The staff here work hard and are in constant motion. It looks like they are short staffed, but everyone is trying their best to make up for that. Remember this and be patient. I appreciate their attention to cleanliness and attention to the customers. God bless this place and the staff! We got their Tuesday special (8 dark pieces for $10) and the Luxe box with street chalupas. Everything was delicious!

We had a quick lunch at KFC while traveling. The 10pc meal was a good deal, and the food tasted great. The restaurant features an interesting display of Taco Bells from the '60s to the '90s, adding a nostalgic touch. It’s a combo store because KFC, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut all under the Yum! Brands. It has a big open space with some large tables and is kid--friendly. Overall, a solid fast-food experience.
Upon arrival, we waited at the counter for several minutes. The elderly gentleman who waited on me was rude. We received the food quickly, however it dry and tasted like it had set out for a while. Roll and mashed potatoes were good.
Drive thru always makes you pull up or wait in the parking spots. They have 2 windows but dont use them for the purpose they exist. Whoever makes policies here sucks at their job. Take my money at window 1 and give me my food at window 2. This happens even if nobody is behind me or ordering.
Service is very poor. No one was at the counyer for 10mins and a queue of 5 ppl were waiting to be served. My to go order was incomplete. Instead of 10pcs I received 9 pieces. Jalepanos were missing and received only 2 buffalo sauce (which I didnt request). Staff was not well trained. Not visiting a 3nd time unless service is improved.
I came in for an order, saw a shift leader wiping things down, only to use the same gloves to put fries in a box.🤮No one had on a hair nets.
Placed an order over an hour early and it was not ready. It appears that the location is trying; however lacks enough excelling staff. Could tell one worker was working the cooking and one was managing the single worker. Both were trying as best they could.
Picked up for Uber Eats and it took a very long time to receive food. Order was wrong. Bathroom is disgusting.
Mobile order, showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Manager said they had to drop the chicken in the fryer. It would be another 16 minutes. Over 35 minutes later I was still standing there waiting. They still screwed up the order. The manager refused to assist with any compensation for their screw up. That man has zero business running anything. He lies to your face. I also watched, from 10 feet away as the manager had a conversation with another customer... about me! Corporate should shut them down!
Warning Stay away as far as possible Really bad location No service at all You will wait in average 30/40 minutes on your order even if there are no people in line Another example of dying empire !!! Slow service Store about to close I guess
Absolutely terrible. $19 for dried out chicken strips, rock hard biscuit and nasty tasting soda. They haven’t cleaned lines on their soda machine for months/years maybe? Lazy lazy work ethic, shows in the quality of the food.
I ordered nachos bell grande I got crumbs for chips I ordered 2 chalupa supreme, food looked old all this on my break wasn't gonna waste my time going back I won't be going back there ever Sorry I dont have a picture to post it, I was upset I trashed it
No Mashed potatoes. No pot pie. And he said appreciate it when we just left instead 💀
My wife and I ordered online with the app. The app said our order was ready when we showed up. We then went through the drive through and still had to wait thirty minutes for the order. The service representative was rude and not caring that we had to wait. It would have been easy to communicate what the delay in service was. Instead of being rude. The food itself was overly greasy and not fresh. I ordered 6 wings and received 5 with a random piece of something as the 6th wing. My wife ordered extra crispy and received a cold greasy meal. I would not recommend going to this establishment in the evening. Lack of supervision and quality control looks like the norm.
Was highly disappointed with my food today and service.I waited about 20 minutes and there was people besides me that had been waiting for half and hour and our food was not right.Chicken was old and could tell it had been sitting out for awhile.If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for better chicken or a refund.
Waited 15 minutes for the food and it looked and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. Got a 3 piece and was disgusting, breading was drenched in oil and the meat was dry. Asked for another 2 piece combo with just white meat and got a breast and a tiny wing. Gave all the food to the dogs. I will never come back to this location again. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location. Gross is an understatement. Went and got Popeyes instead for the family was not about to get my family sick from that pig slop.
Terrible drive thru… there were 4 cars when I pulled up to the drive thru. Took 30 mins to get from the ordering screen to the window. When I got my food it was terrible. Looks like they used oil from 5 years ago.. so bad I couldn’t eat it. And because the drive thru took up most of my lunch hour I didn’t have the option to go anywhere else. Terrible experience!
