Restaurant was packed, went in expecting a wait. Manager Brian can to the front seated me apologized for waitress being slammed and took my order. Lila my waitress was such a pro, she never looked frantic and was very attentive to all of her tables and keep a smile on her face the whole time. That is why this Olive Garden got 5 stars for all 3. I will go back and just told all my friends.

Lisa was the perfect server tonight! She made sure to check back on us and kept us supplied with soup and bread sticks and ice cold tea. The chicken gnocchi soup was perfect. Chicken and shrimp carbonara was a real treat for my husband.

This restaurant has good food and a great staff. The young man who runs the front goes above and beyond. Wait staff is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Olive Garden. Try the mushroom ravioli, delicious! For dessert try the Chocolate Brownie Lasagne, plenty for 2, with some great coffee. You won't be disappointed. So good!

My husband I go out to eat once a week, we choose Olive Garden most of the time, because I love the food and we get the best service! Brian is the absolute best server in Sherman. He makes the whole experience wonderful. He spaces out our food - gives us time to eat our appetizer then salad, and then bring the entree! He is very attentive …I drink a lot of water and never have an empty glass. We ask for him every time and wait if his section is full (it usually is) but he is worth the wait! The food is delicious they clearly make it fresh daily. I love that it’s a tiny bit different every time. The manager is very nice and stops by our table every visit to make sure we are all good. We love this particular Olive Garden over every other one we have ever been to! I really can’t say enough good stuff about it. I am picky about my food so I modify everything. As a previous server I know this can be a little annoying especially when they get busy. I am picky about how much sauce I get on my fettuccine noodles so I ask for it on the side. We always get plenty and they never make me feel weird about how I order. The hosts and waitstaff are all extremely nice and It’s always clean. Even the rest rooms at busy times.

Our waitress was sweet, helpful and outgoing. Even though our order may have seen miserly - she gave top notch service with no knowledge that I would tip well. Food was typical Olive Garden fare which you like or not. We like it and got a reasonably priced dinner with fast superior service on a very busy weeknight.

Olive Garden helped me keep a tradition going. My brother used to take us to Olive Garden for Mother's Day every year. He passed away a year ago and my dad isn't able to go out anymore. This Mother's Day I ordered Olive Garden to go, and took it to them. The food was great, the curbside service was excellent and it took very little effort on my part to keep the tradition alive. The prices were good too. We fed 6 people for under $100, with plenty of leftovers. Thank you for making this so easy and affordable.

Our server was attentive even though she was busy. The food was plentiful and good. My friend got chicken parm and said it was very good. I got angel hair pasta with shrimp and mushroom sauce. After eating salad and a breadstick, I couldn’t eat much, but it was good. I think it would have been better with Alfredo, but I don’t think that was an option. People can say what they want but Olive Garden always hits the spot. Even if you just get soup/salad/breadsticks, amazing quality for the price and as much as you can eat. When I do order an entree, I rarely eat more than 1/4 of it which makes for really great leftovers. Waiters/waitresses rock!

The waiter, Mari, did such a fantastic job serving us and is an invaluable member if staff in my opinion. If I could have them as a waiter everywhere I go, I would do so in a heartbeat. The food was brought out nice and hot at record speed, they didn't ask too often if we needed anything but also didn't ignore us. Stopped here for lunch while on road trip! Great service, friendly staff! Provided a separate menu for kids with an activity sheet and crayons to keep my baby enjoying and busy. Helped with dessert selection! Was celebrating my baby's first bday and had informed at checkin, however, there was nothing special or complimentary included by the restaurant (probably not their culture). She made sure we had everything we could possibly need. All of our food was great and exactly what we were craving. This was my children's first time eating here and they absolutely loved it all. Eat it while it's fresh and hot and you won't see the ridiculous amounts of oil in these dishes.

Took the family to dinner here for my daughter's birthday. Was very disappointed with the way the service is because it's nothing like it used to be. The food was extremely greasy. The waitress made us feel like she was trying to rush us out even though we were maybe the fourth table she had. She did not come around very often to check on us. She had noticed that it was my daughter's birthday because she was wearing a tiara that said it big enough for her to understand she wanted to come and have something special done for her at her favorite restaurant and we got nothing. My tabs are always over $100 and I still leave a generous tip for my wait staff . This made me mad and put a really bad taste in my mouth about this place.

2/15/2026 around noon. I understand we went at a busy time so given that the time to get out food was rather quick! It was extremely loud in there. Seemed much louder than in the past! The music was blaring and i guess people were trying to talk over it! To add to that our server (a young guy) was very soft spoken! We both ordered to spaghetti with meatballs. We pointed to the Lighter portion (13.99) and nothing was said about it till we get to the bill and when i saw it was $17.98 i brought it to his attention. He simply says that is not a lunch portion but i will get the manager for you! She comes over and just says who has a problem ... just didnt seem like a very concerned or professional way to handle the problem! I said both of us and explained it to her. She did take care of the problem though! The server was less than attentive and we had to ask for to go boxes and cups multiple times! The chicken gnocchi soup was great as always. The spaghetti was good but i am not a fan of the meatballs! Overall this was not a very good experience especially considering the price (even at the discounted price)

After moving to Sherman 3 months ago, I was excited to try the local Olive Garden. I've been to several different ones over the years, and this one was certainly... one of them. Not horrible, but not good either. Server delivered the wrong order (totally not ours) and then realized he never entered ours. We heard him put a rush on ours once he entered it. OK - Mistakes happen. My wife couldn't eat the chicken in her chicken Alfredo because it was full of gristle. My Tour of Italy was OK, but small portions. Breadsticks - once the pride of Olive Garden - weren't as favorable as I remember. Overall, we were pretty underwhelmed. I really wanted to like it, but I can't recommend.

Went in with a gift card code from my credit card as a reward, a method that I've used at another Olive Garden with no problems. However, through apathy or ignorance, management didn't feel like helping me use it. They already had my money from the gift card, but was set on me paying again. Normally I would give this place 5 stars; however, the service last night was horrible. The time before last night the heat was out in 1 section and cold air blew on us the entire meal. Last night I requested a table where the heat was working or not under a vent and the hostess acted like she didn’t understand the request, a server had to explain it to her again with attitude. The server was downright rude, never came back to check on us throughout the meal, and acted like it was a problem we showed up 2 hours prior to closing. The breadsticks were hard and when we let somebody know we were informed no more breadsticks will be made since they were closing. We only got 1 bowl of the unlimited sauce despite requesting more multiple times. When the check came with my to go box, he refilled our drinks and then we didn’t see him again. This is the absolute worst service I have ever had at this location! We miss Randy White, when he was there the service was so much better!

Went to Olive Garden for Veterans Day and I've been sick since getting home from dinner. Ive been throwing up over the past couple hours now, I had the chicken parmesan. I thought it was very watery, chicken isnt supposed to be watery, I mean like WAY beyond moist, like you could ring it out. I thought this was a quality restaurant, its just another Applebee's microwaving sculpted crap calling it food....

I think Olive garden has literally went to the dogs. My family and I just attempted to have a nice dinner for my husband birthday. The staff that is working today was down right rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty food all over the floor. We sat there waiting to be seated as I tried to explain we would be having a large party. The young lady that seated us initially was rude from the start.The story is much too long for this review. If you can't be professional I can take my money somewhere else!!

The Hostess was awesome and helpful, but that's all the good that can be said about my visit. 20 minutes (verified by phone call I made when we got sat) to wait for a server who kept glancing over and avoiding our table. Never were we greeted by her or another server until we were walking out. Then when she came to the table as we were leaving she said " I was checking food in the back." Though she was checking her phone in the serving station 5 minutes prior. No apologies, no "let me make this right" just a scoff and a "fine". We sent the host to look for her and she couldn't find her. Server training here needs to mirror the Host training because at least she apologized. TL:DR : Amazing Hosts, Terrible Server

The first time, I did get so disappointed,cold soup, and no salad due to the snowing server shortage ,I understand, but why do they serve cold food .. Just left everything on the table and left. Manager was so nice and helpful.
