General manager Robert Luna was awesome, great customer service from him and staff. Definetly would return and eat here again. Food was fresh and hot. Highly recommended.

I had a breakfast burrito it was eggs cheese and sausage with potatoes and hot coffee. It was very delicious.

Ima give this place a five star rating every time. This is the best Wendy's in the central valley for reals. Selma Wendy's if you want good food for a good price come here. Long line (good business), but got in and out reasonably. Got a medium drink, they made it a large. And the oreo brownie batter frosty. there was something intimate that happened tonight. Between me and my frosty, it was... spiritual... organic, fiery. it was loaded in oreo crumble on top, but coated on all perimeters was the most buttery, grainy, let me tell you, thick brownie batter that carried me somewhere only a lover should.

Great customer service from Mario. I really loved he handed my kids their drinks and food making them feel special. A lot of other places don't acknowledge the children. I ordered 2 kids meals with food freshly made. They made 2 kids very happy. I placed the order for a drive to Fresno with my 4 year old nephew and son and they were very distracted eating their food making my drive peaceful. Highly recommending and I will definitely be stopping by soon.

Sure, they were packed non stop. And they handle it just fine. I decided to go inside and it was clean quiet and also a bit backed up. But it was cool and comfortable, temperature was good. No need to sit in car in drive thru with air on waisting gas. It took maybe 10-12 minutes wait. Food was hot and great. Everything over all I was very satisfying. Thank you Windy's

August 2020 I love visiting this Wendy's when my Mom & I travel out of town weekly for her Dr. appointments. We both purchase the same thing every time we visit (sometimes adding an extra side such as their hearty Chile beans). We always order the Spicey Asiago Ranch Chicken Club with a large order of fries & an Ice Tea. This sandwich is Spicey & smothered with Ranch sauce & we just love the taste of the whole sandwich which is soooo satisfying & NOT boring it is delicious! I give this sandwich a 5 star rating it's BOMB! Very good experience every time even with the friendly staff.

The food is good, but certain things on there menu is to pricey I understand inflation but seriously, the prices is the same reason we don't go to some of the other fast food joints, they increase prices and give you less, rediculous

The staff is always nice and happy but they take long to give you your order. That's why I only go every now and then.

They added more options to their 4 for $4 meal. Still includes fries, drink, and 4 piece nuggets but have a bigger selection to choose from choice of burger.

Well, it's just fast food. But the order was easy and the product was produced promptly. Obviously we use the drive-thru.

Wendy's is a pretty good fast food restaurant. I love their Bacon Cheeseburgers, Chocolate Frostys, and Chocolate Frosticcinos. Their frostys are always a great little treat for kids. My mom used to buy frostys for my brother and myself on our way home from Fresno many weekends when we were kids and we always loved it!

I'll always enjoy Wendy's! It's a little outdated. But the staff is nice, the bathrooms are clean and are huge! It could definitely use a remodel, but other than that, I'm super happy with the overall experience. The foods a classic meal that I'll never get tired of ;)

Update manager contacted me and she did make things right and for that I will give them stars thank you Attention manager on sunday at 1pm you go to order a kids meal and ask specifically do you have the kids halloween toys and at the drive thru speaker and the guy tells you yes and then you get the order without any toy not even a different toy how do you think a child that is excited and does not get her toy and we are home now with a child getting her empty bag. I understand why so many people hate this wendys its sad because all we ordered was the kids meal and their should be no confusion with the order but yet. My child was so upset and hurt. If you do not have the toys then say that but do not lie to make a sell so disappointed i also called several times and left a message but nobody answers the phone nor a phone call back

I love Wendy's chili beans 😋 I ordered a large chili on my way out of town and it was BARELY warm 😩 if I were going home, I could have at least microwaved it.

Burger was cold. Need a better way to take orders. Slow. Hard to get a refill on drinks if order line is long. Needs self fill drink fountain.

Line was short and it still took forever. And its not like everyone in front of me had a lot of food they ordered. 1 bag each and a pop?

Just to be clear the Employees do a good job, but they know little about their product. "What's the difference between 2 bacon burgers", and other than condiments, they didn't know. I attribute that to management. That and the cost is really quite a shock. $33, for 2 regular meals and 2 small Frosties, seems like a lot to me.

Food is fine but they are never open late the drive thru says 1am and they are closed before 1230 every night I went at 1220 and they were inside but would not serve me they had shut everything off.

So it was my fault we stopped here saying that they got my girlfriend's spicy chicken sandwich wrong 3 times!!! First the sandwich was cold, second they gave here a hamburger, third time the gave just a regular chicken sandwich not a spicy we gave up she didn't even touched it. They gave me a free frosty after the second one and she was very sorry. But the third time I didnt say anything just left.

There used to be a girl named Sierra working here and she was always so nice and made sure my order was correct. Now it's just a regular fast food place. Semi rude.

Went through the drive thru and waited there for about 15 minutes. Not the first time I have waiting this long at this Wendy's. Food is good, but the wait is not worth it, especially if your on a 30 minute lunch break.

A promotion ended, but the sign was still up, and it was a chore and a waste of time to take care of being over-charged.

The food here is okay, not the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I would say this location is on the lower end of the spectrum. Having been here a few times they've only gotten my order right once and the fries are usually way overly salted. I don't know why but it seems like this Wendy's and the one in Hanford always over salt their fries. It's just way too much salt, almost like licking a salt block which I don't recommend at all. Maybe they are trying to hide the fact that the fries are old by salting it more, I don't know but all I can say is I don't really like the fries here. I don't really recommend this place but I've only stopped by as I was traveling to visit my folks in the area. I recommend going somewhere else for a quick bite.

Service was ok. Unfortunately a new kid with out a headset was trying to do the drive thru not knowing what he was doing and did not return my debit card. I called to ask and received nothing but a busy signal 6 separate times. I'm thinking the owners should check on their investment. Good luck.

Was the first one in line and just ordered the biggie bag, hoping it would be quick. Took them near 15 minutes to make it, the fries were soggie, and the Burger lacked taste. Only thing that saved it from a 1 star was the chicken nuggets it came with were good. The lady at the window even talked slow, and was hard to understand.

Second time visiting this Wendy's. Ordered a jalapeno bacon burger. Just for the burger it's almost 7 dollars. Got home and had a small cheeseburger with a couple pieces of bacon. They asked us to park because they were going to "give us fresh chicken"..parked and waited a few, husband ended up going inside and asking about our drive through order and they were like "huh what drive through order?" Can i give this a minus 5 stars. Me and my son got sick after eating there today. I had a grilled "wrap" which was just a tortilla with a few pieces of lettuce, too much cheese and some chicken. He had the mozzarella burger, which I took a bite of since I couldn't bear to finish the wrap. Needless to say we're not going back. I'm still very sick.

I should have fled the scene when the drive-thru person twice corrected me stating that they did not have unsweetened tea, only unsweet tea. This location often gets it wrong, but at least they are usually nice about it. Today they got it completely wrong and were not nice about it. Not only that, but even speaking slowly and clearly to the drive-thru person did not result in my getting anything but bewildered looks. I finally quit trying and just drove off after being in line for more than twenty minutes with just one car in front of me.

We recently went to Wendy's, we purchased 2 Dave's Single's and a small order of fries. To my surprise the total was almost $20! I told the employee at the window was there a mistake?, he replied those are the prices. The hamburgers were not that good, I will never go to Wendy's again due to the high prices. Made me wait five minutes, i was the only walk in, to get my order taken. 4 people working drive through. Then five more to get my order. And three more to get my drink they forgot to give me... as I watched about ten cars go through the drive up.

Customer service is not great. However, what do you expect from a fast food place? I enjoy a good chicken sandwich and my patty was very dry and hard. Seemed it was overcooked or just old. Seems that the employees don't care they are rude. I also watched as they handled food without gloves.

I visited week ending Saturday 06-22-24 for a drive through $5 meal deal and was told they were out. I left and doubt I will be back anytime soon. Wendy’s used to be good way back in the days. Perhaps that $20 per hour for employees has made service and availability worse.

Giving up on this location. We've tried coming here at least twice a year since they reopened here in town. Every single time something is really bad. The food is either severely undercooked, items are missing, or we're stuck waiting 30+ minutes for cold food. Not to mention the apathy we are met with when trying to rectify the situation. I know places are going to have bad days but something service related causes a really bad experience every single time we come here so we are throwing in the towel on this location.
