The young man working Saturday March 16,2024 needs a raise!! He was helping another co-worker that seemed to have a hard time understanding English, all while getting yelled at by 2 very rude women. They were just straight mean, saying "I knew you were going to screw it up!"---etc. I told him how sorry I was that he had to deal with that, it wasn't acceptable! He said "I just chalk it up them having a bad day!" GOOD FOR YOU DUDE, you have such a good attitude, his service was great and this kid is going places!! I was so impressed, because I would want to chuck a pc of salami at them!! They were just so mean!! To the mean ladies: DO BETTER!! Life is short, and Karma is coming!

You are able to make choices and The SUBWAY IN SOMERS IS VERY CLEAN THe BMT ITALIAN SUB WAS DELICIOUS. THE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF THE YOUNG LADY WHO WAITED ON ME WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING

Person slow at making subs so if ur in a hurry might not be best place to go but food was good and place was clean.

Walked in and was Greeted by the sandwich maker his name is Ethan made my sandwich perfect right amount of everything!!!! Very Friendly, very attentive. Next time I go back definitely hope he's there!

Subway is good but sandwhich makes are young and kind of low on energy for some reason. Some have attitude some done, depends who is working. Subway food is on par definitely not a 5 star but dealing with the young sandwhich artists is sometimes frustrating. The atmosphere also isn't great. It's bright and doesnt smell or seem clean. I always order the same so I know what I like lol

I'll eat subway in a pinch but it's definitely near the bottom of my list of places to eat.

Ordered Italian herb and cheese bread and got plain bread. Tried to call no one answering!! Pretty expensive for grinders not to get what you want. Receipt says Italian photo shows plain.

This is probably the slowest subway I've ever been to, takes a half hour just to get to the counter. Other than that it's a subway, they just need faster or more employees.

Their soda machine isn't cleaned regularly causing me to get dead flies and black gunk in my soda.

I used to really like this Subway. The employees have always been great and still are. The portions have shrunk though, they no longer have sweet peppers, and they do not accept coupons. Whoever manages this franchise has really dropped the ball. I'm overall disappointed and am more likely to get food from other local restaurants rather than this place these days. The penny pinching is noticeable and the sandwiches have taken a hit because of it. If this wasn't the only one I lived close to, I would 100% choose a different Subway. And it has resulted in me choosing Subway less and less. There are better options in town. 👎 👎 👎

Really? Take an order for 8:45 earliest pick up and then close at 9, ON A FRIDAY NIGHT!? How bout letting people know so they might actually get what they paid ahead of time for, or better yet, go elsewhere? Update: The manager made good on the sub - thank you.

I bought a steak and cheese foot long on my lunch break and its sad to say I wasted my money and my time. My sandwich barely had meat or veggies. Literally eating bread. Smh and in top of that the ppl working there today were slow. I was the 5th person there and it took me 25 mins to get out of there. Well there goes my lunch. Never going there again! Horrible experience

Understaffed. They will absolutely wait for a mobile order placed 20 minutes prior to show up to pick up food, and then start two other walk in customers sandwiches before beginning the mobile order. 😡
