Their chicken sandwich was incredible for a fast food place, mage with real chicken and not the processed checked at other day did chains.

I always have a great experience at the Wendy’s in Saugus, MA. The food is consistently fresh, the service is quick, and the staff is friendly every time I visit. Their Chili is one of my absolute favorites—perfectly seasoned and always served hot. I also can’t get enough of their Apple Pecan Salad. It’s crisp, flavorful, and feels like a genuinely fresh option you don’t always find at fast-food places. Whether I’m grabbing something on the go or stopping in for a quick meal, this Wendy’s location never disappoints. Highly recommend!

New place was dismal. Not very welcoming. French fries were crispy but not hot as advertised. The son of baconator was cold. Wendy's in Peabody is my favorite.

Everything was very good until I had to pour my drink's They didn't have the flavor that I wanted and I personally don't like the fact that I have to do there job ...

It is a Wendy's, your experience will be heavily determined by the people working there. I have gotten exactly what I ordered and just totally wrong orders before. The food, however, will always be Wendy's level great... if you get it.

Wendy's burgers aren't the same anymore. They don't taste like real beef and the texture isn't the same. I've tried them a couple of times but it's a no for me for a burger. I DO like their baked potatoes and salad options. This location has great service. I know locations don't have control over the beef. That's corporate.

No sweet-and-sour sauce

Cheeseburgers were way overcooked. Veggies in them were ok. Self-service diet-coke was empty.

Accent of woman on speaker was so thick had to have everything repeated twice. Nothing personal but just frustrating and slow for cars behind me. Also asked for no pickle or onion...got both. Not a great stop.

Parents and I went there for dinner. Initially couldn't tell if the dining room was open due to the pandemic and staff there weren't too helpful in that regard either. The two guys by the front door didn't say anything, let alone hello. I think they were too busy sitting on the metal railing chain smoking cigarettes. Not gonna lie — that was kind of annoying. I don't care if people smoke, but don't do it by the front door, please. As for the food, it was alright. I got a Baconator meal. It was tasty, but the bacon could've been crispier. Frankly, thought it was overpriced for what you get, but I wasn't paying, so .... c'est la vie.

The place was empty - waited over 20 minutes for a junior bacon burger. Fries were cold..Staff was not very helpful....looked very confused. Another person said he was there over 20 minutes waiting for a chicken sandwich. Crew seemed very disorganized

Waited, unacknowledged BY THE MANAGER, while he stood behind the counter looking at his phone. Literally nobody else in the store at the time. He noticed me just as I was about to walk away. If my wife hadn’t requested a Wendy’s chicken sandwich I would have been gone.

I have been coming a couple of times a week late at night since it first opened. The food got better and the drive through line is shorter now. Rude older woman cashier at drive thru at night though who obviously hates her job and takes it out on customers.

2 stars because the food i received was good. Unfortunately i didn't actually receive what i ordered and paid for. Not sure how you swap an asiago ranch chicken sandwich for a plain piece of chicken and a piece if lettue, but they managed it. Also managed to give me the opposite drink. I ordered unsweetened ice tea. Got coke. As ling as you check everything before you leave you will be fine eating here. Don't do like i did and wait till you get home.

After 40 minutes of waiting,Horrible place to communicate with including both employees at the window and the shift manager. No communication. Josef literally told me to stop talking while I am talking with my employee. Very bad customer service. 0 communication

Wendy's had lied to all the veterans that was expecting the free meal that they were promoting all over the internet and was denied when they arrive at Wendy's very disappointing to promote something that was not true

You ask me what sauce I want when taking my order and when I ask for the sauce because it’s missing I’m the bad guy. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences here since they opened. The first time I was given a regular cheeseburger when I asked for a junior bacon. The customer service sucks if you don’t like your job then don’t work here.

Was excited to try the new Wendy’s on Rt 1 but we were very disappointed! Cheeseburger from the dollar menu was dried out and roll was actually hard and stale….the French fries were so salty they weren’t edible! Plus we got the wrong drink…we ordered Coke but got Dr Pepper instead. Probably not going back anytime soon.

My bf went there last night around 10:30pm ordered a Dave's double, drove forward went to eat it & realized he got a plain cheeseburger, no condiments or toppings, brought it back to the window the drive thru guy took it back, literally just flipped the wrapper around and gave him the same burger. He ended up having to come back because he dropped his card in the parking lot & all 3 worked huddled around like they did something wrong, my bf didnt even approach the window and saw the reaction. It could've been cause they lazily didn't do their job & just gave back the same burger or they straight messed with the burger on top of it. On another note, the person spoke little to no English, maybe he didnt even know the menu. Regardless the reaction of the people at the window when he went to find his card says it all. If I were the owner, I'd check your cameras. Terrible customer service. Fries were also soggy and cold.
