My sub was forgotten and by the time I got back to get it, the sub was cold. The cauliflower i got was cold by the time I got back to eat it. And wasn't able to eat with my family. My bill was almost $80 for 2 subs, personal cheese pizza, cauliflower and pizza logs.

We ordered at 9:30 tonight. 12 wings and an assorted sub. Picked it up before 10 and drove back to gowanda. Wings were good but no blue cheese. Sub had one slice of bologna, one slice of ham, one Slice of cheese. No lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers,mayo or oil. Pretty damn dry. Tried to call but they were already closed. Big disappointment. Will not go back again.

I called to order food and the person on the phone was so rude. Telling me that what I was ordering wasn't what I asked for then because I asked they put cheese on it and fine thats an extra 3 whatever... which i was fine with. If the food wasn't good and convenient I would definitely go somewhere else for lunch

The man at the counter was rude and tried to rush me. When I was done ordering he turned and walked away which was odd because he never asked for a name for my order. When my order was done it was wrong. I ordered a pizza/wing special and was supposed to get cheese pepperoni pizza and I paid extra for mushrooms. I even asked when ordering if pepperoni came with the pizza. What I actually got was a mushroom pizza. They had to remake the pizza and my wings were cold by the time the pizza was done. First and last time ordering from this place.

4 workers, 2 busily working the pizza grill one manning the cash register and another stocking. We're the only ones ordering at counter. Placed order and the guy then goes to chat with the stocking guy for 5 minutes, more people come in, pick up their orders and leave and we're still sitting and waiting. My husband ordered a slice of pizza so he asks if he can have that and our drink while we wait. So the order taker gets those and then says your sub will be ready shortly then HE goes to make it. Omw!! Why not immediately?!?

I ordered a half turkey sub online with lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil. Just had my sub delivered and it doesn’t have any lettuce whatsoever. I double checked the order receipt and it in fact includes lettuce. Guys…it’s a freaking sub. How can you mess up a sub? I would absolutely bring this sub in and complain but I’m home recovering from a procedure. Unfortunately, this is not the first time our orders have been messed up so I will not be ordering from Ellie’s anymore.

So since you decided to replace a human with AI to answer the phone I will no longer be placing an order with you again. You’re helping AI take jobs from actual humans. Then I tried to order online but you wouldn’t let me choose cash on delivery or pick up so you’re forcing me to use a card and charging me an up charge for using it too. You also don’t allow me to choose debit card so I don’t have to pay the up charge you have for processing the payment and yes I understand why you have the up charge but I also know that if the card is ran as debit then you can’t charge the up charge since it’s not a credit card. Nevertheless I will no longer be purchasing anything from you until you get rid of the AI answering system

As a small business owner I dont usually do this. I was unpleased with the way I was treated over the phone while ordering. Person named Joe answering the phone needs a lesson in etiquette. I felt disrespected more than welcome for ordering and supporting a small business. Thank you and you're welcome go a very long way in the food service industry.

Ordered a wrap and some fries and a couple other things for pick up. I picked it up and no wrap. I called. They said I could come back and pick it up. When I came back they did not offer to compensate me for the problem. Just stating things happen. I will not go back. They could have delivered it. They could have compensated me with a piece of pie. But only said things happen.

Have always gotten pizza here. As time has passed, the prices have only increased and the quality has decreased. It would be great if there was a general manager here who actually liked their job. I have been friends with a bunch of past employees. This place lacks leadership. Update: Will never eat here again, got food poisoning today from their food.

Got 3 subs. 2 with no onion and one with extra onion. Got charged a dollar for the extra onion on one sub and they wouldn't budge. Never have been charged for extra greens at a sub shop. Banana peppers? A dollar. Any change in the sub is a dollar. Strange hill to die on but they have lost the business of myself(who was eating there every day) and my coworkers who would eat out with me occasionally not to mention anyone else I talk to. Hope the dollar was worth it. I'll find a more reasonable sub shop
