I Love it. I Honestly wasn’t done paying for my order when it was already on the counter no joke. I was even more amazed that the chicken tasted fresh and not like it was sitting there for a while because of how freaking quick I got my order. In and out in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if this is normal for them but if it is I will be coming hear for now on. Or maybe I just got really lucky.

The customer service here is Next Level! I was so blown away by how friendly and considerate the staff are. One lady drove off without some of her order, the guy at the drive thru dropped what he was doing and ran after her to give her stuff to her. (she was already at the traffic light) The cashier helped another little old lady get the best deal for her money, which I found so sweet.

I love KFC anyways. This place has a friendly staff, quick and punctual. The only thing I don't like about it is that it had a couple of flys flying around, that's just gross. They were really behind tonight (even though they had enough people). I'll try them again next time to see if it gets better.

It’s a KFC so you know what you are getting, not my favorite location near by, the parking and drive through is a little wonky. Also there is always something off about my meal, like I’m missing something or the quality is just not the best but nothing outrageous, not worth driving to the next closest location over. Also I know they have been very short staffed lately so I try to be extra patient considering.

Standardish KFC. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because of the area. Lots of people hang out in the lot at all hours. Don't like coming here late in the day. Staff are friendly, prepare your food quickly, exactly what you would expect. Never been inside, may do so in the future. If neighboring building becomes occupied and transient issue goes away will give 5 stars.

I had coupons & wanted 2 take lunch 4 My Daughter & Grandsons, so I bought the 16 pieces of chicken & mashed potatoes 🥔& gravy & cold slaw & butter & biscuits!!!! The chicken was great, but the girl forgot our gravy!! I called & they are going 2 make Thing right next time I go back!!!

They have really good chicken but when I got home the chicken breasts that I ordered were all on the small side they looked like chicken thighs, not breasts. I wasn't even there that late it was in the middle of the day so it's not like it was their last batch of chicken.

Restaurant advertises specials and when you are asking to order the special , they give you the option spicy, original or grilled. I then requested grilled and then they told me that it take 45 minutes to see e me grilled chicken ! This takes the the definition of fast food out of fast food ! Even when you eat at a nice restaurant that is packed. You might wait 10 to 20 minutes! These fast food establishment are getting really sloppy and slow any more and it's extremely disappointing! Afterwards they decided that they couldn't give me grilled chicken after all ! Of course ! Why would the employees and the management want to serve food that a customer wants to order , especially if the employees and management are really not interested if they keep customers or not ! After all !! Word of mouth goes a long way and for one customer not to be happy. Well maybe that could be overlooked,but it sure looks like this Kentucky Fried Chicken has made it a habit of dissatisfied customers! So obviously there is a huge problem with these employees and this management at this particular store !

The "young" staff members need customer service training. I went through the drive thru and ordered pot pies. Wait time was about 10 min or so. I was told to pull around to the parking lot and wait, they will come out when its ready. As I sat in the car, the person that originally took my order left, maybe on a break? I continued to sit in the car. By this time, a homeless person found a home by one side of the door leaving only one side to enter & leave. I suppose they were there for the night because a cubby hole was near the door. A second person drove up with a puppy. The puppy was all over her in her car as she was trying to park, so they both went in together. The owner allowed the puppy to roam on the table that was sitting near the countertop. She then put the dog on the floor and it decided to sniff all over the person that was already in there waiting. Twenty min later, I decided to go inside to see why it was taking so long. The staff was all over the place and not communicating with each other. One worker was filling orders, yep, you got it, pot pies were being given out at the drive thru. Apparently my order wasn't being filled. I was asked, what did you order?? Really??? Listening to the workers chat, there was an order for lots of pot pies, pending to be picked up. I went to this site while the sun was up and I left when sun went down. I will never go to this site again. This location needs a over-haul! It's not in the nicest location as to why daytime visits are the only time to feel safe and I feel it stays afloat because its the only one in the area. T

The service is indicative of most fast food places today. They're too busy taking care of the orders from the apps or online to take care of anyone in the front. For the most part they're nice... Just disconnected/uncaring. Or it could be current fastfood businesses SOP's ? 🤷

Worse chicken ever. Ordered 12 piece bucket. Bottom of bucket has 3 small burnt chicken legs hidden under all the other chicken. Who’s suppose to eat these? You suck!

I grew up eating KFC so I'm very familiar with their food, who isn't? But I've never eaten at this particular place until the other day. And their chicken fingers gave me an upset stomach😬 I hardly ever get sick in behind food. So I won't be eating at that location anymore.

Ok to start off windows were disgusting and the floor was trashy but SOME of the employees are kind I have been here 2 times and the 1st time was horrible service but the 2nd time was better the drive thru is too sketchy to the road there are homeless everywhere so honestly pls fix that

Food itself was OK. Not hot, but not cold. My complaint is that I ordered a complementary 5 piece nuggets, which I earned as a reward but never received. I called and called them to point out their mistake, but they never answered their phone. I was upset because that was a chunk of my dinner.

The staff was terrible and more importantly they did not have most items on the menu. Also they got my order wrong, the drink dispenser was not working properly and they tried to give me a flat soda after asking me to wait for 7 minutes for my drink. This is after they gave me my food. I will not go back to this location. And the thing that really got me was the poor attitude of the employees.

Sign says they close at 10 it's currently 9:15 I went through the drive thru and was told to wait around in the parking it was 9 when I ordered well I had to pee really bad I go up to the door and it's locked a man comes to let some customers out and I tell him I'm waiting for my food and if I can use the restroom super fast he says no and proceded to lock the door in my face and I'm still waiting for my food. Very disappointed in this place right now especially since I'm sitting here waiting extra time I should be able to use the bathroom for 2 minutes.

I only go to this KFC because it is convenient on my way home. Other then that i would not go the staff is very shockingly not customer service friendly at all. I hope one day corporate does an undercover stunt on them and change the whole staff completely or get coached on being great customer service. The staff there works and acts like they do not want to be there. Very sad for every customer that goes especially me cause i live near there & i dread going when i have too😣

Bad service and long wait times. 45 min for a meal is so crazy.i was doing a delivery and did not know how to back out of it or else i would not have stay. I personally will never go to this restaurant i feel like this is terrible service i see way more than one person complaining about the same thing long wait tike ect. I will go to the other nearest kfc if I want this .maybe get some new staff and diversity in staff Pomona is a very diverse area.

Unfortunately one of the worst kfc I've been too. Ordered a spicy Nashville Hot Famous Bowl in the drive thru and asked twice at the speaker and once at the window if it is in fact a Nashville Hot famous bowl. drive away, look in the bag and it's a regular one not a problem it happens I guess. I pop inside to ask if I can get the spicy one instead. Here's where it all went wrong they take back the incorrect one and just spray it down with Nashville sauce. Striaght up created a small river in the bowl then just hand it back to me and call it a day. It was foul. The sauce was cold, drenched everything. The cheese was no longer able to melt it just floated in the sauce.

Tuesday 06/27/17 around 6:30 I bought $50 order and they give me wrong order missing my chicken strips order!!! The phone # is disconnect!!!! I no want to go right now to store i live in town and Philadelphia my ticket is #2090 ill pick up my strips tomorrow!!!!

Food seemed like it was made in the morning, but I ordered it at 8pm. This is the 3rd time I got chicken strips and fries and they were cold and dry. Unacceptable. I love kfc but this not cool.

Hopefully the manager Chandal got fired. We came in to look at the menu. My fiance is the sweetest and most kind person in the world. We were nice and just wanted to look at the menu and decide for a minute on what we wanted to eat. There was nobody in the front. No employees. The kitchen staff yelled to the manager "we got people in the front". So a manager with tattoos comes out from the office. She gives us an evil glare. Rolls her eyes and says with a frown, "have you decided yet?" I actually busted out in laughter because my exact words before entering the establishment were "I hope they have customer service". Shortly after, the manager went back into the office. I told a different employee that she was rude to us. As I was telling her, the manager shut the office door to exclude herself from the complaint. So we ended up calling the number and complaining to corporate about this location. We told them exactly what happened. A few minutes later, we get a call from a random cell phone number. It's the rude manager, calling from her cell phone. She claimed she "didn't recall" the incident ever happening. After my fiance carefully explained the details to her, she agreed that it in fact, did happen. We called the corporate number back to give them the details. She more than likely claimed the incident never happened to avoid any type of discipline from anyone.

At 12:58pm I bought a 12 pc bucket and asked the server if this is 12 pcs. chicken to which she replied with certainty “yes”. When I reached home, I only got 11 pcs. Not only that I was short changed, and the server lied to my face. This is the second time that this happened to me. I hope you will address this dishonesty. Let me know, because I am willing to face her to correct her wrong doing.

I went thru the drive thru I ordered a chicken sandwich box meal (charged correctly) and an 8 piece tender charged $19.99!! I check my receipt at night going over my daily expenses!! A 5 piece is $9.99 wtheck?? Can I get refunded to correct the charged price?

I ordered the 3 piece chicken strip combo with 1 extra Cole slaw and was charged over $14.00. I didn't think about it until I was home, that was a little too much I believe. Then to top it off, my cookie wasn't there. I tried to call them and they hung up on me. Come on humans,.

Was a good customer for about two years, until today. I went in and gave everyone my greetings said hello to all the employees, I was happy knowing that I was going to have my great KFC while I watch “Live PD” and when I got home wow!!! The regular chicken was great but the Manager I don’t think she likes black people so she gave me hot wings that had to be two days old and they were over cooked. So I’ll be going to the KFC on Mission Blvd. I looked back and thought yep she has over charged me before and when she fixes my order it’s always shot or missing something. She never comes out the office till someone black walks in. Be careful and cautious when you visit this KFC during daylight hours. God bless.

Like dude it’s your job if you wanted to leave earlier you should of ask to leave and let someone else do your job. Ughhhh!
