Food may be only so-so, but it is consistent, and the service is first rate: you ask for it, you got it. No attitude, just a smile and a thank you. That's well worth going back for again and again.

One of the most highly rated Jack's I've seen and I know why... The customer service. Got greeted by Ruby and she was patient and had a nice tone to her voice. I got the chicken teriyaki bowl and they didn't skimp out on any chicken, brocolli or carrots! If you want Jack, visit this one.

I'm NOT a big fan of fast food. But once in a while I like to treat myself. I decided to get the tacos( I think are AMAZING) a GREAT DEAL (2 for 1) the food was FRESH and TASTY.

The milkshakes are the best around. Oreo is top shelf. Get it mixed with chocolate and ur in heaven! Large size is the way to go also . It's real ice cream and compared to a lot of places it's the best around. Better than in and out shakes definitely and if ur looking for big then jacks is for sure the biggest

I love having fast breakfast here any sandwich of the breakfast menu is good! The churros are so good too good! Jack please bring back the chicken strips from the 90s!! I remember they were so delicious they were breaded with darker bread crumbs meat was white and didn’t have weird tendons. These strips aren’t as good just being honest come on jack bring back chicken tenders I think they was called not the nuggets the longer strips and with ranch!! We used to buy these with my brothers and sisters right after church I must have been 13 to 16 good times!! Does any one else remember the chicken strips I’m remembering even the smell was so good! I couldn’t wait to go through jack after church that’s why I always went to church lol Please jack?lol

On a global scale of 1 -10 all fast food is like 2 or 4 , but that isn't where 99% of humanity goes to eat. The food was tasty. Tasty is better than a 2 on the global scale of distinction. When food is the right temperature and is tasty it also fills me up. That's a job well done and everyone knows Jack in the box aims to get you in at least once a month and you can afford it.

Food very fresh and nice. Grilled chicken sandwich had fantastic crisp lettuce and two slices of ripe tomato. As nice as a sitdown place would do for half the price.

I just love their food. Especially the buttery hamburger. Only I don't like the environment too much, because of people talking loud and talking a lot, kids screaming, and really can't enjoy a nice and quiet spot to eat my burger.

I had a nice early evening Jumbo Jack w/ curly fries. The location was clean and had only one patron eating inside. The place was so quite, you could hear yourself breathe.

Much better than the first time I went 2 weeks ago. This time I just did the Ultimate Cheese Burger(seems smaller than what they used to be), but perfect amount of ketchup was put on the burger as they assembled it. So I didn't have to add 2packs like I usually do. And the girl at the counter was VERY NICE!!!

Went through the drive-thru. The staff wasn't too nice. Think she was having a bad day. I've worked in fast food, so I get it and hope whatever is going on gets better. Long story short, food was good. But, they gave me the wrong drink and then my friend told them as much. The girl replaced it with another incorrect drink. Bummer.

They forgot my fries and almost forgot my drink too. Although, they were able to hook me up. I ordered the Roost fries and asked if I could substitute the normal fries for curly fries and they did! I'm happy about that.

I prefer this Jack in the Box location because the drive-thru is easier to access and the line seems to move a little faster. I'm taking one star off though because of the way they make the meat lovers breakfast burrito. For some reason they make it flatter then the other location I go to and don't distribute the meat and eggs and cheese so that you're getting everything in each and every bite. Other than that the employees are always professional and friendly.

The service is fast, sanitary and the food is good. On occasion they're systems will go down and they'll be unable to serve customers for about 20 minutes but this only happens deep in the night as far as I can tell. No complaints other than that.

Wait wasn't that bad; wait was less than 5 minutes Food: was ok, as expected Cost: not too bad, used coupons; $12 for 2 Ultimate Cheeseburger combos and an Oreo milkshake

This location overcooks or burns almost anything I've ever ordered. I've been here breakfast, lunch & dinner many times but stopped because I don't like burnt egg rolls & super hard taco shells. Their iced tea is great! A lot of shady people hang out at this place making it uncomfortable to go inside so use the drive-thru.

Worst location I've experienced, first they said there wasn't any deals for breakfast then I got the 2 for $6 Grande Sausage Burritos on the app and went back through the drive-thru. After receiving my burritos, he told me the one with the green sticker was only tomato so my brother ate my burrito that had jalapeno in it. On top of not getting my jalapeno that I paid extra for, the burrito was falling apart and dripping grease the whole time I was eating it. I do have something to compare to because I got the same deal 4 days ago in Northridge and it was much better.

This place always got some shenanigans going on. Restrooms where closed again . & When open they never have toiletries . Seems like they never clean it. The only reason I keep coming back is because the Oreo shakes hhmmmmm ,,😋

First of theyre menu pricing higher that other jack in the box branch. As an example grande sausge burrito here is aroun 3.80ish+tax .. whereas in Santa Monica sepulveda is. only 3.40ish.+tax so when you add it all up it matters esp. if ur getting a combo Second. I ordered through drive thru they charge you additional for side on the brunch fast menu. It said specifically on the platform Make it a combo: choose 1 side dish and 1 drink. So i asked not to get any side only a drink instead. they charge me for the whole combo price. Today i ordered here in Santa Monica Sepulveda and I was charge combo price with side and drink, now im satisfied! Third, i called them to point out my issue they have me on hold pass around keep saying "hello? hold on for a moment" 4 times... I dont know if the employees there are not oriented properly or they just let it be.

They got my order wrong after confirming it at the menu. Then got an attitude and told me to pull around to the door where nobody ever came to give me the rest of my food or charge the difference. I had to go back through the line and get a refund. It was just attitude with the Spanish speaking lady probably overwhelmed and a little confused but she didn't have to treat me that way.

I went to this Jack in the box and ordered a combo and I forgot to ask for Curley fries, (they usually ask the customer) so I noticed I got regular fries in my bag, so I ask politely if they can swap them for Curley fries and he did , his name is Luis , so when I got home and started eating half way through my Curley fries there was regular fries the rest of the way , not cool! So I went there again a week later to grab some food and Luis helped me again, so I told about what he did and he gave me old soggy fries and my sandwich looked like it was sat on, Luis should be ashamed of himself for the way they handle food ,that Jack in the box could be shut down because of that guy, do something about Luis he's there Monday night , I was there today at 9:30

The manager Luis has poor customer service. I purchased a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and instead of nacho cheese they put some white sauce. I then drove back to ask what happened to the nacho cheese??? Luis opened the sandwich and started poking around at it and telling me "this is the cheese!!!" He must have thought I didn't know the difference between nacho cheese and the white sauce it had. Then a lady came out from behind where they prepare the food and said that they had run out of nacho cheese and that they were heating some up. After all that was said Luis walked away and I had to tell him he was wrong in the way he took the sandwich and was poking all over it with his fingers like I was some fool and didn't know what nacho cheese was. He insisted that it was mixed in with the jalapeños. Come to find out, they didn't put any because the didn't have nacho cheese ready ( this is what the lady preparing the sandwiches said) Long story short, I returned the food because my appetite was lost after this whole deal with Luis's poor and unprofessional customer service!

I recently ordered the Berry Purple Saze Redbull Infusion, anticipating an invigorating experience. Regrettably, it lacked the essential Redbull energy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I went into this location specifically for a deal that was listed under EVERYDAY DEALS in their app. It DID NOT say IN APP EXCLUSIVE like other items listed but the employee and manager refused to honor the deal because there was no code for the promo even after I showed them that it doesn't say it's only available in app. Since the food is WAY OVERPRICED I won't be eating here ever again. It's not worth my money if they REFUSE to honor their advertised price!! Their greedy company is trying to charge double the price I should rightfully pay!!!!

Staff is consistently rude when I pick up an order inside the store. I stood in the store for 5 minuses waiting to pick up food and the manager and staff ignored me. I waited ten minutes and the other worker told me I was supposed to line up in the drive thru again (which is absolutely ridiculous. So he tried gaslight me into thinking I was in the wrong. She CLEARLY stated to wait in the lot and not line back up in the drive thru.

Workers in the front were kind and polite. However, I got a burger with a rock-hard stale bun, and my wife’s food had an off flavor to it, sadly a few hours after eating she got very, very sick. She hadn’t had anything but that food to eat, so I’m going to guess she got sick from that. If you can put a burger together with a stale bun, I imagine you are the type of person that won’t pay attention to sanitary food practices either. Eat at your own risk.
