I'm always pleased with the food from Wendy's. Love the burgers, baked potatoes, chicken nuggets, apple pecan salad, and chili. And, of course, their Frosty.
Very encouraging experience here. The dining hours were slow not very crowded, had a good ordering and food setting. I was with my toddler daughter who spilled some of her fries to the floor, and unprompted the staff came out minutes later with a fresh batch of small fries to recoup her loss, very sweet! Before leaving my daughter also managed to un-lid her cup and spill over a table, chairs, and floor area. After I grabbed at some napkins to begin soaking, the same staff were quick and cordial to begin mopping and help clean up the area. Kudos to them and for handling our messy visit!
This is the best Wendy's I've been to. The food is always hot and fresh! I drive all the way across town just to go to this location! Keep up the great work! It's appreciated!
I gotta say the service here was superb! It’s Wendy’s, it’s fast food, it’s not a service at your table place, I get that. Honestly I don’t go into fast food restaurants expecting above the line service (well maybe just Chick-fil-A). I was greeted promptly as I approached the register. The cashier was polite, nice, knowledgeable about the app and he asked how my day was. When my food was ready he offered all the condiments and said if I needed anything else just let him know. The food was hot and fries were fresh. After my meal on the way out both people behind the counter told me have a great evening. The place was clean inside. I didn’t use the restroom so I can’t comment there. I really can’t point to any place on this visit that they needed to improve. Overall a great visit!
We walked in with an empty restaurant with employees looking on their phones, food was really expensive for fast food, tables were dirty, restaurant needs to be updated especially being in SouthLake, and what really grossed me out was the mold on the ceiling above your tables and in other spots. Yeah done with Wendys.
Never had issues until today. It's always been a quick drive through, but there was somebody new manning the line and they seemed to be confusing everybody working as parts of meals were coming left and right. I ordered a 4 for 4 and a cookie- this took nearly 10 minutes and a line built behind me. When I got it, I realized too late they forgot the cookie, so a third of the value of the whole meal just not there. I tried calling the store, but nobody answered, so here's a review.
I dont review places usually but, Forgot straws/honey mustard that i paid extra for AND my baconator didnt have bacon or lettuce. So dumb.
I used to go to this Wendy's all the time! After tonight I won't be stopping here again unless I see changes. I went to the restroom and came out. I was on my phone because a family friend had an emergency and I was helping them. One of the workers was getting very impatient because I wasn't ordering. It was like I was in his way because all he could think about was cleaning the store and getting out of there. I wasn't taking 10 minutes to place an order I was helping somebody because I cared. After I placed my order and sat down I heard the same person say I couldn't believe it took that lady that long to make that order and all she ordered was a cheeseburger. So I went back up there and confronted the issue and he mentioned I had no idea you were sitting back there. Yeah most people don't pay attention to detail or their surroundings. It was more important for him for me to be out of his way. Then the manager was standing there and he had no good reason either and was trying to make up an excuse. Honestly I'm a very easy person to get along with but that made a very toxic environment. Please show better customer service because just because somebody smiles doesn't mean they may not be having a hard day. I would rather give no stars...sad when people have no standards or love for others.
My family and I visited this location tonight and the white male worker with a buzz cut at the window was beyond rude and disrespectful. His customer service was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
I Just left the Drive thru and the Black Male at the window was very rude and unprofessional!! He rushed us,talked over me,close th window in my face . Then on top of that I asked for condiments he stated that they were in the bag but it was not, and my food was wrong. I’ve tried calling up there to speak to a manager but no one picks up.
The gentleman with the short beard and mustache working the window on December 7, 2025 at 8.45 pm was extremely rude to customers and fellow workers. Seemed like all of his fellow co-workers did not want him there and he was extremely unpleasant to deal with as if everyone was an inconvenience to him. Would not recommend visiting. If management is looking at this, you need to have a serious talk with at least one of your employees.
I went to this store 11/23 the man who was working the drive through was extremely rude! He kept interrupting me when I was trying to order then told me to get out of his line. I asked if he was the owner he say no that he was a manager. I told him that it did not need to escalate and why did I need to leave the line. He then said that he was going to call the police. I told him that he could call the police but why did I need to leave the line. He never gave me a reason and he call the police and lied saying that I cussed at him and I was be belligerent. I never even raised my voice at this man there was no reason I was treated this way.This was the worse interaction I’ve ever had at a drive thru. As I’m reading the reviews I see that a lot of people experienced this rude employee and his behavior needs to be addressed.
Absolutely disgusted by my visit today & it had nothing to do with the food. When I got to the window the cashier & manager were making fun of the customer in front of me for not speaking very good English. I guess the cashier asked him to pull up & the guy misunderstood and drove off. After paying. (When I left I noticed he just pulled around to the other door) but they were being extremely insensitive, and to do so in front of me shocked me. Then when the cashier handed me my card back he said “here” in the rudest tone ever. The manager just handed me my food and seemed annoyed that I didn’t grab it fast enough. Absolutely appalling. I hate that this happened as when the General Manager is there everything goes smooth. But his night and weekend crew are absolutely horrible! I’ve noticed a lot of the same complaints of rudeness on their posts! Not good for business when so many businesses are closing their doors! You can’t keep treating people rudely and expect them to return to give you there money.
I strongly advise caution when visiting this location as a person of color. During multiple visits, I have consistently experienced hostile and discriminatory behavior from staff. Customers are not greeted properly, and staff members frequently attempt to dictate what customers can or cannot order. I also noticed they have SEVERAL of negative reviews about customers being unsatisfied with their orders so i know it isn’t just me, one thing this staff do is fail to take accountability, wanna get upset & blame everything on the customers when all we ask for is decent service & fresh food. Y’all have the easiest laid back jobs ever & still can’t get stuff done right. The treatment appears to be racially biased, as I have observed that the staff engages more positively with customers of certain racial backgrounds. The overall environment is unwelcoming, and serious improvements in staff training and accountability are needed.
Rude and Nasty. My wife went there at 8:30 PM on 8/17/25 to get me a double burger and baked potato. The person working there was rude and nasty to my wife. She brings a Dave's Double home which I couldn't eat because it was so dry and burnt. This place should shut down. The people working there are the nastiest people I come across. I would avoid at all costs!
I’ve given this Wendy’s in Southlake way too many chances, and every time it’s the same story: the order is wrong, the food is cold, and the service is just shockingly bad. I don’t expect five-star treatment at a fast-food spot, but basic accuracy and a little bit of courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. There’s one employee—a white guy at the counter—who never speaks, never acknowledges customers, and makes the whole experience feel uncomfortable. The rest of the team isn’t much better. They seem completely disinterested in being there, let alone providing even halfway decent customer service. If you’re hoping for a hot meal made correctly or any kind of professionalism, I suggest you skip this location altogether. Really disappointing, especially for a place in Southlake.
I haven't been inside of this location in over 15 years. My co-workers and I used to eat here several times a week. The food was hot and the service was good. Yesterday, my food was cold, cashier had zero personality, the drink station wasn't clean, I chose to eat in my car on the parking lot
Host Paul, who also was uniformed as the manager, I ordered the $6 biggie bag, he wouldn't substitute the fries for baked potatoe, the drink for a frosty, I travel from Dallas, to Austin, to San Antonio, and then to the bay area California for work few times a month, I've never experienced this at any wendy's in the past 5 years except at this wendy's, then he makes a comment that no of his drinks are working because carbonation is out ( but he refused to substitute the drink), also mentions that I could've ordered in the app and it would allow me to substitute everything, (too late now) tells me after I pay for it and transaction is complete. Really ridiculous, lastly he makes a comment that the ice cream (ftosty) by itself is $3, I'm thinking like what does the price of anything have to do with him, he's getting paid by salary and or hourly so why was that comment even necessary. I just cannot believe how someone with that attitude becomes a manager. Very disappointing experience.
I get that when you’re less than an hour from closing you don’t want to deal with customers. I was ready to accept cold fries and nuggets or whatever you had. You still had more than 30 minutes before you closed so I figured I’d go for it. But man don’t make people wait in the drive thru ignoring them until they give up and go away. At least tell them you ran out of food or closed early because it was slow and you already cleaned up a bunch of stuff. If it was closing time, I’d get it. But hiding away from the drive thru console and the windows (which doesn’t really work when like 70% of your store is windows) when your store still has another 30+ minutes on the clock is on the same level as ghosting.
