I frequent this store and another near when I live but I go here during my breaks in classes from the nearby college and man is this one also perfect. Food is consistently 10/10 and service is same by the same people since I go here on specific days. GM there is super friendly and always offers me things when I check l out. Only complaint is they keep taking my money because they are too good.

We grabbed takeout from here last week for lunch. We ordered the Big A Wreck sandwich with Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, Salami, bacon and Swiss cheese and a Big Italian Sandwhich with Salami, old-world, capicola, pepperoni, mortadella and provolone cheese. We also ordered Broccoli Cheddar soup and Chicken pot pie soup and 4 bags of potato chips. The sandwiches and soup were very good and loaded with meats. We’ve also ordered the Chili here before. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend this place.

While getting my car serviced close by, I was hungry for some thing and spotted this Potbelly restaurant. I had never eaten here before. All of their sandwiches are warmed up through a toaster. I tried the pastrami skinny…skinny means 6 inch. I added bacon and mushrooms, which was a good suggestion by the kind gentleman. When I was done, I was tempted by the dream bars at the counter. I’m glad I gave in, it was very good, see picture. Sorry no picture of sandwich. Recommend you try it. This location has a nice manager and staff. They keep the place tidy and clean too.

Absolutely delicious! The staff was extremely professional and efficient. They kept the line moving without being rude to customers. The food was also fresh and tasty. I bought a wreck on wheat, Cheddar Sun Harvest chips, a Squeezed Lemonade Nantucket, and a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.

The food is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely come back for another sandwich. Ordered the Italian, the wreak and the Cubano. But. The two workers definitely left a bad taste. They were dismissive and when we told them about a table being dirty and if we could have a rag to wipe it down (which we didnt mind doing) they told us there are other tables we could just sit at. We get it but we also dont mind cleaning a table that we specifically want.

After years of going to Home Depot, I've finally got time to stop in at Potbelly Sandwich shop. Broccoli cheese soup tasted the same as Panera Bread and was a lot cheaper for a cup. The skinny sandwich was delicious too, price reasonable. The brownie was creamy and finished off the dinner. I was eyeballing the burnt marshmallow shake, but next time. The decor inside was very nice to see. They had a small book cabinet tucked away to the left as you exited. Enough room inside or small seating are out front.

I hate to do this because I loved this place so much. I’m new to the area and found a place with great salads, or so I thought. I would order from here more than a handful of times a week. One day I went in and I saw one of the workers preparing a salad without changing out his gloves after handling meat (that wasn’t apart of the salad). I thought of contacting the supervisor to notify them of the issue but once I got home I forgot. A couple weeks following that incident (last night) I ordered the walnut salad. I have been a vegetarian my whole life, thus the walnut is the only one I loved to order. Well….as I’m finishing my salad I get a Smokey taste in my mouth and spat it out. My instincts told me it was meat, and it was, and to the bathroom I went. I am gravely disappointed. Food handling safety should be a Top Priority and changing your gloves after each order along with having two separate surfaces for salads and other food (meat) should fall under that Top Priority. I will NOT order from here again. It has now left a bad taste in my mouth, both figuratively and physically. Again, I’m gravely disappointed. *Update, same day: The managers contacted me and are finding ways to get to the bottom of this and I am satisfied with the solutions they’ve proposed. With that kindness and consideration, I have changed my ratings for this establishment. I hope their intentions prove positive and that incidents like this do not happen again.

The entire dining area was being used for an outside sales order. I understand the importance of catering sales but not at the expense of the customer that you already have in the restaurant. We had to eat in the car which was not ideal because the very few tables outside were already occupied.

we ordered it for delivery, the sandwich bread was awful it tasted old or not fully cooked, the italian came with zero veggies on it, the only thing that made it edible was the meat otherwise i would have thrown it away, we also were given the wrong deserts. i have heard great things about potbelly and decided to give it a try but never again… it was worse than subway in my opinion and thats saying a lot!

I have gone to this place twice trying to eat a sandwich because I was told it was a great place, however the first time I went in I was told I had to wait for an hour because they needed to get a catering out so nevertheless I left. Today I tried it again and was told I had to wait because they needed to get 10 sandwiches out so unfortunately I will not be eating there…. Horrible experience!!!!!

We go to potbelly often in SA, it was our first time at this location. Food was great as always and 2 of the 3 employees working were also great. However, Dave has the worst attitude. He was extremly rude. In the many times we've been to a Potbelly, I've never had an issue. Dave had an attitude from start to finish. Nonstop interrupting and just completely disrespectful. Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a restaurant.

No greeting, no friendliness, forgot ingredients so I had come back during only a 30 min lunch break. Team acts depressed and unhappy to service customers. If you can, just go to the I10 and Heubner location. They're great there!

I used to come in all the time but one of the employees is rude and dismissive. This guy has gotten worse every time I come in and Sunday was the last time I will be to this location. He disrespected my wife and was rude to me and my child the only reason I didn't cause a scene was because my wife got between me and this guy. If this guy doesn't like the public or his job he needs to go somewhere else before he says or does something to the wrong one.
