I order a pep and mushroom pizza.. everything was fantastic!!! I used to órder constantly, but the quality started to slip, so I stated ordering elsewhere... This evening, I decided to give it another shot shot... And I was amazed how much that have changed since the last time I ordered... Nice thick mushroom slices and perfectly cooked dough and pepperoni!!! I will continue to give my business to you all and not the place across the street from you... Happy customer... Tara 😁

THANK U Jackie.AWESOME Experience. i called & Jackie was genuinely NICE, & Very Knowledgeable about menu items & specials... Super patient & accommodating & helpful me figuring out my order. Accurate when i picked up. Bucket of spaghetti marinara, side of meatballs.loaf garlic bread, was delicious.! Good sauce too.! Plenty for me, & next day too. I shoulda got a Sub sammich too. GOOD Prices too, fit my Budget. Thanks again Jackie, & Adam. Good people. Down to earth friendly folks. See Ya SOON with a bigger order.

I order from Ameci via Grubhub at least 3 times a month, and have never been disappointed. Good food, good prices, and the lowest delivery fee on Grubhub. The order always comes sooner than expected. Oh, and I often get the lunch special "large slice" of pizza, but is actually almost half a medium size pizza. Great bargain. The crust is thin, which I like.

At Ameci's right now. Being new to Simi my daughters and I are always looking for new places to try. I am so glad we looked at the reviews and decided to try this place!! The guys that work here are super nice. The food came out very quickly. It was HOT, fresh and absolutely DELICIOUS!! Thanks y'all for sharing your reviews. So glad we tried this place! I got the chicken ranch pizza, my daughter got the chicken Alfredo and we got mozzarella sticks, all delicious!! Highly highly recommend!

Some how the Slice website changed my toppings and I received a Jalapeño pizza! Yay for me! Do NOT order online because the toppings don't list the same on the receipt!

I order from here via phone all the time. Food is good and never had an issue. Today I figured I'd use the online site to make it easy (loud kids at home). I selected my toppings and placed my order. Some how the Slice website changed my toppings and I received a Jalapeño pizza! Yay for me! Do NOT order online because the toppings don't list the same on the receipt!

We thought we were crazy and went to other pizza choices, like the mini, you could add toppings. Not on the build your own, so we made a note. Also ordered the Alfredo and pasta, super disappointing. It was flavorless and the noodles were overcooked. Actually one of the worst I’ve had from a restaurant. Stick with the pizza. Pizza was good. However, they left a handwritten note on the top of the bag that said, “pepperoni is one of the first choices on the menu.” We checked again on Grubhub, nope, you cannot add toppings to a build your own pizza. Catered and ordered 2 pans lasagna, 3 pans garlic bread, two pans salad. Generous portions. Bread and salad was great. Lasagna was the worst lasagna I've ever had and it was cold. They did not deliver my 3rd pan of garlic bread and when I called to get reimbursed the guy played dumb like he had no record of my order. I have a receipt right here that says I paid close to 350.00. I could not drive in to show him my receipt because I was flying back home to the east coast.

Just called and politely asked if they served Cheeseburgers. He rudely replied, "This is a pizza place". He just lost a lot of business by talking to me like I am stupid. I have ordered from here once a week for 6 months, at $50 a pop. People who work in customer service should be polite to their customers. Bummer

I'm sorry. Ordered 2 sandwiches that cost $22.00 tip $27.00. No meat on my pastrami sandwich only lettuce and tomato. Great customer service though. Won't be ordering from there again. Sandwich sucked.

They took my order down wrong. Simple pepperoni pizza, got a cheese by mistake. No big deal. Instead of saying sorry we made a mistake. 2 different people argude with me about having to pay more money for the correct one and pay to have it delivered. Very poor customer service wont be coming back.

I called at 615pm to check on my order and they said it was a computer mess up and that my order would be there soon. When my order arrived at 630pm it was 2 barely warmed up pizzas. The dough wasn't even cooked. My guess is that they forgot my order and then when I called they rushed to make it. I will not be ordering here again. I would suggest you stay away from this amecis

I grew up on Ameci being the great pizza in Simi. After ordering it tonight and a couple of weeks ago, they have fallen short. The dough is tasteless. The toppings are good but you gotta pay top-dollar for them as well as the gluten-free crust which isn't as good as Chi-Chi. Ameci is not good since there are so many better options for a better price. Look up Toppers and Pizza Hut instead! I should also add that during the order taking process, we were put on hold a couple of times to make sure that they could fulfill our order like they weren't sure that they could make pizza tonight. We paid over $50 for two pizzas when Pizza Hut can give us better.

My son’s calzone was ordered with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and pineapple. The pepperoni was put on basically only 1/4 of the calzone!!! When I picked up my order, I asked the guy at the front for a receipt. He held up my online order 8 1/2” x 11” piece of paper from his printer and said, “I have a receipt here.” I looked at him and waited awkwardly. He made no effort to print me off a receipt, so I told him that I’d print my own from home. As I left, I heard him making fun of me, and he was mentioning me needing a receipt and all of the pizza guys inside were laughing. HOW RUDE!!!!!! I want the manager to please contact me after I cool down.

I’ve ordered from Ameci Pizza for many year. I always order red onions on my pizza, today I got my pizza w yellow onions, which were bitter. I called, spoke w the manager, she refused to acknowledge my complaint. I had no idea they had yellow onions, which I told here, she snapped back telling my I should have specified Red Onions, I asked her why she didn’t ask me which onions I preferred, she said it was up to me to be specific, even though I didn’t know they had both types. I’m finished w Ameci. She represents Ameci, and didn’t care about my satisfaction. I paid 20 bucks for a bitter medium pizza, which I threw out. Thanks Ameci for not taking part of the responsibility regarding my order. She could have easily offered a discount on my next pizza, but NO! I decided to call Ameci for a 2nd time, speak w a different manager, Jose, he said he d give me free toppings on my next pizza,. That was nice, but not a solution to my bitter pizza that I can’t eat now. He then advised me that they never serve Red onions on pizza, only use Red onions on bar b que food. I told him he should goggle, what are the best onions on pizza. It’s RED.. because their sweet. These managers aren’t informed about onions, and definitely refuse to take any responsibility for not advising me that they had 2 types of onions. He finally said he’d send a second pizza now, which I didn’t want tonight, since I lost my appetite due to bitter onions. I asked if I could have a credit for future pizza, but it was now or never. Lastly, getting in contact w the owner, seems impossible, he only stops by in the morning. Too bad they prefer to argue w the customer, rather than working w the customer.
