Just ate an Italian BMT footling with Italian Herbs and cheese bread. It was the best sandwich of my life. I go in there often and the staff is always friendly and they make a darn good sandwich. Thank you to the staff for making my workday brighter with a foot long sub.
My two favorite ladies are usually there opening shift Monday thur Friday . They are both very good with the customers,even during the lunch crowd rush. Friendly and most often are smiling while helping their customers, always a pleasant experience
A good place, clean, friendly folks, good sandwiches. I did a takeout for my wife and myself. The service was fast and there were many topping options. She got a chicken with ranch dressing and cheese, and I got a tuna fish. Mine was good and I heard no complaints from her.
love subway. I came here today to have one of their deals.A 6 inch cold cut combo with the sm drink n chips all for 7.99.I also got a chocolate hip chip cookie. Everything tastes good.The service was awesome

They prepare the sandwich order super fast, you can see the vegetables on the counter in order, everything is fresh and clean... Good bread and also the American cheese on toast just the way I like it, with its respective dressing... I recommend it 💯 😋👌
My first time at this Subway. Got an ad flyer in the mail with coupons so thought I'd check it out. I've eaten numerous times at Subways in Canada but not in the US near my home here. I like the opportunity to put together a healthy sandwich. This Subway isn't as good as my favorite one in Calgary. I told them everything as usual, but the footlongs I've gotten in Calgary wind up being much thicker. If I weren't able to make that comparison, my impression would likely be slightly better. Am going to compare Safeway's deli next time I go for groceries nearby. I definitely like the Subway concept and will go back. In light of recent controversies, I measured the footlongs when I got home, and they are a full 12.5" in length. Also weigh about 21 oz.

The Franchisee owner needs a class in customer service. On Thursday Lunch, doesn't make sense to have 1 employee. The line was huge, because there is only 1 person working in the whole store!!!! The employee was working as hard as she can, but this operation needs at least 3 people for lunch time. Frankly poor operation at management level, and Franchisor need to look into re auditing their operations.
I haven't been to a Subway in years because they generally are gross. This was one also gross and they dont even have napkins out. You have to go stand and wait for someone just to get more napkins. The fountain was all messed up as well. I couldn't even go wash my hands because the bathroom needs a key and there was just one employee trying to make the sandwiches and check people out.
Total disaster ! Could not even get the extra onions I wanted. Couldn't believe the maker of the sandwich said argued about my request. Bottom of the food chain places. Also the were RUDE and very much making like it was an inconvenience to my veggie and topping selections. Not just on one visit, since I live near there. So now I go the extra mile (Santa Cruz) for better service and no attitude involved on a simple sandwich. Bottom Line!
Male employee was really rude. Maybe he could hear my order if he'd take the earbud out his ear.
they need to hire bilingual people. i had written down what i needed...in the comments on what u would like on said sandwich, i wrote that i would relay what i wanted to my sandwich....when i tried to explain she would ignore what i was telling her & kept on reading. ¯\(°_o)/¯ & here's a pic......1 more thing....SHEEEEEEE'S RUDE! 😠😡😤 will NOT put her name out 🤐
Does not practice proper food safety. Asked sandwich artist this morning to change gloves after he just touched cash with another customer. Did not do that and piled on my veggies. Maybe I won’t get sick but this is common sense food safety practice. The least one can do as we are still in the social distancing era.
I ordered the Sweet teriyaki bowl. I did not see many onions and there was not enough sauce. Plus all it was was was chicken with pickles, tomato and olives. They just threw sandwich stuff in a bowl. Not impressed.
This place has gone downhill Used to be better, The employee was on a phone call on speaker the whole time, the meat was not even visible on the bread once the cheese was melted and I thought she was giving me a vegi sandwich , She kept walking back to her speaker phone conversation and when I ordered a second sandwich …she proclaimed I did not tell her that in the first place (there was no one else in the shop) This place was so bad yesterday I will not ever go back Bad service, bad skimpy food , yet 2 sandwiches over $28 Not ever worth it , Bad bad
I would advise avoiding this Subway location. On my last visit, my prepaid order had been given away to someone else. When I tried to resolve this, the staff was disrespectful and unhelpful, even after I showed my receipt. They eventually remade my order, but it was incorrect. This is the second time I've had a significant problem with service and order accuracy at this store, which points to a pattern of poor management.
This is ridiculous. I got a very simple footlong sandwich but because it’s not exactly what’s on the menu it was 16$. I get this sandwich at other subways and it is 11$ every time with more meat on the sandwich. So much so I can’t finish it. This one was all bread. Absolutely will never come here again and was very tempted to walk out when I saw the price. They are lucky I am hungry and out of time. Seriously awful experience.
I have never seen such attitude from an employee in my life. I asked her name she muttered something then clearly said I’m the manager. She was slamming things around after politely asking her to fix something. Also I didn’t order salt n pepper. It’s salty enough bleach so much pepper inedible too. Horrible is understatement. This manager has toddler aggression. I’m pretty tolerant too.
I am sick and didn't want to spread it so I ordered curbside. It was 85 degrees and I don't have air conditioning so I made sure to get there exactly when I was supposed to. There was no one inside so I assumed it would be fast but then someone went in and got a sandwich, and another person. I tried calling after they left and no one answered, so I sat in my hot car and kept calling an empty store. I literally ended up flagging someone down and asking them to tell the person inside. I could have gone in and risked infecting someone, but I'll just avoid this Subway from now on. When I finally got my sandwich I was told they were busy, and he walked away when I complained and just ignored me.

This store stopped honoring the online discounts, I personally won’t be going here anymore. $9 for a turkey sandwich with almost nothing on it for my daughter is crazy

Ordered through doordash and the amount of Mayo and mustard on the sandwiches is VILE and inedible. This photo was taken AFTER desperately wiping off as much as I could with napkins. To no avail. This sub went straight into the trash.
