You can tell she really cares about giving great customer service—she had a positive attitude and made me feel welcomed right away. It honestly made my visit even better. Abby is doing an amazing job, and I hope her hard work gets recognized. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Sabrina at the Southlake Torchy’s Tacos absolutely deserves recognition for her outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She made the ordering process easy, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out and made the whole experience better. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly cares about customers. Because of Sabrina, this visit was exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a fundraiser there for our soccer team and Avril went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. She explained the menu well and offered suggestions. She was super personable! Food was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend 🌟

Excellent service and amazing tacos that manage to taste even better than ever. The staff here at Southlake is incredible and so welcoming. Many other good taco choices one the area, but Torchys is still among the best.
The tacos actually taste even better this year. I don’t know how they do it, but the portion sizes per taco seem bigger and overall tastier. The diablo chicken bites were excellent. Defiantly worth trying.
OUTSTANDING Tacos! Not your typical texmex tacos, they have the most creative combinations and Alex was amazing with his recommendations and service, 100% recommended!

My sister and I went on a taco adventure this weekend! So far, we’ve found this place rated at a high 8.5/10. Katy was great with suggestive selling & welcoming us soon as we walked through the door. Go check them out if you’re near Southlake, Tx.
Went on Saturday and WOW. Everything was amazing, and dangerously addictive. The tacos had no business being that good. It was a first for me and I’ll be back! Shoutout to Colton, who made the whole experience even better. Great service, great vibes… and go AGGIES! If you haven’t been yet, fix that immediately.

The Grande Burrito with potatoes and chicken 🤌🏽 absolute gem. You cant go wrong here. The staff was quick to assist and provided a friendly atmosphere. You can meet with family and friends while enjoying the queso out on the patio. The location is great for those looking for a quick bite and back to shopping.
Great location; its cute spot makes it cozy. You have staff pr machine to place your order. Its kept clean and service was good actually. I enjoyed my experience here too. We were getting Torchy's street tacos (or bowl) before people knew street tacos were a thing. Meat portion is a lot compared to everyone else's tacos. Fresh, fast, and flavorful. What more do you want? Go now!

I have never left no review for anyone before but after my experience last night here at Torchys I decided it was worth it. This was the most best experience I have ever had in a restaurant. When I walked in the entrance area was spotless and I was immediately greeted by Avril. She explained the process to me and made suggestions on the menu to me based on my dietary needs. The food came out quickly and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She checked in on me twice to see if anything else was needed. Then when I was done she brought me a bag and container for my leftovers. Restrooms were nice and clean. She also explained to me to sign up for Torchys rewards with my phone number for extra coupons and perks. Avril was very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed meeting her. I will come back for sure. Thank you for your hospitality.
We had the most AMAZING experience. Avril not only greeted us at the door and opened it for us but made us feel welcomed the entire visit. Food was wonderful as she suggested the Baja shrimp and the ronin and both were excellent. She was beyond friendly and went around greeting all the customers and making them feel welcomed. The tables were all nice and clean and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Will be back soon!
We come often enough but let me tell you- Avril was beyond awesome! My wife took our oldest son to the doctor so I had my daughter and other sons (2 under 2.5 years old!) Avril went out of her way to make sure we had a booster seat and hi chair as she could see my hands were full. Food was great as usual, but Avril served so well. Not a lot of people in a non sit down server style restaurant will go out of their way multiple times to make sure we were good. Torchy’s give this girl a promotion and a raise!!! She is the type that causes people to come back to your restaurant

The rest of the staff was equally impressive—super friendly, efficient, and eager to provide a great dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.
I’m from Pennsylvania and had never been to this place before. I came here with my brother for lunch, and let me tell you the food is amazing! They don’t skimp on the meat; your meal comes fully loaded. Back home, most places serve much smaller portions.

Food is good with many different Mexican fast food options. We had the Trailer Park, Green Chile Pork and others, that I forget their name. While ordering, cashier was a little too fast paced, pushy, which is not ideal when you’re trying out a business for the first time, and specially with no one else in line behind us. Good sauces and environment in general was good. Would like to go back and be able to see what other options they have without being rushed.
