Fast and great service

They have really good sandwiches at a decent price if you choose wisely you can get good discounts as well as nice coupons if you sign up for them. They recently got some lemonade that's real good as well as fresh cookies!

i really am a very picky eater !! went to subway today at lunch my sandwich was fixed exactly how i asked , even 1 piece of onion (not a hand full).. the guy forgot to give me napkins , made a point as i was leaving , he stopped me and said sir i think i forgot to give you napkins.. OWNERS |\MANAGER take care of them employees they are a #10

I love this location! Best one in SETX. The workers are always so friendly. The husband and wife that run this location are great and they really care about their customers. Even when they are busy they actually take time to make your food right. It’s never messy or sloppy. And they always cut the veggies when ordering a salad or protein bowl (only one other location has done this for me without asking). Food is always fresh and the store is always clean. I come here often and my experience has always been consistently great. Thank you for serving sour lake so well!

We had lunch in the TX Burger/Subway restaurant in Buffalo. We had maverick burgers with french fries. The service was very good and the burgers were well prepared and served hot. We have been there several times before and will return.

The Subway restaurant has been a great addition to Sour Lake which because of its size has few places to eat out. The subs are economical and they have a variety of the sandwiches -- making it a good place for groups that can decide among themselves what to eat.

Sour Lake food good, but I was impressed that they had a special needs person working making the sandwiches. It was a real pleasure. My compliments.

These guys always do a good job and are courteous when doing it. 5 minutes before closing and they still pumped out 8 foot long subs

Club sandwich was good. Bread was not toasted the way asked. Cheese not melted.

As always, a great meal at a great price. This time, I selected the breakfast sandwich.

Workers also check to make sure that even the slightest bit of deteriorated food was taken off the sandwich without me having to tell them. Line was long, but to be expected for lunch. Staff worked hard and cleared the line very quick. Resturant was clean. Nice little location there in Sour Lake.

They make a great chopped salad. Friendly staff. My only complaint is about the iced tea. Subway is always the best, but this one tasted like the tea bags had absorbed various savory flavors from the restaurant. It wasn't undrinkable, just a little disappointing.

Rude staff, some of the worst I've ever dealt with.

The sandwich bread I bit into was disgusting! When I went back for a refund with a whole sandwich I was told I should have called or came back hours earlier. Not one more dime will I spend!

Service was terrible. Standing in line and the young lady decided to serve someone behind me. She was rude. Then they forgot to cook my burger and a long wait for that.

Ordered a 5 meat Italian foot long … it’s supposed to be the biggest sandwich they have yet it’s the smallest one I’ve ever gotten. They barely put any of the stuff that’s supposed to go on it. It was a pick up order and I was in a rush and didn’t check my sandwich when I tried to call no answer. I don’t know what makes these people so greedy with their portions. My brother, girlfriend and I all ordered these sandwiches and got the same quality

After waiting for 15 minutes for the 2 stoners to make 3 sandwiches in front of me they tell me they are out of meatball because they don't want to heat any up!!! There was other people in front of me but they left mad because they had been waiting over 30 minutes just to make an order. The place wasn't busy they just have incompetent people working.

This place likes to charge you for extra stuff and not give it to you than when you call them out on it they said I gave you extra when clearly they didn’t!!! NEED NEW MANAGEMENT!! If you ever want to be back in the Hood stop by and talk to the lying manager she will make you feel like your in the hood!!!!

But everyone makes them different, it may have had a little less of everything I get. So I come to the coffee shop to eat, open my food and it has hardly anything I added to my order. And I'm not yhe only person this happens to. Whoever is working the shift around 10-11 A.M. needs to step up. Tall dude with glasses. If he's in there, check your order before you leave.

Do not go to SourLake texas subway Monday through Friday from 9 am until 2:00 pm the employees are rude disrespectful and always have a nasty store I have been to SourLake texas on 1-28-26 at 9:30 the employees was rude and disrespectful and nasty refused to make my food both lady and the gentleman was rude and disrespectful then I went back on 1-29-29-26 at 11 am and the same thing both employees was rude and disrespectful went back on 1-30-26 and 12 noon and the same thing both employees was rude disrespectful refuse to wait on my so my wife decided we would go back that night on 1-30-26 the store was cleaned and the 2 night employees was very respectful and took our order with respect and care very polite and very hard worker so if you are going to eat at subway In sour lake Texas go after 3:00 pm.

I went in there 6 different times and there was several employees but I want to recognize the only one that was there all 6 times was very respectful and very helpful and was very nice her name was Elizabeth I did not get a last name I went in on the 1-27-26 and there was another lady was there working cussed me out refused to make my sandwich and was very rude Elizabeth then stepped up took my order made it with care and love was very professional friendly and helpful. I will never let anyone else but Elizabeth make my sandwich if you are near sour lake texas subway only go there went Elizabeth is working sure don't go there when that other lady is working
