Super quiet night when I got in. Caprese salad was perfect, and the pizza I ordered is fantastic. Surprisingly not that badly priced considering you know, Lake Placid.

Checked out the new Pizza restaurant in town and they did not disappoint! You could taste the freshness in every bite. Thin crispy crust is our favorite which you cant find in this town!! Very welcoming, AMAZING people! We will be coming back our next visit in LP. Good luck!!!

The owner was very charming. She said she just started the place in the last couple of months and was super excited to find it. The pizza was great and had a very quaint atmosphere. Well worth a stop for a less expensive meal.

The white spinach pizza was excellent. Flavorful and plenty of spinach. Our waitress also prepared our pizza since it was a quiet night. She was lovely and told us all about her big family.

Small little restaurant but very good Italian. We had Calamari, veal parm, lasagna and chicken marsala and every thing was delicious. It seems very popular for take out.

They do not have a liquor license yet. Pasta was delicious but did not come with salad. Gyros we’re very good, but impossible to eat without a fork and knife. Expensive.

My entire family is sick, after spending almost 100 dollars on 10 wings, a cheesesteak and a burger… never again.

Ordered 1 pizza and an order of wings online at 11:20ish which told me 20 minutes for my order to be completed. Showed up at 11:45 to be told the ovens were still warming up and my order had not even been acknowledged yet. I had no choice but to wait because the online system didn't have the option for a refund. After 30 minutes, I wound up with 2 pizzas and no wings. The dough was clearly old because it had the smell and taste of over fermented yeast. $50 for 2 pizzas? no thanks...

My dinner was awful. I do NOT recommend Fratellis. When we arrived no one noticed or greeted us to seat us. The restaurant had one customer and the waitress was intent on chatting and flirting with him while he waited for his order prior to telling us to sit wherever we wanted to. The dining room was so cold we asked if there was an air conditioner running. We were told that there is a fireplace (with a banquette against it) that acts like a wind tunnel and makes the room cold with a small breeze. The outside temperature was around 40 so this meant we had to keep our coats on to stay warm. Finally, the food… that too was awful. We orderd a Margarita Pizza. We received a pie whose crust was gooey and un-cooked in the middle. The mozzarella had not been cut or trimmed so some slices had no cheese at all and others had a thick gooey piece of cheese. At no point did the waitress ask if everything was ok. The service, the food and the ambiance were all unpleasant. This was not worth the money or the time.

I would not recommend going here. The food was mediocre at best and way overpriced. I legitimately feel like i was ripped off and I rarely feel this way. We will never go back. They added $7 just for using a card to pay..

The owner came out with our food and literally verbally attacked us because of our pups. He was sooo disrespectful! We had picked the furthest table and there was absolutely no people eating outside at the time, so no one to be bothered by our pups. he literally treated us like our dogs had the plague. Def affected the beautiful experience we were having. He threw us out, although we were already leaving and we threw out his nasty looking pizza!

RACIST, DEPLORABLE, and DISGUSTING. If I could give this place zero stars I would — I have truly never experienced a more unwelcoming environment and on top of that the food was horrible. My family and I called ahead to place an order for two pizzas so that when we arrived to the restaurant we could sit, eat, and go as we had plans to be somewhere by 12PM. We arrived 20 minutes later as a rather large party of nine adults and three children. When we got there, the food was not ready, but we decided to add an order an order of garlic knots, mozzarella sticks and disco fries while we waited. From jump, the owner was making slick comments to us that made us comfortable but we continued to keep our mouths shut and wait for the food to arrive. When the two year old we were with was chatty, not crying - not screaming, he said that maybe we should put him in the back of the kitchen to work because then he would be quiet. The food did not come out for another at least another 30 minutes. Strike one. The last two people from our party arrived, as we were traveling in separate cars, and we did not fit at the booth that we were seated at comfortably. We all had large jackets on and would’ve been sitting shoulder to shoulder. So when the last two people from our party arrived, to an absolutely empty restaurant, they sat at the table adjacent to us. The owner came over and very rudely told them to sit with the rest of our party if we are together, we told him that we were not able to fit comfortably and he told us that if we’re together, we need to sit together so we did just that. Strike two. The third strike came after the owner delivered all the food to the table. He brings over the two pizzas, the mozzarella sticks, the disco fries, and the garlic knots. He hovers over our table with a notepad accounting for all of the food and drinks we ordered and sees that I have a nearly empty iced coffee cup on the table. He then says to us, “I’m going to have to charge you for the coffee.” Confused, we explain to him we didn’t buy this here. He then snaps and says, “I’m going to have to charge you for the coffee because I sell coffee here it would be like I came to your house and brought outside food. It’s disrespectful.” So we ask him, “do you have a sign here that says there’s no outside food and drink allowed?” Surely, if there was a sign we would have seen it. We would have obeyed it, and we would have thrown out the nearly empty coffee on arrival. He told us that it didn’t matter because it was his restaurant and his rules. We asked again, is there a sign. He raised his voice and said it didn’t matter. We told him we are not paying for a coffee that we didn’t purchase there (that he does not have on his menu because it was a specialty iced coffee from a coffee shop in town), and he raised his voice again and said “I’m charging you for it and you will pay for it.” This is where it got completely out of hand. We told him that we were not paying for the coffee, that we were finishing our food, paying for the food that we ordered and are leaving. He then starts yelling in the face of a woman in our party and naturally, her husband came to her defense. The owner started ranting and raving about how he works 18 hours a day, and that he would call the police. We told him that we were no longer engaging with him, but that he absolutely should call the police. We knew that this man was absolutely unhinged, and that when law enforcement arrived they would see that he was. When they arrived, it was obvious to them that he was unwell and he had no right to treat us the way that he did. We paid for our bill, and left. The owner even gave us a problem in front of law enforcement when we asked for a receipt and law enforcement had to check him for it. He ended up not even charging us for the coffee after all of his empty threats, disrespect, snide comments, and disgusting food. Stay clear of this establishment if you want to have a decent slice of pizza or if you want to be treated like a decent human being.
