Very friendly employees. They had a new staff person training who was struggling at the register and all of the other employees were very nice to her in helping her figure it out. Standard food and drink as you'd expect from Jamba juice, will be back.

I tried the new cold brew here and the employee asked me if I wanted whip cream on top I said yes and they did not put any. I was confused on why she asked me in the first place. I don't think I'll be coming back here for cold brew, the rest of the drinks are delicious

So i have a deadname ... There were 3 young girls working and of course one of them asks for my name for the order, and i say Rylan ... Because rylan is my name. For whatever reason when the order was done they decided that they didnt want to read out the name i gave them, so they shouted my deadname out instead !! Havent been so insulted in a VERY long time. Won't be very inclined to go here anymore.

We go to this jamba at least once a week. This is now the 3rd or 4th time I have paid for a medium and get this , not even full (look at picture). And it's like watery! Not happy concerning I pay like $8.

Waited 5 minutes to be greeted with 3 employees walking around in circles, fairly aimless. Then over-charged for the smoothie, $9.99 even though it's $9.49 on the menu board. Standard Scotts Valley service and price gouging. Never coming back.

Rude rude rude!!! Staff was extremely rude. Didn’t even blend my drink so I can’t even drink it, maybe when it’s melted in like an hour. It took a loooooong time for one smoothie and one carrot juice. They did not honor the Jamba Juice 10% off when you bring in your Jamba Juice cup. If you want fresh wheat grass juice, you need to go elsewhere, their machine is broken.

Do not like at all how this store is run I went in there yesterday and 5 people in line and two people wait plus all the workers and the two managers looking at something. When I asked about there capacity limit they said there was none. I am very worried about this with all the kids going in there now that their back in school. Where is the 6 feet apart?
