Jimmy John's

My go-to lunch place. Always get a Turkey Tom, usually with extra turkey. The staff is always friendly, the wait is always short, and the sandwiches are always great! Great location, and it’s nice being recognized when I walk in to pick up. Perhaps I come here too often. 😂

We bought take-out so we don’t know what the “atmosphere” of the restaurant is!

If you’re looking for a really great sub, look no further. This JJs on 3009 is by far the best. I got the Ultimate Italian. And man, let me tell you. They put their heart into making that one. It’s the best one I’ve had around here. And to top it off, their sanitation grade is an “A”.

We really love us some Jimmy Johns Sandwiches and enjoy it here in Texas just as much as we did in California. We usually order the 16 and 9.The potato salad is very tasty.I only wish the salad portions were a bit larger.

These guys are always on-point with their sandwiches. No complaints about any of their food, and they live up to the "Freaky Fast" slogan. Always a reliable go-to for lunch, especially when I'm too busy to do anything else. Today the Uber Eats driver was unable to deliver (not sure why he couldn't find the building, it's clearly marked), and due to phone issues I did not get their call and all the messages arrived after they left. I called the driver, but my number was blocked...couldn't reach them. Called the restaurant, they refunded the charge and I re-ordered for pickup. They were really good about the whole ordeal. Will definitely try to do more pick-ups, as this is the second time in 2 years I have had Uber Eats issues. When Jimmy John's employees do the delivery it's never a problem...so my complain is with Uber Eats here.

they just opened on FM 1103 and not a lot of people know, they need to go. Only reason for my order being expensive is made a few modifications... (Like adding extra meat, cheese, and bacon - but nowadays what place doesn't charge for those, and the up cost wasn't bad.) All in all I paid about $17 for the combo - as a reminder I had extras on my sub. And they had a lot of options for extras that had no charge.

This store crew is always courteous and provides fast, quality sandwiches. Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.

My favorite sandwich spot. Today I had a set back. Five people in front of me. Extremely small pick up area. My order was given to another customer. Then was told they were out of bread and offered day old bread. I changed over to wheat bread. No apologies.

Very fast and friendly service. J.J. Gargantuan was actually a quite filling and fresh, cool meal as compared to alternatives like burgers or chicken sandwiches. The Gargantuan consists of a slice of pretty much every kind of meat they have along with provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and an oil dressing. A nice change once in a while.

Man, I love Jimmy John's. Oh I should say something about the restaurant. The staff is usually very friendly, the sandwiches are finished being made before you can walk over to where you pick them up, not to mention also delish, and the music in the building is modern and fun. Every once in a while there's a hiccup at this location, either a dirty table or two, or a, er, less than enthusiastic employee. Overall, I love Jimmy John's.

I ordered something thru my app, and I was right in front of the restaurant and it took them maybe 4-5 minutes to start on my sandwich... I guess they were thinking they had time because they thought I had to travel there. I just thought they were going to have my sandwich ready quicker is all.

Not a lot of options for kids. Food product quality was really good, but the flavor was just average. Nothing special about it, just another sandwich shop. Cashier was friendly, two guys making the food seemed really stand offish. Not approachable really. When asked if we wanted cheese on the kids sandwiches, we said yes and when they didn't have any we looked to the receipt and saw we were not charged for it, so that was a bit disappointing but not worth the hassle of going back up and paying for some cheese to put on the sandwiches ourselves. This place is probably fine for dining alone on lunch break, but not a family place.

Just picked up my order got the chicken bacon ranch with no onion they gave me like 3 small pieces of chicken and and it was like 80% lettuce I will not be returning to this location.

2nd week in a row they have gotten one of our sandwiches wrong on our take out order. Tried to call them and no one answers the phone! Very disappointed

Slowest cashier I have experienced among several local JJ locations. She took about 10 minutes to take one couple’s order then 5 minutes to take my simple order. The sandwich prep team was faster took about 5 minutes. Taste was great as at any location. Just need some cashier coaching and awareness.

I really like Jimmy John's sandwiches but, the attitude that some employees have at many locations is disturbing. Including this store. Maybe they need to cut the freaky fast and go for customer service. They would attract more people. Management, employees, here it is, it is your choice to work there. Make it the best you can, no matter where you work and you will have a much better day and better customer experience. Here's the other thing, they offer regular mustard on your sandwich but at this location they will give you mustard packs for you to put it on yourself. WHAT?

Don't order delivery! In person they do a great job. Delivery was just thrown together. Could have given me enough lettuce to taste... No other vegies on it. Mayo on some parts and not others. It was a dry a** sandwich! And the other sandwiches ordered were the same. I usually love them because of the freshness of the ingredients.

In the last month been in 3 times been shorted meats . Tonight asked for extra peppers had 3 peppers on my sandwich . And as they where wrapping my sandwich witnessed one employee tell the other if you refill the peppers I'll refill the ice 3009 JJ's c'mon I used to open and close as a manager. Who runs this joint ?

First time here and the staff was rude. Ordered and didn't even get a chance to put on "freebies." When I asked for hot peppers they were not too thrilled. Asked for ranch on the side and the girl rolled her eyes and rudely said, "next time order at the register." I highly doubtful there will be a next time due to first impressions and the sandwiches were blah.

Ordered a Sandwhich for delivery. The driver called me as he was unable to locate my office. Stayed on the phone with him for 10 minutes giving him step by step directions to my location. Only for him to ask if he could give my food to a other driver. Mind you, it has now been over 40 mins passed my requested delivery time.

HORRIBLE!!!! There is nothing special about their sandwiches. if you like COLD sandwiches...like really cold then this might be your favorite sandwich shop. Veggies....just lettuce and tomato...BORING! I could have gone to Subway and had a warm sandwich on my choice of bread, hot or cold and any vegetables I wanted with chips and a drink for the price I paid for just a sandwich. And to top it off, I had to put my to go order in a bag myself. NEVER will I go back. Jimmy John's, you may be fast but that's about it! You're fast because you don't do anything special..

IS THIS FOR REAL???? I've never posted a complaint (check reviews) but I bought sandwhiches (noon 12/16/19-Schertz Tx) ordered 1 w/o tom, another w/o tom and onions. Walked into store THREE times b/f it was corrected and was overtly disrespected (by 2 ladies) each of the three times I had to go into store to correct. On final entry to explain the sandwiches still are not correct, a lady making sandwich puts a menu IN MY FACE and says "go home and study menu". I went to office in Schertz and immediately notified the corp office thru website b/c I don't believe in writing bad reviews but after 2 days there's been no contact - so here it is! There were two lady employees that were miserable and rude but also a very polite younger man working there who looked mortified by these ladies words and behavior. Very bizzare behavior by two ladies and no doubt the worst fast food exp I've ever had in 56 years!

Whatever you do, don't date any of the employees. If you go to get a sandwich the childish employees friends will just laugh and stare at you while they think you cant hear what they are saying to eachother (including a manager). Grow up and do your job.

Don't make edits to your sandwich. They'll jist ignore them and reuse the same bread the oil/vinegar and mayo are on. Checked the receipt, it says no mustard no jimmy mustard. Those don't even come on the sandwich! They don't give you a receipt when you pay they just put in in the bag at the end only if you ask. If you don't read the order back to the customer and refuse to give them a receipt when they ask, how are you supposed to catch employee errors?

Ordered delivery from here. Driver was almost an hour late. I wasted my entire lunch break waiting for someone to show up. Driver finally showed up after I had already given up and gone back to work. Had to have a co worker receive it. This has happened twice ordering from this location. Completely unacceptable.
