Placed an order over an hour early and it was not ready. It appears that the location is trying; however lacks enough excelling staff. Could tell one worker was working the cooking and one was managing the single worker. Both were trying as best they could.

Picked up for Uber Eats and it took a very long time to receive food. Order was wrong. Bathroom is disgusting.

Mobile order, showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Manager said they had to drop the chicken in the fryer. It would be another 16 minutes. Over 35 minutes later I was still standing there waiting. They still screwed up the order. The manager refused to assist with any compensation for their screw up. That man has zero business running anything. He lies to your face. I also watched, from 10 feet away as the manager had a conversation with another customer... about me! Corporate should shut them down!

Absolutely terrible. $19 for dried out chicken strips, rock hard biscuit and nasty tasting soda. They haven’t cleaned lines on their soda machine for months/years maybe? Lazy lazy work ethic, shows in the quality of the food.

I ordered nachos bell grande I got crumbs for chips I ordered 2 chalupa supreme, food looked old all this on my break wasn't gonna waste my time going back I won't be going back there ever Sorry I dont have a picture to post it, I was upset I trashed it

My wife and I ordered online with the app. The app said our order was ready when we showed up. We then went through the drive through and still had to wait thirty minutes for the order. The service representative was rude and not caring that we had to wait. It would have been easy to communicate what the delay in service was. Instead of being rude. The food itself was overly greasy and not fresh. I ordered 6 wings and received 5 with a random piece of something as the 6th wing. My wife ordered extra crispy and received a cold greasy meal. I would not recommend going to this establishment in the evening. Lack of supervision and quality control looks like the norm.

Was highly disappointed with my food today and service.I waited about 20 minutes and there was people besides me that had been waiting for half and hour and our food was not right.Chicken was old and could tell it had been sitting out for awhile.If I wasn’t in a hurry I would have asked for better chicken or a refund.

Waited 15 minutes for the food and it looked and tasted like it was sitting under a heat lamp all day. Got a 3 piece and was disgusting, breading was drenched in oil and the meat was dry. Asked for another 2 piece combo with just white meat and got a breast and a tiny wing. Gave all the food to the dogs. I will never come back to this location again. Do yourself a favor and do not come to this location. Gross is an understatement. Went and got Popeyes instead for the family was not about to get my family sick from that pig slop.

Terrible drive thru… there were 4 cars when I pulled up to the drive thru. Took 30 mins to get from the ordering screen to the window. When I got my food it was terrible. Looks like they used oil from 5 years ago.. so bad I couldn’t eat it. And because the drive thru took up most of my lunch hour I didn’t have the option to go anywhere else. Terrible experience!
