Everytime we do end up ordering pizza we choose little cesars in town. The employees are always happy and get your order right. I believe there was only one time they didn't and were happy to fix my order. WHEN you walk in they greet you with a smile and ready to take your order. Always busy though but fast service.

Clean, the food is made as if they're going to eat it themselves. Also, they don't support Isreal which is probably one of the main reasons I buy food there. Paula has great customer service skills. Thanks Paula!

If your order is complicated it can take a while and they will give ready pizzas to customers in front of you so you have to wait longer. But they have done really well if you order ahead for big orders like ten or more pepperoni pizzas. They will have it ready early or pretty fast. Other items on the menu can be pretty good. Solid pizza option in town. No interior dining. They have a drive through window for preorder pickups. I'd recommend ordering ahead by phone or app. I've gone here for over five years now.

It was ok. I forgot that I don't like Little Ceasar's red sauce. So, it was edible but not memorable.

The reason why I gave Little Caesars 2 stars is because one of the rude staff members who work there. About an hour ago we went and bought 5 pizzas. My boyfriend went inside to wait for them and he was watching the guy with a long chain around his neck make the pizza. He tells my boyfriend "do you got a problem" and my boyfriend said no and tells the other worker "is that how you guys talk to your customers?" And the other worker just said "sorry about that". I work in fast food and I know how stressful it can get and I would never talk to a customer like that. Seems to me the management there needs to hire adults who are more maturer and know how to be respectful with customers and know how to deal with the stress it comes with working at a fast food place.

My order was a Large pizza extra cheese, extra pepperoni light sauce. There was NO sauce on my pizza and it’s annoying because my kids are really picky. There is that and I also found PLASTIC in my pizza. I expect this because little Caesar always messes up with my pizza! I like the pizza but this is really annoying.

Ordered online waited till the sent the email to go pick it up when I get there they inform me that my order is still in the oven 🙃

I had the very worst experience here this day and being a gig worker. The employee was very rude to me and I understand that they were very busy. But to have a pizza thrown at me without a care is very disgusting. This gonna be last time to deliver for this place.

Waited 30+ mins to get my pizza then found out it was never put into the oven. After expressing my anger and frustration, instead of the old restaurant etiquette of "customer is always right", I was told to get the F out of the store by the manager.

I just left this location with my money in my hand, 20 minutes after taking my money and my order for a thin crust they decided to inform me that they didn't actually have any thin crust and would I like a regular crust? only be a few more minutes wait! FU Google for not letting me post this without giving at least 1 star

Pizza is okay I have had better it’s a hit or miss at the Shafter location. I hate that they put bell pepper to mark their extra cheese pizzas it ruins the pizza gives it awhile different taste.

I just went to get a hot and ready at the drive thru and I’m just disappointed I had to wait 15 mins and then when I got home to eat my pizza the dough was raw had to fully cook it in my air fryer such and inconvenience!

My son and brother were trying to enjoy a pizza from this location and found pieces of plastic between the sauce and the pizza. Not cool kids eat here all the time! employees need to be more careful!

They get worse everytime I go. The drive thru is always pack. Customer service is worse. The employees don't know what they are doing most of the time. The kids like the pizza that is why I go back.

Bad service, they gave our order away, it took an hour to get my food even though it said in the app that it was ready, service was slow even though there was a lot of staff on hand, other customers were waiting for a long time too.

Paula E. Did not say a single word at the drive through. She just had a blank stare on her face waiting for us to order. No customer service what so ever. Even when she handed us our order she didn't say a word.

Went down two stars, the service is very slow even though you order ahead 20 mins. Have to wait another 10+ for your order under the heat lamp. Cheese pizza is still very oily, leaks everywhere. Worst little Caesars anywhere in California and the manager and staff don't care. My last review was 3 stars and poor, but no one cared. Long wait time after ordering: the whole staff is in back just laughing and talking. Shafter California has the worst fastfood service. I lived up and down Cali, Oregon and Nevada doing reviews.

I stood there like 5 minutes without being acknowledged when I arrived. I had to wait about 20 more minutes before I got my pizzas. One of the pizzas was fresh. The pepperoni extra most bestest was not. It seems to me like all these kids working here don't know a thing about customer service or quality. Do better!

Called in to order a custom Italian cheese bread & got told they couldn't do it. I was willing to pay for the extra topping fee & the Manager Carrie said there was absolutely no way she could do that. Go figure talk about 0% customer satisfaction. Not the 100% they love to advertise. Since when is it IMPOSSIBLE to add a topping on an Italian cheese bread, she simply didn't want to do it.
