This Dunkin is always clean. I’d say they are very fast too. Some employees aren’t as fast as others and still the rush hour times but they move quickly and without mistakes. Been coming for years and if I don’t buy a donut the employees will typically give a munchkin to my children. Great location and great atmosphere.

This Dunkin is always clean. I’d say they are very fast too. Some employees aren’t as fast as others and still the rush hour times but they move quickly and without mistakes. The young employees are very polite and respectful. Some of the older employees aren’t as enthusiastic. They just renovated inside and it looks great. Basically the exact same layout just remodeled. Donuts are sweet, coffee is hot unless it isn’t. Very convenient location if you’re walking and shopping in Southold. They do their best at keeping it clean inside.

Local stop if you like this kind of stuff. Limited staff. Basic selections. Sneak in for restroom

Miss my Starbucks but for me personally this is not as good coffee but many of my friends prefer Dunkin

The staff is nice and accommodating. My only gripe is that when I had visited, they didn't have any of the sugar-free syrups available that are usually available at the Dunkins I've been to. Different clientele I suppose. I'm not sure if they were out, of if they don't carry them. The woman just said they didn't have them. So if you're low carb, or keto, you might want to keep that in mind before your visit. Overall a pleasant experience.

It was average at best. Coffee was good, but the food was below average.

First time trying them , Ordered a large order after work to take home and they never gave me one drink and one was messed up and I was too tired to notice . Not sure if I’m ever going there again

Not true to their hours!!!! It's barely 730 and they are closed , google hours says their open till 11!!! Second time I've driven out their during "open" hours and they weren't open!!! Poor business management.

Terrible they chased me outside accusing me of messing the place up last time I came there and this was my first ever time there.

Not good. Went here only ONCE. Egg sandwich looks and tasted like it was made the day before. No, the MORNING before I was unfortunately given it. I highly recommend you either go somewhere else or starve before trying this place for a breakfast sandwich. I can't express how disappointing this place is.

It’s really upsetting to order a drink for the caffeine, and get a cup filled with ice and cream. A splash does not lighten up a cold brew! When one is paying so much for a coffee, it would be nice not to be ignored when asking for a splash of cream and several sweeteners.

THIS WOULD BE 5 STARS IF THE MANAGER WAS THERE EVERYDAY. Also, I like the other workers, they're nice but i just threw out another $4 drink because the guy fills it with only milk. I go there a lot, I'm not asking for anything special, it's a simple iced coffee with sugar and a lil milk and every single time it's made different and not how its suppose too. The only one who actually makes the drinks perfect and REMEMBERS is the manager.

Holy God this Dunkin’ service was not good I got a lot they work like they don’t wanna be there the lady that served me got my order wrong 3 times and the guy there that didn’t serve me but served other people was giving them bad service as well. When I got my coffee wasn’t done right just mocha and cream and I ordered a plain bagel but got a cinnamon bagel. I had to wait 1 hour in total for my food and drink. I get it we are in a pandemic but if your gonna work in a pandemic please try to work better and great and make the customer feel good I didn’t want to write this but it is what it is.

I went in to order two things: iced butter pecan cold brew and a cup of water. Guy behind the counter told me that they dont sell water and would only give me a cup of ice. I'm not pretending to be an expert in food service legalese but I'm pretty sure it is illegal in NY State to refuse to sell people water and expect them to buy bottled only. But judging by some other reviews this place got the front counter service is less than stellar and probably less knowledgable to boot.

Since the snackn bacon came out I've been getting it I live in commack so I mainly go to the dunking there but when I'm out here I go to southold to get it.. I researched the bacon because not only is it completely different at this location the serving size that they give me is half the size it is supposed to be.. it's supposed to have 8 pieces and they serve 4. The donuts are not fresh I thought because I've gotten them later in the day was why they were not soft, but I just got donuts at 730 am n they are definitely from yesterday. That's unacceptable

Horrible place to visit. I stopped in the morning for Coffee and drinks, went to use restroom and toilet is clogged with paper and wont flush so washed hands and got drinks. I went back in afternoon ( 6 hours later!) Toilet still clogged, bathroom dirty! I purchased drinks and after I walked out, Owner / Manager? Runs after me yelling at me accusing me of clogging his Toilet. OMG!!! I didn't even use the toilet I washed my hands and he screams at me in the parking lot after I've been going there regularly buying drinks, because he doesn't maintain his toilet properly!! So for six hours his toilet was clogged and left it that way!!! I will never visit this location again and I have told all my co-workers, employee's and friends to do the same...😡😡😡

Not only will I never return to your establishment but I will also write a letter to your corporate office to explain in detail how disrespectful you were. However, you probably own this establishment and think it’s ok to treat people the way you treated me. All I can say is Bless Your Heart. However, being from New York you won’t know what this really means. So I’ll let you google it and find out for yourself.

The staff inside didnt say a single word to me or any of the other customers inside. They also messed my order up not once, but twice. Dont bother going to this location it's not worth your time or your money.

My 6 yr old daughter was told by the manager/owner to leave the store because of her gluten allergy. Absolutely terrible service. Will never go back.

I will travel another 20 miles to Jamesport from now on or better yet make my own coffee at home.
