Wow! Just went for my first time and the employees were SO nice and kind! They truly made you feel so welcome! I got 2 trio’s so I could try everything I wanted to and they explained each thing I got as well as gave me extra crackers! Everything I got tasted so fresh and delish that I went back thru the line to get a Lemon Basil BLT! Highly recommend this place!

Second time to a Chicken Salad Chick. The first time was in Florida, and I fell in love. I was happy to come across this location while visiting the area. The food is fresh, and the staff was very kind and attentive. The dining area was clean, and the decor was cute. It got busy shortly after it opened. I didn't take a picture of my food because I ate it too fast! Manager seemed to be in the mix of it all and helping out the staff. Highly recommend!

I had never been to a chicken salad place before, and actually had never ever had chicken salad. I went with my wife and was pleasantly surprised. I had just a jalapeño chicken salad sandwich and another scoop of a dill chicken salad. Very good on both and the sandwich was really filling, it’s $9.99 for the normal combo meal with the extra scoop. It was two dollars more for me overall a really good price for what you get. Parking is a bit light off lunch time crowd fills up locations and I didn’t want to park at church. So I did have to walk all the way around the building but I could use that as my daily exercise service was fantastic very enthusiastic group. I know they just open but I hope they keep continue with that passion.

I am officially in love with this place. This was my first time stopping in and right away the manager Michael welcomed me in and offered assistance as I was looking at the menu. I had seen others comment about the poblano soup and I luckily stopped in on a Thursday when it was one of the daily soup specials. I got my order of the soup and spicy pimento cheese very quickly after ordering and both were to die for! Highly recommend for a quick light lunch with great food and service.

It was my 1st time at CSC. The staff members (including the manager) were amazingly friendly. I don't normally eat anyone's chicken salad, but the Old South chicken sandwich on the croissant bread was fantastic, along with the broccoli salad. I will be back. Note: The mini butter cream frosted cookies were good.

Basically many variations of chicken salad along with a few other options. I tried the classic chicken salad on toasted wheat bread & added lettuce, tomato & mustard. It was flavorful and felt the portion size was good. Came with a good size pickle spear and chose the fruit cup as a side. The fruit cup was substantial and actually contained fresh fruit. Iced sugar cookie was pretty good. Meal was just over 16 dollars including a large drink and cookie, so pricing is consistent with other similar restaurants. I like that they play country music. ****suggestions**** 1. Noticed it’s not as clean as when they first opened in terms of crumbs, the drink stations and booths and table cloths being wiped down … I think it might be a staffing issue. 2. I do not like the tipping screen for counter service and feeling forced into a tip while the employee watches …

It was about $14.50 per person, for a cup of soup, a sandwich and a drink. It also came with a cookie and crackers. It was well worth it!

My Newest Love! ❤️ 😍 We go, 2 times a week at least! Best ever Chicken! Drive 45 minutes each way. It's worth it. Yum!!! Service is great too! Southlake location is where we go.

I just wanted to say that the customer service is absolutely fantastic! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that took care of me when I went but I did see that his name tag said general manager. He was absolutely exceptional! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that might be in the area.

Delicious! The chicken salad version with onions is the best! I got the scoop or sandwich special with the yummy potato soup. Went early evening and no one was there. The music seemed a bit loud without people white noise to counter it, but the decibel reading averaged around 65 so plenty quiet enough for a pleasant conversation.

We have given this location two tries and not sure we will be ordering delivery again. The first order was not correct and the second was missing two meals and a drink. As a healthcare provider, in a hospital, our lunch breaks are kind of a necessary part of our 12 hour day. The initial fix was to have us keep our receipt and they would correct it for us next time we were in. Not eating for 12 hours was not an option. Called back and they did agree to bring the other half of the order. Not a huge deal, but again saving lives is a tough job and we really do look forward to our lunches and a brief chance to have some downtime.

Do not order soup to go. The soup was so hot that it MELTED the container and spilled all in the bag.

Why in the world did you remove green salads and egg salad from the menu?!?! As much as my family enjoys your food, these recent menu changes are horrible and will end our patronage. Terrible decision.

I tried resolving the issue through Uber Eats and then called the restaurant directly, only to learn they were out of several items I had ordered. No one informed me or the driver, and the driver even confirmed he was never told the soup or other missing items weren’t included. When I spoke with the “new manager,” there was no apology or genuine concern. She initially offered a refund, but then told me I would need to come into the store because my card wasn’t present at the time of purchase. I explained that I don’t live nearby, and was then asked if I could come tomorrow—also not an option. Overall, I felt there was no effort made to communicate, correct the issue, or show basic customer care. Very disappointing experience for a place I was excited to order from.
