New to Sweetgreen. We were at a conference and came in as a big group and all the staff just got in gear and made it happen. David really stood out. He worked quickly and answered questions and gave suggestions.

Absolute favorite place to get a salad. They have amazing options and everything is so fresh. Portion size is huge! It’s so nice to have a restaurant that offers high quality organic food without seed oils. Love this place!

We visited today and had the Caramelized Steak bowl with spicy broccoli,roasted sweet potatoes,tomatoes, and wild rice. Food was served warm, would have preferred a little warmer, tasted great, and you could tell it's fresh. The only downside was the parking very limited during the rush with all the other businesses, so be patient when parking and enjoy a short walk if necessary.

Small portions, food was ice cold, wouldn't heat it up, bland food. Only go hear if your willing to spend 15$ on cold leaves.

We recently ordered sweet greens through door dash and received what was supposed to be an adult build your own bowl and this is what we got. It wasn’t even enough for a child. The photos don’t do it justice… this was less than 1/4 cup of rice. We spent $82 for this. Do not recommend

Today, however, when they tacked on additional charges without advising there would be additional charges for a second scoop of almonds and an extra squirt of dressing after never before doing so, well, this was my last visit!! If there are going to be extra charges, it is the employees responsibility to advise such! With that said, there are other places better and less expensive so buhbye!!

We happily order from Sweetgreens in Southlake 3-4 times a week and the experience I just had completely ruins it. My daughter ordered an $8 chicken plate and it came with tortilla chip crumbs and a sparse amount of chickpeas. This is something we order multiple times a week and it never looks like this. I went back in the store after picking it up to show the employees and have them correct the mistake and instead, they were rude and said "sorry, that's all we are allowed to give you." When I asked if that meets their expectations including the tortilla crumbs, the MOD said "sorry we have to use a scoop on the chips and it's breaks them. That is the best we can do." I asked for a refund and she said I'll have to email support online since I ordered in the Sweetgreen app. On top of all of that, we ordered two other salads, one had 4 pieces of chicken and the other 5. WAY less than normal. This was a very recoverable experience for that Team and instead they just lost a previously very loyal customer and I hope everyone that reads this takes note. We will be taking our lunch/dinner money to establishments that treats their customers well. Hopefully this is a good reminder that one sour manager/employee can destroy a customers loyalty in one exceptionally poor experience.

I was really disappointed with my recent Sweetgreen order. I paid full price but my salad arrived with no dressing, which made it impossible to enjoy. When I reached out for help, I was only given a $9 credit, which doesn’t match the cost of what I paid or the inconvenience of receiving food I couldn’t eat. I’ve always liked Sweetgreen for fresh, quality meals, but this experience left me feeling let down. I hope steps are taken to ensure orders are checked more carefully before leaving the store.

Honestly, I never take time to write a review, but the prices have gotten insane. They don’t have multiple menu items like dressings or standard vegetables. It should not cost almost 30.00 for a salad and drink. You would be better off going to Moxies.

I can tell this place is under new management because… Oh. My. Goodness. I can tell by the taste of my food that it is actually expired. Ive been coming here for months and have not had this issue until recently… The tofu is hard as a rock, the carrots are slimy, things have a tinge of a mold taste to them 🤢. Please don’t come to this location for the sake of your health. Fort Worth has always been a much better location. Hopefully these people get their store under control.

I asked for a steak honey crunch bowl and was told, “We literally only have one scoop of steak left.” I mentioned I was planning on ordering two steak bowls, and the employee said she would check the back to see if there was more. She returned and said there was no additional steak available. I told her I was completely fine waiting if more needed to be made, but she explained that since they were close to closing, they would not be cooking any more for the night. I was also informed that they were out of both chicken options as well. This left me with zero protein options at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday evening—prime dinner time—which was surprising and disappointing, especially after driving 25 minutes specifically to eat here while hungry! Not trying to complain, but this may be helpful for others to know: if you’re planning to visit this location, going after 7 pm may mean limited or no entrée options available with no intention of replenishing product.

There was a bird in the restaurant. Crickets in the kitchen, ants in the food. The gm doesn’t wash his hands. The food tastes rlly bad in the morning especially on week days. The bathroom always stinks. New management is awful.

First time trying Sweet Greens and the gentleman was sweeping with clear gloves and then proceeded to make my food- grabbing romaine lettuce, tomatoes, etc.. I did not see him change gloves therefore was not able to eat the food I purchased.

This establishment is a service nightmare. Crawling with crickets in the bathrooms. The service is horrendous. Always short staffed and all of the people here look like they hate their lives. If there’s always only one of them working at a time I don’t blame them at all. The food is stale and hardly ever fresh. Disappointing for how expensive it is.
