If you haven’t been to the brew house it’s a must. Don’t drink, no worries I go there just for the food and customer service. Paul and his team are the friendliest. They even do food to go.

Honestly you wouldn't know this outstanding establishment reacently opened. The food was amazing and the beer is even better. The owner is a fantastic person with an amazing vision. I cant wait to come back in the fall.

We moved upstate from Manhattan and we are used to eating at world class restaurants. We stopped there by chance but weren't expecting much from a rural little place.... Omgosh it blew us away. The food was excellent. Better than many restaurants we have been to in big cities. We look forward to stopping every time we drive through that area now.

I stop here every time I am in town. The servers always provide outstanding service. They are super friendly and personable. Love the food here and the beer! We love this place so much we celebrated my brother's engagement here, and the staff did an amazing job making sure everyone was being attended to. I would highly recommend this restaurant for casual dining and small parties (although they may not be doing those during covid).

We went in just a few weeks after opening, after the fourth, and had attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. Every beer we sampled was interesting and each unique. For a brand new brewery you can taste years of experience in the beer. The food was also interesting and tasty, and the owner is a hard-working nice guy. We'll definitely be back!

Loved this place. We tried 6 beers across two flights of four and thought all were awesome. Wasn't planning on getting dinner but we liked the vibe so much we ordered food and it was really good too! Great chicken sandwich and flatbread.

New Years Eve Dinner I ordered dinner on New Years Eve and it was fantastic! The food was cooked perfectly, tasted great, and done within ten minutes. I waited at the bar and had a delicious IPA. There were tons of good options to choose from and I look forward to trying more in the future. Super great space and friendly staff!

Well executed beers and menu! This restaurant is a newcomer to the area and I loved it. I tried all but 1 beer in a flight. All the beers were well done and not a home-brew concoction. I was pleasantly surprised the IPA was not a kick-in-face. The Subtle Surprise was my preference..side note, I prefer wheat style beers. Between Two World's was lovely too. The dressing for the Greek salad is light and perfect for a hot night. FYI no A.C. so try the outdoor seating for a breeze :)

Had wonderful sandwiches and great craft beer here several times over the last difficult months. The stouts were especially good. Great service, fun atmosphere and food that is several steps above the usual pub grub. Love it!

We had a wedding rehearsal dinner with 30 plus people at the Brewhouse. They set up tables in the back room for us. There as a water station with ice cold water available. The servers were there taking drink orders as the guests wandered in. Service was amazing and food was delicious. The manager checked to make sure everything was ok. It was the perfect evening and very affordable!!! The perfect spot for our get together.

What a delightful surprise! From start to finish, our experience here was above and beyond. We were greeted promptly by the hostess, who immediately made us feel not only welcome, but was able to balance a certain casual friendliness with a consummate degree of professionalism. And while, ultimately, my guest and I chose to sit at the bar, our immediate impressions were that of an establishment that was well run. Upon sitting at the bar, we were greeted by our bartender, Austin, who seamlessly navigated the process of presenting menus, setting silverware, and gleaning a drink order. (It was Sunday, after church, we were ready for a d*rn drink!) To start, we ordered the cheese curds, the cauliflower bites, and a couple of glasses of wine; our lunch was off to a great start. For our main course we had the "Slab of Belly" and the "Smash A Rondack".... Let me tell you folks, we live in Western Massachusetts, with plenty of casual dining options, and this place balanced the casual luncheon experience, with a menu that was so diverse, so fun, and with gracious service that mirrors the overpriced and stuffy Lake Placid options. But it was our server, and bartender, Austin, who managed to not only get an order out of us, but simultaneously offered attentive, gracious, and genuine hospitality who made our afternoon so delightful. I would recommend the Ray Brook Brewhouse to any and all who enjoy great food and great service!

Great local brewpub. A place you walk into and they bring you your favorite beer before you ask. The food is excellent, service is fast and the beer is all brewed in house. Our favorite hangout.

We went to this place as a last minute decision today and it turned out to be the best place we've eaten at in the entirety of the region. Their selection of house brewed beers and stouts are pretty solid, and the taste of them is just as solid, the wait staff and bar staff were super friendly and professional and even the owners were there helping run the joint along side their employees, which is always super nice to me. The food was absolutely stellar as well, and the only nitpicky thing I have against the place is their smashburger aren't real smashburger, they're just slightly more flattened hamburgers. Other than that everything was absolutely amazing and reasonably priced for the region too, this is definitely a must stop spot for those that was great food, great service, and amazing craft beer from the brewhouse directly to the tap.

The beer and flatbreads were great. The Mango Manduros was absolutely delicious. Our server, Tyler, was great, too. He gave us suggestions for places to hike, bike and visit. We highly recommend stopping here. The Ray Brook Brewery rocks!

Well most important was the Beer....It was Amazing, after a flight of samples I found my favorite and had a pint. Met the Brewer who was from the tug hlll area, the owners Daughter who was very Friendly and gave us the story of the business. They started just before covid and survived beacuse of hard work, Quality, and Determination. The food is Great and it pairs well with the Beer. A Must stop on the way to Lake Placid.

Found this great place during an Adk leaf peeping tour. My flight ranged from lightest to darkest and did not disappoint! Awesome vibes from the people working there and the menu had some interesting items on it. Definitely recommend you stop in!

Really good place. Accommodated a large group. Both manager and assistant manager were really great with whom to work while setting up accommodations. Tried a beer sampler and requested a choice of the most popular samples. They were all extremely good despite some being a little different from what I usually like. The wings were outstanding and the turkey sandwich was unbelievable. Our whole group really enjoyed the experience and spoke highly of both drinks and food. Great job guys! Can’t wait to be back.

From the minute we walked in the door with a party of 8, we were welcomed like family. The beer selection was excellent and appealed to the varying palettes in our group. The beer did not disappoint! Everyone quickly picked their favorites and we ordered some appetizers to go around. The deep fried cauliflower and fried cheese curd are not to be missed. We asked for the Buffalo wing sauce to dip...fantastic! The Buffalo wings are some of the best we’ve ever had. For a fun afternoon away from the slopes, this place is an absolute must. Great atmosphere, food and the beer is the BEST!

Nice spot to stop for a local bite to eat. Burgers are highly recommended and the time the chef has invested in curating them shows. I appreciated that this restaurant was away from the 'hustle and bustle' of downtown Lake Placid, which adds to its appeal (it is a slightly quieter spot). Parking and servers can be limited so plan to add a couple of extra minutes to your wait time if you stop in, but well worth the visit!

My partner in crime had the fish and chips and once again she could not finish them so I got to try them it was very good. I had two different beers which were not 90 days and I would have them again. One was the Art Dunkel and the other one was called beer. I’m looking forward to my next visit. I almost forgot we had some very tasty falafel with tzatziki sauce as a starter.

They produce a wide variety of beer all of which is good, have a great relaxed atmosphere, great food, fantastic service. Our visit was fantastic from crossing the threshold to walking out the door, we found the prices great, and enjoyed the fact they offer diffrent sizes of flights unlike many other places. All in all we highly reccomend the place.

Well done Ray Brook. (Two star review) 8/2019 - The beer is just ok. I wasn’t overly impressed. The food was sub par. The pork belly in the sandwich and on the poutine was not freshly cooked and tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. The sausage burger was dry and the onions and peppers weren’t cooked enough for my taste. It needed a sauce or mustard to go along with. It has outdoor seating and is dog friendly which is why I gave it an additional star.

I have been to the Ray Brook Brewery twice over vacation while in the DAKs. The food is very good with generous portions ( go hungry). The IPAs were good and the service by Dayna was excellent. Try it you'll like it. Oh, indoor and outdoor seating available.

Not sure they care about making money. Busy weekend for WHOOP at Mt Hoe and we called @ 6:45pm and they said they close at 7 when the website said 8. Went early the next day, saturday, and only accepting cash, really?? On a crazy busy weekend? This place was turning away so many... Can't trace cash purchases.

For a Adirondak Brewery, they had quite a crowd, which always makes the experience more fun for me. The food was good (I had a fairly standard burger and fries), however, the beer was nothing to write home about. Their "Beer" lager was appropriately named, which unfortunately means it was bland. The other beers on their tap were a little better, but still nothing special. If you want an average brewery experience, Ray Brook is an acceptable choice

The staff was friendly, the food was tasty, and the space is beautiful. But as a "brewhouse" the beer was very meh and tasted immature.

We had gotten at the brewery at 6 pm asked force table said 20 minutes so we waited at the bar. Well we weren't seated so we got appetizers and a beer. But they screwed up the order and were clueless about it when asked. We were really disappointed because this was my girlfriend's 46er finish dinner and were treated poorly. Probably won't be back.

Bartender rude. Did not engage in any banter. All about himself. Not customer service oriented. When he asked how we liked our beer and commented it was not my favorite and I am not a sour beer guy, he turned his back and gave attitude. Rude. Not going back.

Showed up with a party of 5 on a Friday at 7:24pm (hours online say closing at 8). Was told “the kitchen is closed, the owner is cooking tonight and he closed the kitchen early.” Great business model. Recommend to call ahead. Hours are not what they say online.

Nothing to say for the beer and the place. But the barman was super disrespectful and arrogant (we never understood why, we just ordered 4 beers and asked a question about the size). Was it because we weren't Americans and speak not very well English ? (We are Québécois). After more than 100 times in the US, that was the first time we didn't feel comfortable about being in a place.
