The lager was pretty good. Their baked mac n cheese was incredible, cheesy, smokey and delicious. The potato skins were good especially with pulled pork on top. Definitely would go again.

This is a very friendly and full of charm brewery. I'm really glad I spotted it on my drive and stopped in. It's not the largest brewery but had seating inside and out. All the beers in my flight were great so I can't recommend anything specific, just drink what you like. I also had the El Tiante sandwich and I was very good.

For a micro brewery so small, this place fits SO many people inside and the service is fantastic! I had the IPA Mac and cheese and OMG is it to die for! Delicious is an understatement! It is served in a giant tortilla shell, and I mean GIANT. I had never been so I ordered the large mac and cheese opposed to the small, and now I know that I have to order the small! 10/10 recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect from a repurposed car wash, but I didn't really care about the building's past life by the time the food arrived! My husband love, love, LOVED the seafood chowder and collossle Buffalo shrimp.. My steak tip salad was almost too huge for a starter. (By the way...calling all bleu cheese dressing lovers. You MUST try the bleu!!) We will be back for the pizza and wings...they looked soon good! Con: No substitutions or removal of ingredients. You like all of it or don't get it.

I had three different beers and tried a fourth, and they were all good, and it is safe to say some were better than good! The pretzels with the honey mustard horseradish was also a good pairing. Sadly that was the only food we had, because we had eaten lunch earlier, but I would highly recommend a visit, and it does not seem like you could go wrong with any of the beer choices!

Loved this place! I'm a new york sports fan so BOO to the Boston sports theme haha but the Boston style bar pizza was incredible. I had the jalapeno infused beer which paired perfectly with my pizza! Can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area.

Great beer selection with a menu that has a build your own pizza option, burgers, salads and wings too. These folks know how to make things simple and easy. Good quality menu and a beer selection that will please any group. Conveniently located and within walking distance of Gauthier's Saranac Lake Inn. The staff are super friendly and helpful and we're very accomodating despite us turning up as the kitchen was closing. Expect to pay around $14/15 for a pizza and $4 for a beer. Update: we went back a second time and had the the boneless chicken with the Gilly + Car Wash sauces which were both great, the Mac n cheese and the burger for mains which were both excellent. Highly recommended!

Nice pub with tasty home brews. Pizza and wings were outstanding! Service was OK but it did take a long time to get our food.

We went there with minimal expectations with only expectation to get a country vibe as we visiting this hill station. The food was great but the drinks were okay and smaller in size. Our server/host was not very friendly and we thought she could be mire welcoming and courteous. We liked the vi e and overall but the tables were bit wobbly. Overall an okay experience. Would recommend them for food as that was super tasty.

Went with four kids under 10 - was perfectly fine. Nice 'garage bar' type of feel with good music and good vibe. We will come back, but order something different. Pizza (cheese was really good) and boneless wings were great. Bone in wings were large and tender - we would try a different sauce next time (we got the Cajun). IPA tasted like maybe it was a little old or otherwise has some vegetal notes I didn't care for. Bartender made my wife a delicious wine spritzer. Friendly and relaxing environment!

Service was very slow. After we were seated, it took awhile to place our drink orders. Then it took awhile for the drinks to show up. I got a smash burger, it was overcooked. My wife got 6 chicken wings. She wanted wings, but got 5 drum sticks, and 1 wing. The skin wasn't very tasty. Not cooked enough and was rubbery. I have to let everyone know that the waitress was the only one working for 6 tables. Not going back tomorrow.

We got there at opening and the waitress had an attitude right when we got seated. She wasn’t very welcoming and friendly. We ordered pizza and a salad. Pizza was not good. Crust and flavor were lacking. Her response was it’s Boston style and it’s thin and crispy. But it was more of a thin crust and wasn’t flavorful. They served the salad in a basket with a liner. So when the liner gets soggy it cuts through the paper. lol 📣📣TERRIBLE FOOD…. TERRIBLE SERVICE. 📣📣 1st time here. Not coming back Saw the owners reply. Ok fine, the pizza crust is supposed to taste like it did. I normally don’t provide feedback like this BUT to respond the way they did was rude. Didn’t acknowledge the service of the employee. Place is still trash.. some of the comments from the “owner” aren’t professional and is in poor taste. Must be pro-Trump… 🤣 If you’re in the area, don’t stop here. Not worth the money. IMO
