My fiancé and I were hungry and ran in to grab a snack around 1 PM on a Wednesday. We sat at the bar and ordered some drinks and an appetizer to hold us over until dinner. We received impeccable service from both Anthony and Manny while we were there! They did such a wonderful job for us, made sure we got refills for our drinks and dropped off some warm bread and olive oil for us to snack on while we were waiting for the appetizer. I enjoyed going there and seeing how responsive they were for us and I will be going back there again soon.

I am a California Pizza Kitchen fanatic! We went on a busy Friday night and all the food hit! Food was consistently delicious and on the mark!! Shauna was our waitress and she was attentive and got our food hot and quick! Super nice as well! This will be my new favorite location!! THE PEPPERONI PIZZA IS A MUST! dumplings were hot and delicate, Kung pao pasta was sooo good! The chopped bbq salad, I wish I got a bigger bowl!

We enjoyed one of the many artisan pizzas 🍕 available at CPK. Our waiter Doug provided 5-Star service. We also got a Take and Bake to go for $8 more to have during the sports we watch Sunday afternoon. 👍

Had a great dinner and had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers Ariel she made sure everything was perfect check with us a few times ask if we need anything else she’s new I believe I do hope she stays in this location my wife and I go there a least once a week and we are looking forward to see her again and to have a good meal Good food good service 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Went in yesterday to pick up lunch the food at cpk simi valley was great as always. The visit was pleasant. Anthony the manager was very kind and has great customer service.

This CPK is amazing ! We got the best service at this location. The staff goes above and beyond to make my toddler comfortable. Service is fast and the servers are very attentive. We had a table celebrating our anniversary, and there was a bulb flickering right over us. Staff went above and beyond to change it out and also comped us sodas. Great job hiring the right people. This is the only good restaurant left at the town center now.

Had a wonderfull experience March 27th 2025. Food was excellent.Christian was our great server and Brenden was the acting Manager and he stopped by to talk to us and asked if we had any issues with our food and server. This was a five star dinner. Thanks everyone for a great dinner tonight.

I particularly like the CPK in Simi Valley. I think there kitchen puts out one of the better meals of all CPKs. Everything always is hot fresh delightful to the eye. The service is also very very nice at this restaurant. Highly recommend.

It did take about 30 minutes for my food to be delivered after I ordered, however this is understandable given it was a weekend. The personal pizza was good although I wish there was more cheese and sauce on it. The Strawberry Mango Cooler is always delicious! It is super convenient to be able to pay through the CPK app and not have to wait for your card to be brought back to you.

Slow service and food was not great. Kids Mac and Cheese was spiral down pasta with no flavor. Cheese pizza was too thin with massive crust. Even the kids cookies tasted stale. Waitness asks if I want a refill and charges me for a second drink (which is fair but was confusing since refills are usually complimentary).

However, last night we went and our experience was very different - to the point where we were so focused on the poor service that we didn’t enjoy our meal. It was about 8pm, and we were sat by the bar at a booth. Our server came and asked us what we wanted to drink, and began to walk away before we were done. He did the same when we went to order food. That was really the only time he came to our table. We tried getting his attention so we could ask for something that was forgotten, but he was cleaning the bar area and was very focused. We even tried to grab the manager’s attention but he was cleaning as well. The kitchen staff was cleaning and playing their own music loud which was annoying to hear over the music playing in the restaurant. Anyways, I am sure they’re very busy but it was unfortunate that we couldn’t get anyone’s attention for a long period of time. We just wanted to leave. Food is always good though. Just don’t expect a nice ambiance or good service.

Probably the worst visit I’ve had. $22.50 for chicken piccata, fine, but why am I getting a kid sized portion of pasta? I probably should have taken a picture, but I’ve never had any issues until now.
