everyone seemed to enjoy it. Overall, it was a good experience.

I have ordered food here a few times lately and will be doing so again. The place is located in a very busy plaza with crowded parking. But parking is available if you look enough. The restaurant is clean and the staff greets you quickly and takes you order. Usually I get some type of family pack and eat a few meals. I enjoy the chicken as it is cooked perfect and goes so well with the avocado salsa and tortillas. Sides? I get beans and rice, it is simple and basic. I enjoy this place and the value is not bad at all as it is more than one meal.

This particular one in Oxnard was ok for a quick bite to eat , maybe not a good idea to be buying 1hr before they close as guac was a little brown and they didn't have enough of the leg and thigh, other than that it's ok

They didn't even try helping or let me know what to do. When someone finally did let me know they couldn't even take my order because they didn't have access to the register. People have to use the kiosk to order their things. Not everything is on the kiosk, so I couldn't even get what I went there to buy. To pay, there was a credit card machine and a cash taking machine. What ever happen to human interaction. Others came in and did the same as I did. They had no clue and when they tried asking an employee, although they did explain it them, they seemed so bothered to have to help a customer and for something so simple.

We said ok that’s fine.. we get home and dealt with kids etc… and by the time we check our bag it only has two salads with no dressing. I call the restaurant 10 mins till closing at 10pm, a female answers, refuses to give me her name, and says I’m lucky Lucky she even answered, and she’s clocked out already…. Refused to help us. I’m appalled at her response. I’ve never felt so upset over a drive through experience. If you can avoid this restaurant, please do! It’s awful, and they can care less if they make a mistake. I would give it zero stars if google let me.

Don't go to this location i ordered some food through the drive thru & they didn't put the sour cream on the side like I asked not to mention the fact that the girl who took my order cut me off without letting me finish. I understand you guys have a rush but good customer service is key even if you have to take your time.

Good job manager Gabriella (who wasnt wearing a name tag). Who first gave the excuse of covid short staff... Which should affect all chicken not just legs and thighs. She was able to let me know it takes 30 minutes to cook chicken, but wasnt able to let me know why they couldn't have realized they were running out 20 minutes ago. Then she changed the story again that I was the first car they were sold out for. Which still doesn't explain how they didn't notice 20 ago. How bout you pay me for waisting 30 minutes of my life because you're neglect!!! Why 30?-because your wouldn't make people in front of me wait curbside so I could leave after already waisting 20 minutes of my life. Not a great way to run a business. Exceptional way to lose customers.
