What can I say, it's Carl's Jr. One thing I can say is, this is one of the cleanest fast food joints around and the orders are always perfect and fast! It never taste like old food and never smells. Plus the restrooms are clean!

It's my go-to place when I want a or need a drive-thru. Where I live, they are the only ones who have the low-carb wrap down pat. Our local Carl's is really clean, the food prep is consistent, and the folk who staff the place are very capable and always friendly and welcoming. They donate food and supplies to local charity fundraisers. I'm starting a new business with a colleague from another venture, and what's for lunch or dinner when we have planning meetings? All-Natural double burgers, protein wrap!

The food choices are many and the taste and appearance is good and repeatable. The staff was attentive and my orders were correct and quickly served.

The staff were friendly and willing to help in whatever they I can. I visited this location on 10/06/16 for lunch. The burger that I order looked great and tasted great. Very clean restaurant.

This place has a 50 diners kinda feel. They have a ton of space in there dining area. I wish they would maybe turn some of it into outside dining. They don't really have any outside dining there. There's a small tiny area but it's right on front street. Other then that this place is alright. Kinda expensive but good and quick and quiet. Clean big restrooms. Clean dining area. Its alright.

I rarely, rather, never review fast food restaurants. However yesterday I got their signature Green burrito, and it was just as good as the local hole in the wall Mexican shops. Kind of blew me away. My only regret is I didn't take a picture to show how beautiful this thing was.

First let me explain a bad experience followed up by a great experience: I have occasionally patronized this Carl's Jr. for 12 years. Their food has always been good, I would rate at 4 stars. Recently, however, a friend and I went through the drive-thru on our way out of town after a day of shopping. We live about an hour up the mountain. We ordered two BBQ charbroiled chicken sandwiches, two orders of zucchini and two shakes. When we got home and opened our lunches, to our total disappointment, the chicken sandwiches were flat, burnt, soggy and nothing like the historical Carl's Jr. sandwiches advertised on TV. The shakes and zucchini were excellent, but the sandwich was inedible. I called the manager and complained. She told me to come back in at my convenience and she would replace the orders. A week and a half later, I had opportunity to go back in and the assistant manager took it upon herself to fix the meal personally, the manager double-checked to make sure all was good, and the sandwich was absolutely scrumptuous. One of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever eaten. I am giving 5 stars for the main reason that they listened. They cared and they listened. Customer service is the A-#1 important issue with me when dealing with any business, no matter what type of business it is. I will even pay extra to be treated with respect and as if I mattered. Which I do. Without customers, there is no business. And Carl's Jr. gets that. Kudos to their manager & assistant manager at this location. I'm assuming that this is company policy at all locations. Thank you for listening and caring. I will be back - often.

My granddaughter really enjoyed the Chris cut French fries and the milkshake but the chicken sandwich definitely did not look like the picture.

The food here is delicious, every single time. No complaints about the food. The staff however, is a hit or miss on friendliness and customer service.

I haven't had a good burger like the one i had here. The famous star was so juice and the lettuce so crisp and fresh. The fries were crispy so delicious. They also have a good lettuce wrap burger.

Pretty good for a Carl's. Staff was friendly. Fries were pretty salty, which I did not mind. Minus one star for requiring keys to enter the bathroom and it *still* not being as clean as it should have.

This Carl's Jr., shares its restaurant with Green Burrito. The employees here were very kind, respectful, and polite, and the quality of the food was a lot better than any other Carl's Jr. I've ever been to before. I ordered a Chicken Taco Salad off of the Green Burrito menu, and I was impressed st the presentation of the good when I opened the lid of the box. They made it look like they do in commercial, and put more effort into preparing the food, than the bay area fast food restaurants. Wish I would have taken a picture.

After Super Bowl. Place empty but sparkling clean, and staff still cleaning. My Special double cheese burger was nothing like the picture so boldly shown. 2 very skinny patties, no lettuce or tomato. Staff excellent, but burgers are a rip off, even at so called sale price. No value for money.

We, in drive thru, mistakenly pulled out and ordered using a coupon from another fast food restaurant. They corrected us and later joked...asking if we wanted small, medium or large cups of water. I started to reply "medium", but daughter said, "He joking" Haha! Later asked them for extra napkins and ketchup, they loaded us with more than enough! Took awhile for our turn to pay with only 2-3 cars ahead of us. Maybe that is why they were generous with the "extras". Appreciated it! Carl Star burger was pretty good. Offsetting any dryness of meat with sufficient mayonnaise. Normally I add extra ketchup but this burger was "moist" due to the mayonnaise. Not sure but you must request a key to use bathroom...must have issues? The bathroom has two stalls. Only means only one customer can use it vs. two customers. Worked for me since I had to occupy the sink to brush teeth and put on my teeth retainers. Overall it was a good experience. My first time at this location.

This is a pretty decent place to meet with friends and family. The food is always good and management takes the time to train the kitchen personnel as to how to actually watch the timer on the food they're "making" just remember not to dance on the tables when you've drank a little much before dinner. Because not only will you knock a light fixture right off the ceiling in turn slicing the skin right off of your arm but you'll also get kicked out. And if I never teach any y'all anything else, please remember, the employees were not making inappropriate advances towards you so you should not run through the whole restaurant attempting to kiss all of them. But you dont have to take it from me

When they get your order correct it is fire. Would eat there for the remainder of my life if possible. Good prices as well and the original six dollar burger is straight 🔥, trust me TRY IT.

I would drive twice the distance for their deep fried zucchini! They are the best fast food item offered any where for any price! Their burgers are average with a way too big block of lettuce. And cost more than I am willing to pay. BUT... Their grilled chicken club with sprouts instead of lettuce is a pleaser. My typical order consists of these 2 items, and getting a drink at somewhere else.

Big improvement from a few years ago. Did not eat here for a couple years it was so bad! Not a lot of places to get a good burger in sonora but now this place is pretty decent.

Food was good. Service was slow, but apparently there was a unforeseen shortage of people that day, and the manager was SUPER apologetic and offered to compensate us for the extra wait. It was overall a pleasant experience. Update 8/24/2022: Food still good. Got the Primal burger. The prime rib was a bit overcooked, but still tasted great. Service still a bit slow, I'm not sure if it's a short-handed crew or what, but it wasn't all that bad of a wait, I'll still go again.

Great food and mostly great employees. One supervisor/manager was very rude to her employees. It seemed like they were new and doing a fine job. She was not patient with them and talked to them with very little respect.

For a fast food joint in Sonora, by far freshest, cleanest and nicest place up here. Never had a rude person behind counter. Even bring food to your table. Again it's fast food!

We come here for the Green Burrito menu. The burgers are always overcooked and dry. We enjoyed the Mexican menu, now they have completely changed it. We will have to see if it is still worth eating here.

I like Carl's Jr, I really do. It's one of my favorite fast food places. Which is why I keep going back hoping this one has improved. I'm not sure how it's even possible to never, not even once, have fresh fries available. Surely ONCE they would be hot and crisp. They are always slightly warm and soft. I even tried the criscut fries and they were straight-up floppy. The burgers are fine, except that the meat patty isn't warm enough to even begin to melt the cheese. At least the tea has started to improve--often the chlorine water taste overpowered the taste of any tea or soda, but that seems better this visit.

This is a slightly above average Carl's Jr. At times, they're incredible & can be the best fast food burger joint in town, but can be kind of questionable at times when taking advantage of a promo deal, especially coupons. I've also noticed at times an upcharge of $1-$2 on certain menu items compared to the nationally advertised price does apply with this location as well, usually with whatever new menu item they're promoting unless it's a meal deal. The food itself is consistently good, I haven't had anything bad from this location. But, they can be a little lacking with applying special ingredients on promo items, which can be very disappointing depending on what it is.

For fast food, the fair is decent. Orders are usually correct and staff is overall generally nice and courteous. With the exception on one young man working the drive through. He is a bit short tempered and sarcastic. Night shift is on it!

Drive thru was crowded. People seem miserable. Service was exhausted. Food was good though. They served it fresh and still hot. Just wish c19 would fade into a distant memory.

Recently I ate at this restaurant and everything about it was wrong. I like carls jr but not this one. The service was poor, and while i was using the restroom an employee came in and used the facilities but did not wash his hands upon leaving. It grossed me out and made me want to throw up. I highly recommend not coming here unless you like dirty employees and dirty food.

Only two stars because I finally tried the green burrito. I grew up in LA and always went to the original GB. It was the bomb back then. Well Carl's you blew it up. OMG, it was worst then I could imagine. Wow how did you ruin Mexican food so bad. You need to give up on the BG, stick to Carl's burgers

The food was fine for fast food would have normally gave it four stars but they won't give you even one ranch they say there's a ranch shortage and they want you to pay $0.25 for it Even though you've upgraded your mail to Chriscut fries or zucchini

No WiFi in an area of poor 5G reception is just annoying.

I went here twice the same day, I think it was on Nov 1st. Before that, I've been here several times. But on the 1st I went early maybe 0605 am and I had to wait like 20 mins for a breakfast burrito. I went back the same day around 1200 PM and asked for #1 the burger stank so bad, and I noted like little bubbles on the bottom of the burger. I will think twice before going back there. If they don't get it right next time, it's strike 3.

Walkin was slow the two females workers at the counter walked away when I approached the counter. They started helping customers going thru the drive thru. I stood there a minute or so and one girl returns to the counter to help me turns out she is a shift manager. Food was good fresh and hot tho so I guess as long as you're in the drive thru you might have a good experiance.

I came back to Carl’s after receiving a sheet of coupons in the mail. It’s been many years and I thought to try them again. I tried the Western Bacon Cheeseburger and a Coke Zero. The burger was poor at best: old, scrunched and tasteless. Even the Coke was sub par. The place was clean and I was greeted well, so they get two stars. The food is a total fail.

I rarely eat fast food but was in the mood. I also am not short for cash, probably because I rarely eat out..HOWEVER, what the hell is going on when ordering 1 combo meal, which was a small become 11 bucks. It s fast food, not gourmet food for crying out loud. Price alone gets only 2 stars.

Been ordering from this Carl's for over two decades. It used to be great! But I've noticed the last couple times I've visited it really went downhill. The building is in need of maintenance, the food has been smashed or sloppy, no consistency anymore, and for the price its just not worth feeling greasy for the next few hours. $25 for a burger by itself and two kids meals. And they forgot the toys. Pass.

It used to be good, it really was! Not anymore. The burger was sloppily flopped together and the fries were undercooked. You used to be able to get a really large, delicious shake there. That is now gone, too. I'm going to stick to Wendy's. Their fries are much better.

Your restroom was locked. I came in with the intention to order some food but I don't do business with places that lock restrooms. I won't even bother asking for an employee for a key I just go somewhere else. This time I went to your competitor McDonald's. Their burgers aren't as good. But I don't have to beg anybody to get into a restroom there. So they got the sale and you didn't. I would consider opening your restroom because a locked restroom signals that you really don't welcome people or maybe you think everybody it's just a potentially homeless person. It doesn't really matter. All that matters is that you're locked restroom tells me that you're not really interested in having my money.

Line is outside the door, one cashier, no "sorry for the wait", no opening another cashier. Barely warm food and a dirty lounge also. Tied with Burger King, as the worst fast food in Sonora. I like Burger King better.

This is hands down the absolute worst Carl's Jr. ever. Now Carl's is my first choice when it comes to a fast food burger chain. The food is served so cold the the cheese doesn't even melt when the burger is wrapped. The fries are always cold and limp, like from yesterday. And heaven forbid you speacial order anything, good luck with that . Please avoid this location

Soo overpriced breakfast was biscuits &gravy is 4.50 I biscuit and tiny container of gravy and 7.oo for $6 breakfast sandwich so pathetic! The burger was dinky like a child burger... wow never ever again major bummer

I got a low carb Lettuce wrapped guacamole burger and it has 3 bugs (that I counted) in it. I'm super disappointed after I spent $9 and find so many bugs in it. Gross gross GROSS ugh waste of money. I won't be going to Carl's Jr anymore.

Food orders are 7 out of 10 times wrong, cold and or old. Just went today to try again and they left an item out of my order. When asked why, manager commented,"did think you'd notice and come back for it so we gave it to someone else. Sorry." Quality control is severely lacking if existant ar all.

Well...I haven't been to many fast food restaurants for quite some time. I had memories of freshly prepared, good food from a very, very long time ago. So I set myself up with grand expectations. I should know better. My order was small & everything I ordered was in the bag. Yes, thank you for more than 1 wadded up napkin. From that point all similarities ceased. I had a grilled chicken BBQ sandwich, fried zucchini & 6 jalapeno poppers. Sadly the poppers were the best part...don't get your hopes up, it's all down hill from here. The poppers were your average, run of the mill frozen variety type processed jalapeno, chesse & preservatives...the kind you can buy from any grocers freezer aisle. If my memory serves me, the grilled bbq chicken sandwich was once my favorite, hands down! It used to have a smaller soft (honey?) wheat bun, FRESH lettuce & tomato with a much thicker & bolder bbq sauce. And the chicken was an actual grilled fillet of breast, poking out of the bun in several appetizing spots. The sandwich I had today was a sad disappointment. I think the bun was a large brioche-which many people do like-for burgers. The tomato was so wilted it closely resembled a smashed, tiny piece of watermelon. The lettuce was romaine, (which is a good choice, half a point of reprieve given,) but the person who leafed it didn't cut the rusty end off. The piece I received was just a broad slab off the bottom of the leaf with the bitter spine covering most of the bun, yeah nasty!🤨 The chicken...which I hope was chicken🤔 was way over cooked...in a microwave maybe? It was so chewy & dried out that I ended up taking it out of the bun & tearing at it like a starved savage. It really wasn't eatable.😒 I ditched it after a few bites, along with the bun & soggy L&T. The fried zucchini is not what I remembered either. They used to be a thicker, wavy cut with crunchy golden brown crumble coating on the outside. Now they might be an eighth of an inch, (at most) straight cut with a batter coating which was too salty with not much crunch to it.☹ Even the house dressing for dipping was so thin & watered down it wouldn't stick to the whimpy zucchini cuts. This rather disappointing $15.05 meal of food??? has reminded me why I cook at home & occasionally visit a sit down & dine restaurant. They used to have fairly decent food, but now? Carl's jr/Hardee's...um should remamed themselves Hardlys. I won't be back.😬😟😞👎

I tried this Carl's several times to give it a chance and every time the food has been over cooked and sloppy. They will give you a coupon but come on. Not to mention if you like to eat in be prepared to have fox news blasted on every tv, every single time no matter what time of day. It's overwhelming and in your face. Uncomfortable place.

We ordered a hand breaded crispy chicken sandwich but got two stale pieces of bun with a half dollar size piece of chicken that was not even done, only had mayonnaise and two pickles on it, it was disgusting. I also got a cheeseburger with dried out stale meat, two buns that were hard as a rock, and soggy lettuce. it was also disgusting. what happened to the quality at Carl's Jr?

The managers were talking down to the employees and they came off very suspicious. I am not sure I will give them my business anymore. One girl was definitely exhibiting signs of meth delirium.

I drove 30 minutes out of the way to have breakfast here and everything is closed. Business hours on the door reflect opening at 7:00 a.m. it's 7:31 and nobody's here. People just don't want to do their job.

Todays drive thru experience has been the worst I've found from service down to way the items were done. If I hadn't have been so far away when I opened my bag, I definitely would have returned. This is now a place I will never give my business to. Any good references must be getting paid to fraudulently post high star ratings.

the other day, this man who work’s there was yelling at this lady who also works there. the way some of these people are treating the women or anyone in general like that, it’s beyond me. there’s more that happened but it’s hard to sit there an enjoy my food when i see this girl crying because of someone she works with.

I used to go here all the time but my last two visits have been the worst I have ever had. The manager was sweeping when we walked up stood there for several minutes waiting for her to finish. She was very rude and didn't know how to print out receipt. We got 5 burgers all of them were overcooked one of them had the core from the lettuce the fries felt like they were stale fries mixed with fresh ones. To top it all of the cookies we bought for my niece were burnt. Sorry never going back. This place has gone down hill very bad.

The food was OK, but the soda Is contaminated with something, The exact same thing happened to the Denny's that used to be there down the street and is no longer there, Their water is contaminated with something so ice cubes make everything taste weird, And who knows what's in the water. We just tossed our sodas away, It's not worth the risk.

Quick food but was cold. Complained to clerk and she only said sorry. No offer to replace order. This is not the first time the food was cold or wrong, they have never offered to make the order right. I will not return to this location again. Sad as I have always enjoyed Carl's Jr for decades.

I have to say that in general I really like carls jr, especially the santa fe chicken sandwich. Unfortunately the quality of meals at our carls jr on mono way is so bad. I have tried several times in the last 3 or 4 months but everytime there is something so bad that i can no longer go to carls jr. Last time i went the santa fe chicken sandwich had no condiments on it and the bun was smashed so badly. I ordered criss cut fries and i literally had 2 criss cut pieces. One time i ordered a breakfast bisquit sandwich and the egg was so gross.. i have never seen scrambled eggs that looked green. So Unfortunately my family is not coming back to this carls jr restaurant on mono way.

Very rude and not helpful team members! Get paid $20 an hour to stand there and hand food out a window and can’t even get the right amount of sauce even after offering to pay for it seem absurd!

They left a dead cat outside the drive-thru window long enough that it was ran over multiple times over and over. An employee said they're aware but haven't had the chance to call anybody. When we were there, there was nobody else in their parking lot or drive-thru.

Terrible experience from drive thru up until me having to come inside. I ordered a combo and my fries were missing so instead of getting back in line I went in the inside and showed my receipt which they asked for not seeming to remember she had just seen my face in the drive thru but I complied anyway. Then I waited over 12 minutes before going BACK to the counter to remind them I was waiting for my fries which they said OH yea the fries. I am so upset with this location I will never eat at Carl’s Jr again considering it’s the only one in town. RUDE/ disappointing and incoherent employees. Associate literally seemed like she was stoned! Blood shot red eyes and talking and behaving slow. Couldn’t remember my face or order . Not to mention when I finally got my fries they were COLD after waiting 12 minutes. I’m filing a complaint with corporate I went here for my lunch break which was wasted waiting. Please make some changes before I ever consider eating here again. Employee must be new Got her name she said it was Veronica but I’m not even sure she was telling the truth after she knew how pissed off I was! Went through drive thru kid didnt great me and just put me on hold. Waited 8 min nothing so I went inside. Same kid never greeted me still. He never even smiled or said welcome to any of the customers. Sat at register for 5 min still nothing. Angela came in for the win. Amazing customer service and got us all taken care of.
